I have been a customer of T-Mobile since 1991, have bought my phones through them, the only think I don't care for is that they don't give you a senior's discount, even after being a loyal customer for low may years.

Although they are priced really well for their service, the coverage and reliability leaves something to be desired. I frequently had no service when my travelling colleagues with other carriers had service. In fact, sometimes I couldn't get service in my own basement. In the end, I had to buy out of my contract and switch to a company with more robust and reliable coverage.

I’ve used T-Mobile for several years, but set up my first individual account with them about a year ago. There was an issue with service when traveling to Canada as soon as my account was switched. This was a very difficult situation as my new job entailed regular travel to Canada. It took a LOT of phone calls and trips to TMobile stores to finally resolve the issue. Since then service has been great. I recommend NOT to call the 800 number for problems which is sourced overseas and very frustrating to deal with. It’s better to call a local center.

T-Mobile offers great deals during their T-Mobile Tuesdays which I LOVE but I wish they fixed their prices a little bit. It is a bit expensive because I am en independent line and I can't benefit so much unless I add more lines. overall, pretty decent coverage and nice deals.

T-mobile has been a very reliable company for me and my family. One time, me and some friends were on a camping trip, and we ran into some car trouble in the middle of nowhere. Every one else’s cell phone service didn’t work, but T-mobile’s stayed working, and got us out of that pickle! My only problem with T-mobile is that the data can be really slow, and practically useless on occasions.

I really enjoy using T-Mobile as my cell phone service provider. They have been good, especially for international coverage. I have never had a big problem with the service itself (only minor phone malfunctions). I definitely recommend T-Mobile.

One thing that I really liked about T-Mobile is that they have an low monthly pre-payment option for people who only use a limited amount of service each month. I found there customer service to be very helpful when I needed to switch phones. Options and service was very clear no hidden expense.

It's not a bad service. Cricket had terrible service but was really cheap. Verizon had great service but broke the bank. T-Mobile is somewhere in the middle. We have a pretty good family plan, and I have service almost everywhere I need it.

I had T-Mobile for a long time. I finally switched because I kept dropping calls (I think this just depends on your area and which towers are close by). I usually just shop around to find the best cell phone plan, and ask my neighbors if they've had good experiences with them.

We tried T-Mobile for 2 years because of their low pricing and incentive packages for signing up. Unfortunately, we had really spotty service and couldn't even really make a call from our home. We live in a suburb, not a rural area so the coverage should have been fine. Customer service tried to help by restarting our network and giving us a service booster, but it still didn't help. So while the price was great, we ended up switching carriers because of the spotty service.

I have had T-Mobile since they were VoiceStream. I love the pricing. The only draw back to them is their coverage is still spotty out in NEPA in the mountains. With that said I will be getting a new phone which may improve the coverage.

I have been with T-Mobile for the last 18 years. I switched from Verizon mainly because they beat my current plan price by a lot. I don't think the service of T-mobile is quite as good as Verizon, but their customer service is excellent, so I have stayed with them.

I am on a family plan that supposedly has unlimited high speed data per month for each line. However, after my line hit 2 GB worth of high speed data, it slowed down. We talked to customer service and they looked at our account and saw that we are signed up for unlimited high speed data so they said they would fix it for us. Now, my line slows down after 4 GB worth of data. I believe the other lines on the plan we hadn't specifically asked to increase are still at 2 GB. Not sure why they still have it set to slow down at all considering we have an unlimited plan??

I am currently with Tmobile for my families cell provider. I have found that they have provided pretty consistent service and prices that work for me. I have had to place a line on hold before and I was afraid that they were going to give me trouble but there were no issues and no surprise fees or charges when I re activated the line.

T-Mobile was our first cell phone carrier. They were very easy to use they had many kiosks all over if you ever needed help. They seem to be well price compared to other carriers. They had good phones available. Wasn’t thrilled that they weren’t willing to match other companies when it came time to switch and so we went ahead and changed over to AT&T.

I have had T-mobile for almost 5 years now and for the most part it has been great. The customer service is always helpful, and when I got a new phone they made it easy to transfer everything from my old phone over to the new one with the T-mobile Transfer app. I have noticed though that other carriers like Verizon have better service in more places, and I don’t like that my “unlimited data plan” isn’t really unlimited because there is only a certain amount of high speed data and then it just gets really slow.
