I have been a customer of sprint for 6 years and now they switched to t-mobile and I can’t even add a line without them charging 200 to 300 for the phone and a 250 deposit. My credit is better and everything. This is horrible. I have called customer service twice been on hold over an hour and 15 mins and got nothing resolved. I’m going to Verizon.

Phone service is reasonably good, however 5G uc is much slower than LTE I had on iPhone 11. Recently upgraded to iphone13 5G, safari does not open pages at least 2 out of 3 times. Their 12 month free Apple TV offer is bogus, spent 4 days talking to T-Mobile to redeem the offer which never happened and they have no solution. They promise to get back to you but never did.

The worst since switch from Sprint! Connection issues and spotty service. I have unlimited data which doesn't matter without wifi because still no service in most of my calling area! This is insane! I had better service with my bag phone from the 90's! Oh and don't bother trying to call to rectify because you will get the same run around of customer service telling you it is because of the upgrading and new towers for 5G. Pluheeze! So I am paying for unlimited data and still sketch service and buffering for 6 months because of 5G switch over myth! I'm so done!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never do business with this company again. I have been trying to return my mobile hotspot because it does not work at my house. They give you 20 days to return it. I have spent over 10 hours on the phone over the last week trying to get a return label. I am about to go into a store even though I have already been told I can not take it to a store because I ordered it over the phone. This is an absolutely horrible company.

HORRIABLE!!!! DO NOT USE T_ MOBILE!!!!!! I was with Sprint and loved them. T_ MOBILE SUCKS!! Has major network issues. Bought a 5 G phone and have to use their 4 G network cause the 5 G doesn't work in my area. I am in Charlottesville VA, not the boonies!! I live in the city! Now stuck with the high price contract of the 5 G phone. Worst merger in history!!

i cancelled a line in september cause my daughter move to another state and had no service i go into a store cause of promotions they are offering and they tell me i could not get the promotion cause it has been less than 90 says since i cancelled another line i would have to pay full amount and a 100 dollar deposit i dont think they care about there loyal customes ive been with them 13 years i pay for 6 lines a monthe which is around 400 a month so i am going to be looking into a provider who values there customers

I will never suggest someone to go with T mobile, they never explain things clearly and later they charge u for nothing, I just got iPhone 13 pro max and they told me you only have to pay only 36$ a month and same time they deduct from me 100$ For sales and plus 101$ on bill, anyone who still want to go through T mobile make sure ask them about all charges just to make Sale they just lie

I have been with Sprint for the past 15 years I’ve been able to get service most anywhere I go since this merger I have lost service in some of my most favorite areas and nobody absolutely nobody at T-Mobile can tell me why were there unwilling to fix it it just sucks that I have this nice expensive phone and I cannot use it everywhere like he used to I tried to tell the store and customer service that I used to have service and now I don’t and they act like they don’t believe me that I used to have service there because they say there’s no service up there

Terrible customer service for the business side. The people migrating people over from Sprint have absolutely no Idea how to do there jobs. 25 hours of my time and 4 months still not done! Still in a semi workable Limbo with no end in sight. So many promises broken. I was just told that our 18 line account wasn't big enough for a manager to help with!

Tmobile is a joke. They had to give me a credit twice for their towers being completely down, so they raised my bill that month for "government and taxes fees." I didn't end up getting any credits bc of the random bill hike. We got a home internet device from them, returned it, they said they never got it. We have called them 7 times and showed them the ups tracking shows we sent it back, they have opened multiple investigation reports and have never figured it out. They think owe them $200 for a device, but the truth is they owe me $75.

I have spent over 4 hours trying to get my number ported over and complete the reimbursement rebate. It has been one of the worst display of customer service I have ever encountered. I am now on hold waiting for a manager to pick up the phone. If you are considering going with T-Mobile-DON'T. Don't believe the hype they are spewing about their service...it sucks. I am now on my 5th customer service person and have yet to come across one that can help. I am going back to Verizon!!!

BLUF: don’t choose T-mobile. It’s a hassle not help for service you would like to have. There’s far better companies than it. Worst customer service. Privacy protection = zero. My phone number was Outported without any notice and authorization. I spent a weeks talking to t mobile customer services staffs(not helpful) wasting my time and energy. They got my number back but not completely. Now I am dealing with different number for text messages. Network connection okay

Sprint customer that is now with T-Mobile. Since T-Mobile took over our reception is horrible. Went to port over to T-Mobile but there are zero promotions for Sprint customers. It’s as if they don’t want Sprint customers. T-Mobile customers have many offers. I for one will not accept this so I am switching to Verizon. I recommend all Sprint customers do the same. Maybe when enough of us leave they will wake up.

