So far things are going pretty good I haven't really had any problems except I cannot get the hotspot to work. I'm not sure what's going on with it all it says when I turn it on it shuts right back off and says unknown network is interfering with the signal. I have not had a chance to call or talk to customer service at qlink at all yet. We might go up to five stars after I talk to them if they can fix that issue. Other than that no problems no complaints here.

Have had positive experiences with Qlink. Customer service is helpful. The free phone is not the greatest. Mine runs super slow and freezes non stop. I have replaced it at least 2 times and it works fine for 1-2 weeks and then goes back to the same slow phone that freezes and random things pop up. The phone can not be used as a main phone. If you can pay the money for an upgraded phone!!

There's no one thing or service with Q Link. The service itself is everything you could hope for from the big name companies that you pay for. The customer service is polite and straight forward. Even though I've not made use of any phones or other equipment they offer, I have shopped and the selection is immense. The prices are unbelievable. So if your looking for incredible service from a company that cares, your at the right place. Come on in, become a family member. You won't regret it.

Coverage is sometimes spotty and the data usually doesn't run very fast at all. But who can complain about a free phone? Not this girl! Just wanted to be honest, but I thank you so much for helping support me with phone relief! I am truly grateful!!!

i best like about qlink the unlimited everything. Also, I've never had to give anything for this phone or this service. It's provided to me free of charge and i dont have to do anything when its time to re-up. They just shoot me a gmail and a text that it has been refilled. no problem!!!

It's me having a problem to set up the phone. I know it's basic I will get it done. On my birthday I received the tablet. But didn't get to it until the 6th or 7th. And it was such a surprise for the 5th was my birthday I was glad to have the tablet. It seems to run a little slow I don't know what the deal is with it. I have clear calls and have service in most areas around me. However it randomly doesn't have service in places it has before and have to mess around turning service on and off again before it will connect. Your company also sent my sim card without my approval. I had filled everything out and was debating between the $10 phone or the $30 deal with the phone and the tablet. I put my phone aside and did not hit send or approve or whatever it was and then next thing I know I got the sim card in the mail and now neither one of those deals are available to me.... Disappointing

I'm 75 years old. I had never had or used a smart phone before. I requested a link to somewhere on the internet that would have tutorials regarding the set up and use of my new phone. I still haven't learned much more than how to answer my phone and how to make an outgoing call. I'm sure that QLink is fine service. I look forward to eventually understanding how my phone functions.

Having a very little income which forces me to save where ever I can, I go without things I would love to have. So Q-Link gives me the security of having a cell phone handy when I travel in my car to the doctors or grocery store. What I am disappointed with is my Q-Link cell phone won't allow Wi Fi access to it. I don't need it at home because I have a computer, but in the event that I would be hospitalized, or just sitting in a doctors waiting room, it would be nice to pass the time by checking in with friends, or play online games.

When I enrolled, I was a bit skeptical. I didn’t think it was truly free. To my surprise, I received my SIM card in a few days. I have only had service for a week, so I really can’t say entirely that I really like the service. So far so good. Helps when you’re on a very limited income like myself.

QLink Wireless was good in the beginning and as a carrier has remained quite good. I have had some negative experiences in using it since my car insurance Safe Driver program took up all the space in my first phone. My new phone, received just a few days ago is wonderful so far except for a phone number I must change as it is for a different state's area code and that would be a problem for friends and family that I would call. It would appear to them as a spam call.

Although I have my lifeline service connected to q link I am living with vital reasons. Blink is a perfect service for my needs I have a secondary cell phone for a constant connect between for ambulance and just basic human need as I am disabled. I am also happy with the fact that I do not have to pay anything considering the fact that I work part-time and do not make much money and if I had to pay the phone bill I don't think I would have the phone so that's why I am happy with Q Link. I like the overall coverage I am able to get, its the same or better than the big named cell phone companies. I dislike that for some reason unless I am in actual network coverage I am unable to receive or send texts, unable to call out or receive phone calls or obtain my voice mail, even if I have a wi fi signal and I can use messenger, to be able to use all functions I have to be in network coverage

The thing I like the most is that I never have issues recieving my monthly service. I get signal pretty much every where. The thing I don't like is that when i call customer service I always have problems understanding the representative so it makes me feel like it's pointless calling because my issue more than likely will not get resolved due to communication issues

My area may not have a tower located close-by, as incoming calls are spotty while I can make outgoing calls. Mobile data may be related to same issue, as I get no data service whatsoever where I live plus I was not able to make use of data while I was in an area with full bars. I've contacted QLink Wireless for assistance, but no resolution for the issue, so I'll be contacting them again :)

I have had a few times where phone data has been spotty and times where it's been slow, but overall my service is OK. I however, have purchased 2 hot pepper phones and I have had trouble with the both of my phones the first phone I purchased was the Chili Pepper that was a problematic dropped calls and reception issues were horrible, didn't have it long and bought a replacement phone, I got a Sarono witch it's a cheaper phone and I do have some issues but I have managed with it.

