BTW, I REFUSE TO PAY $1 TO JUST ANSWER, WHEN QLINK HAS ALWAYS ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. I CANNOT ANSWER MY PHONE, WHY? I HAVE NO GREEN SLIDE, WHERE DID IT GO!!! I GET A COMPLETE BLACK SCREEN. I'm am pleased with Q Link. I had Easy Wireless before Q Link but it didn't get a signal in alot of areas Ii was in. Q Link has a strong signal almost everywhere. It has clear reception and great customer service .

This service has come in handy. But i can honestly say the phone that i was given was extremely outdated & stopped working properly & could really afford to buy a new one. I don't think it's fair that they wouldn't replace the old phone with something more updated or at least that would work with all the updated networks running 4 &5g.

Once getting the phone set up everything works great! Setting it up by the way of a number transfer was a bit touch and go. Overall I'm very happy with the service. I wish the setup instructions were a tad bit better.
