I’ve been worn sprint for almost two years now and I am very unhappy with my care!! Way past my upgrade and I had to pay certain fees paid almost $1000 and they told me my bill was $179 monthly but some odd reason I’m paying $370 for prorated plan? Which I was never informed about and a damage fee for a phone they took back and was suppose to be a one time fee but yet I’m still paying it! One thing a loyal customer will pay for their quality and rely on the sales rep to tell them correct information. I was thinking about turning my service off

Sprint is not a good phone store the rip u off by making u pay so much for the phones and on your bill a month. I advise any one looking for a good phone company go somewhere else .they will make u stay collecting phones from them and ur not gonna ever be able to own them and they are a rip off making u pay so much money out the pocket after they screw u up.

Tired of poor customer service and terrible coverage when I travel abroad, I cancelled my sprint account. Mailed back my perfect-condition phone. Then, one month later I received another bill. After 90 minutes on a chat session, they said it was closed for real. I have the chat transcript to prove it. One month later, I received another bill. Total scam.

Excellent customer service but cell service especially in my home sucks. Constantly being disconnected with dropped calls, bad static, and talking to my friends and family through a fishbowl sound sucks!!!

Their prices were some the lowest, but so was their service. Never had so many dropped calls. You can't multitask with Sprint (i.e. use talk and use data). We had to repeatedly start over with the same troubleshooting and q&a sessions every time we called customer service. Would rather pay more for better service and multitask.

Our 16 year relationship has been very up and down. Customer service is very spotty. Some have been helpful but more have not. I have never encouraged any family or friends to get service with them. But they tell me their horror stories with their mobile carriers so I haven't left mine.

Please do yourself a favor and do not order with Sprint. I’m a VETERAN, a previous customer for over 4 years and they treated me like dirt. There are better companies and cheaper services than Sprint. They gave me a good deal on the phone then gave me a hard time with additional account verification, told me to go inside the Sprint store then while disrespected on the phone and I called back only to get hung up again. Wasted my time and disrespected a veteran.

Honestly there’s not enough space to say everything. I switched 3 days ago. No data service anywhere. They even convinced me to drive 20 minutes away and talk for over an hour in the heat and no service there. At least 8 hours of calls to customer service with so many conflicting stories. I got to the point I was screeching on the phone. I gave up and signed up with Consumer Cellular. No problem with data or anything. Holy cow don’t even try. Nightmare

I left AT&T to go with Sprint, I have been with sprint now for about 6 months, and THEY ARE THE WORST company I have ever had!! Today my phone just deleted all of my text messages, so I called the CS line and went through 3 people they could'nt say why the messages were deleted and also did not know how to restore them.. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SPRINT!!

This company is has very low customer service abilities. I paid $650 to pay off my wife's phone to "unlock it" and they tell me I need to wait 3 days for it to unlock, then while I'm waiting they cancel her phone line when it's supposed to be a smooth transition from one carrier to another. Also, Sprint added 3-5 more days to the phone before it can be unlocked. Now my wife's phone has been inactive for 7 days. BIG F U TO SPRINT. CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?? P.O.S.!

They over charge you on bill. Bill is never correct. Service is no good never works right and domt even plan om uaimg your phone driving across country. They say they have service nation wide but they dont been to many towns and all my phone has done is rome now this is 4 years of having them and i am canceling today the customers service is the worse they do nothing for you but hang up and give you the run arround with no empathy about the situation that is happening. Never give sprint a cent. Trust me if it was free I still wouldn't go back. Bad bad company !!!!!

I was a customer of Sprint for almost 18 years. I returned the devices. Incurred fees due to lost device in the warehouse. I also incurred late fees because of it. I always paid my bill for as long as I was a customer. Now I have charges for over $1000. I don't have access as a holder of the account to recorded calls where they stated the bill would be waived. This was different from what they sent in writing. I am also contacting the local news station as this is a financial hardship

If I could give them a zero I would. I’ve been a customer for over 16 years and purchased an iPhone which I had activated through Sprint. When I was ready to upgrade I disconnected the phone which I had purchased and activated a new phone. Unbeknownst to me they had locked my old phone which I owned and have spent over three months trying to get them to unlock. Every time I call it’s 24 to 72 hours or 3 to 5 days. They basically have made my phone unusable even though it’s only a-year-old. Worst customer service and mobile provider ever.

I switched to Sprint in 2017, cell service, iPad and a Lg. I travel for work and the cell service goes into Roam a lot. This week I switched to Tmobile, all my equipment has been paid off for several months but when we switched the sim cards over to the LG pad, after 7 calls to customer service to get it unlocked and they swear it's unlocked but tmobile can't get their sim car to work because the device is still locked.