My husband called to get new service for seniors with T-Mobile, I wanted to go to the store to order service but no he's very impatient so we ordered over the phone and and got screwed! Lady sent us to Wi-Fi's we didn't want at a hundred bucks a month and we went to send it back and they won't give us a PIN number or whatever they need so we're having a horrible time we spent hours and hours trying to get this resolved we are retired and cannot afford this! I'm about ready to call lawyer

Ive worked with all carriers of cell phones through Samsung for 8 years. To migrate my sprint phone number to another tmobile account has been the worst possible process I've ever seen. They made me pay half of the bill for the next month. Even though we just paid a week ago. They keep giving me a new hoop to jump through when I've been trying to do this for two weeks. We saw a lady talking on her phone at the springs and I asked her what she had as my girlfriend nor I didn't have service. She told us At&t that she was with T mobile and they were not that great. So after 17 years with T mobile we may just switch as well.

I will NEVER use this company again. Customer service is horrible. I cancelled my account in February because my phone DID NOT WORK any longer and I no longer needed a second cell phone. I have been on the phone and corresponding with this company ever since and still cannot get them to cancel my account and credit my card for services I was unable to use, again because the phone no longer worked. They are like scammer ......do not use T-mobile. Their customer services are very bad!!!!! they lie to you about discounts, then I gave good feedback. Then it is not true. I called again, They said they did not receive my call ever. And due to the pandemic, i wanna switch to another cheaper carrier, I called customer service to cancel my plan before the bill cycle of 20days. they don't cancel for you , said will automatically cut off if we move, But we did not move all , we moved two numbers, they charged us again. $150. Will not ever go back to T-Mobile. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wish I could give them zero stars. When a company makes promises then changes the plan it is immoral and I believe illegal. When I signed up with T-Mobile my plan had unlimited data and unlimited 4G lte hot spot. Since they bought out Sprint they have been throttling the HS at >50GB. When I spoke to a representative they agreed that they changed the terms of my plan (but continue to charge me for it) and there is nothing I can do about it. I'm thinking this is a class action lawsuit in the making. Soon I will be canceling T-Mobile.

They gave me a free tablet I was told I would pay 10.00 a month for service they lied 3months later they started charging me 25.00 month listen up people if they give you a free tablet you have to tell them to cancel old tablet line because 3months later they will start charging you for that old line your not using its a scam sprint has taught tmobile how to scam there customers I'm going to tell family and friends to get rid of tmobile and anybody else that I find out has tmobile I guess 14yrs doesn't mean nothing to tmobile

Transferred over from Sprint to Tmobile. In 2018 purchased two phones. I was told that the lease was only going to be 18 months. After the lease was over, I continued to be charged $55 for the phones. I called Sprint and Tmobile multiple times and nothing was mentioned about the month-to-month lease on the phones after the completion of the 18 months. I have been paying $55 for an additional 18 months and now I am out of $990. When they transferred my services, Tmobile increased my price rates by $30 and took away the service to my IPAD and removed the hotspot service from 2 devices.

I can't belive any of the good reviews in this page! The only people that can say anything good about TMobile are the ones that never drive out of their service areas. I changed from Cricket to TMobile and it was my worst move. TMobile service are is bad! My business rep, Christal, wouldn't answer my calls nor my texts. If you don't travel out of your city it might be good for you but for someone like me that likes to travel, it's the worst!!!!!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I went to buy an iphone 12 which they said would be delivered to the store in 3-4 weeks minimum. It actually came in only about 3 days. The problem is that I was billed $138 dollars when I came back to the store to collect my phone about 4 weeks later. They start billing you before you even take possession of the phone. No refund, no credit. Appallingly bad policy. Just aweful. When it come to T-Mobile, STAY AWAY.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I attempted to replace my internet provider with their home internet and got terrible service. I called the next day to return it, but they didn't follow through on e-mailing me a return label. I called again (each time on hold for OVER an hour) to be hung up on after waiting over 2 hours. Finally, they e-mailed a return label which I then shipped out the next day. 2 bills later and many phone calls with lots of hours on hold...it STILL isn't cleared up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are nothing but a pain in the butt to deal with!!!!!!

Terrible company. I cancelled my services and 3 week slater was charged for another full month. Prior to switching, I contacted them twice to ensure I there were no charges associated with closing the account, I was told no problem. Now TMobile claims they cannot issue a refund because my account is closed, however, it didn't stop them from charging me. UNACCEPTABLE SHADY PRACTICES. STAY AWAY.

Avoid at any cost. T-Mobile is a rip off. Canceled my service in October and they kept changing my credit card until January. Called them every month from October 2019 till February 2020 and asked to cancel my service and they failed to do that and made me pay for the lines. I had no longterm contract and was fully entitled for cancel my account. Terrible customer service.

The absolute worst company on the planet! Could not get service in my own home even with a booster. Dropped calls everyday. After about a month I couldn't do it anymore and switched to Verizon. Before I could switch I had to pay off my phones which created a $350.00 credit balance. Two months later and after several calls they are sending a pre paid Visa card . Who does that? No matter what they offer you stay away!