Clearly told by a technician that they should know what’s wrong and have the problem fixed two days ago! Still isn’t working but yet I can go 7 mins from my house and bam I got cell phone service, internet,

We are glad we left sprint! It has been nothing but a nightmare with their customer service. How do they block a phone that is paid off and no balance on the account????? We are so ready to be over this nightmare. I would suggest going elsewhere for phone service. Save yourself the headache sprint has gave us. They do not stick to the price they give you at all. Would highly NOT recommend

My son is having a very bad experience with Sprint. He was told by 3 separate people that his phone was paid off and unlocked, only to find out after "paying it off" with the first person he still owes 180 dollars before it will be his. Customer service need to be trained better so that when a person calls they get the same correct answer from each person. As soon as this is taken care of he will be cancelling his service. Horrible customer service

Worst company! Horrible customer service and fake deals. I have been after them more than a month now for a $300 that they owe me, and they keep transferring and promising me to get a refund, and nothing received yet! Some agents hang up the phone on purpose, and others keep writing notes for other agents, and when I call in, nobody knows the story!

I've been with your company since the age of 16. Literally more than half of my life and I am the fool b/c I have not the slightest reason to continue paying your company... other than being too lazy to switch. Let's just say THOSE DAYS ARE OVER! Sprint is like the Bank of America of cell phone service. On the phone? Need to check an email? HECK NO! Want to pay what you expect and not have hidden fees? NOT A CHANCE! You want your loyalty as a customer valued? FUGG NO! 15 YEARS WITH YOU. #REGRET

If I could leave a rating of -15 stars I would, been a sprint prepaid customer for 6 yrs. and every time I upgrade my phone it gets more demanding to activate my new device with NO HELP from customer service. If you do sprint prepaid and have problems you are SCREWED, The Sprint company don't care about prepaid customers and do not even attempt to try to resolve your issue. I would not recommend Sprint to ANYONE!!!

not to lie to customer and tell the truth if they are not able to solve the issue, i had a very bad experince with sprint as i bought a phone and the second one free, but the sales agent who sold that offer to me he didn't apply the offer code in the system so i end up receiving bill for both phones so no free phone. I' ve been going to the store at least 3 times a month for 5 months trying to solve this issue with no findings.

I have never had a good experience with Sprint. I don't know if it was the Galaxy that I had or the Sprint network but I had hundreds of issues with my phone. Sprint guys at multiple locations were jerks. I had their phone insurance and they were unwilling to help me fix my phone even when I had screen shots of the issues. Needless to say, I left them for Verizon for their crappy network and service.

Sprint has been the worst carrier I've ever had. Poor signal even at my home. The internet (if i get any) its very very very slow and takes a long time to load. I have to use an air-rave in order to get signal.and of course its not for free. So i am paying to use the service i am already paying for. Sprint goes out of the way to bring new customers but it wont even bother to keep current customers happy. I do not, i repeat i DO NOT recommend Sprint to anybody. I cant wait for my contract to expire so i can go elsewhere.

I agreed with Carlos as well. I was been with Sprint for about 8 years just because for the price. however, Service was horrible , get disconnect several time even though i had a booster at my home but still same tower excuses. I have been told by Customer service and Tech dept that use your wifi connection when you're in home. But I dont understand why would i have to do that if i have plan unlimited with call data etc.??!!!! i just switch new carrier recently with TMobile. Much better service there 4GLTE is really 4GLTE. So far i'm liking TMobile

They tricked us when we bought our phones and plan at the Sprint store on Clearwater, Florida. They were actually "leased". We bought 4 lines on four phones. 2 of which the phones were free and of lesser quality than the Samsung galaxies we purchased. However, the two other phones did not get a signal where we lived and couldn't be used. We tried to discontinue the 2 lines for those phones and return the phones within a week of purchase but sprint would not cancel the 2 lines or accept the 2 phones back. We were charged for these two phone lines that were not used and had no calls or texts or even been turned on for an entire year and were responsible for paying for them all that time. They also nickel and dime for every little thing and their coverage and customer service left a lot to be desired.

Was with Sprint for 5 years. Spent 5 years with poor reception, and in a continual argument about my bill. Always going up. Fees added without reason, then taken off without dispute, just because I brought it up. Customer service was a mixed bag. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Maybe its because I was calling so much. Very frustrating 5 years. Not recommended

After 17 years with Sprint I had to leave. Each time I called I was always thanked for being a long term loyal customer, but I never felt like I was truly appreciated. I'm a pretty loyal person, and sometimes will pay more than a competitor if I feel the service is better, and Sprint kind of lost that appeal after so many years.

Will never deal with them again. Now after leaving they say I owe them money! For WHAT? What about all the time I spent trying to get my number transferred. I think you owe me! You people are crazy. I was a Sprint customer for 10+ years, until about 2 months ago. When my credit card expired I did not remember to update that with Sprint. I also had electronic billing so I did not even realize that. They sent a letter to me stating they had deactivated my tablet which was fine because I don’t use it anyway. I paid the payment over the phone figuring that would settle everything. Without my knowledge they reactivated my tablet and once again started billing me. When I got another notice that I was late again I called and told them I never told you to reactivate my tablet you can see that I never used it no data was coming from it so why did you reactivate my tablet? The agent wasn’t very helpful and said that you have to specifically tell us not to re-activate the tablet. I told her I didn’t feel it was right for you to bill me. She said that she would notify her supervisor about this and not to worry. I ended up getting sent to collections for a bill that was not right to begin with. I have a perfect credit score and they sullied it with this ridiculous ploy.