Qlink is a good service button the phones they offer for free or replacement for $19.99 are horrible . When I want to upgrade they say it not available in my area so I am stuck buying the horrible phone . I would like to be able to upgrade to a better phone. But the service is great as far as the internet and call quality I have no complaints for that part of Qlink's service .

I like that I don't have to pay for this monthly service and that's a big deal for me. I purchased a new phone from them when I signed up for the service, I was totally disappointed when I received it, I thought if I purchased a new phone instead of a refurbished phone from them, it would be a better phone but all I can say is it works, for now. I m grateful for my service each month, it definitely helps in an emergency or keeping in touch with family.

Customer service is great.. I could stand another phone soon and will be contacting Q K ink for that, butthe service is good! I guess the only thing I would have an issue with has to do with product versus service. The service is good almost anywhere. I rarely have connection problems. The plan I am offered is the best I have found in researching plans available for government supported phone service. It is hard to beat unlimited calls, texts and 4.5GB data (and occasionally unlimited data for a period of time) for no out of pocket costs.

I like the fact that they can offer a free phone/service. Growing up in the system, I can vouch for having a Ned for a phone. No more running next door or across the street to borrow someone else's phone, knowing these neighbors wish you would get your own phone. When you're trapped in the system, having a phone is a prayer answered. Most people take it for granted, like having a car. No one knows how much a phone and car are truly needed until you don't have them, and I've been there. Thank You for this service!! It truly is a need met!

When I make calls outside of my house it's no good it doesn't connect fast it's very slow it won't open any emails unless I have a Wi-Fi attached to it but I do appreciate the phone I appreciate the service and I thank you all

Qlink Wireless has served me pretty well over the past few years. I'm currently using a 4G LTE phone, but I will be purchasing a 5G capable phone from them later this year. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because whenever I've upgraded myself by purchasing a newer phone from them, they cut off my service on the old phone until I receive their new phone which is usually about a week. So, plan accordingly if you ever upgrade.

The shipping of my new phone was fast. My only problem is if you are looking at phone's under the "shop phones" dropdown and you're signed in, then it should only show you phones that work in your area. The first phone I got didn't work here and I had to go a week without a phone. It's not a customers responsibility to know what phones do and don't work in their area. If I wasn't logged in then I understand, but it needs to link to your zip code if logged in.

Yeah I just started using the company through a government program it’s OK im constantly losing the signal and it goes into 4G which nothing works on 4G anymore but in overall it’s OK but customer service when you call they either don’t know what they’re talking about lack of knowledge or they’re just not doing their job because you keep getting the same answers and at times I’ve had to call back three or four times to finally get to someone that understood the problem and fixed it I have an issue currently with them and they still haven’t fixed it in doesn’t matter how many times I’ve called or how many emails I’ve sent nothing gets done

I like the fact of my minutes are added on time when they are due and the fact that my calls aren't dropped as much as other services. But one of the things I'm not happy about is the fact that I received a non working tablet and have been trying to get help for it but no one has helped and it's been several months since I've had it and that I reported the issue.

I was able to transfer service with ease. Thank you QLink and how do I obtain a phone from you and what is the cost and what do you offer. This phone that was so easily transferred from my former gov phone carrier with just a sim card thru you is now damaged and I know is on its way out. Please tell me what I can do. I like the service but the phone I got from you doesn't keep a charge very long and it gets hot when using it and the table I can't use on line even with it hooked up to Wi-Fi it says that I can't go on line cause the tablet doesn't have the right program in it and it don't even have the bars on top to see if you got any type or reception at all, I have tried since I got and just gave up on the tablet can't get on line with it it's not worth any thing at all and the phone has to be on the charger 24-7 just to use the phone, I tried to contact the company about the phone talked to some gentleman and he told me to send it back to them but didn't give me a address to mail it to free of charge but the post office wants me to pay to send it any where to get fixed. Well that's my experience with your company.

I would give q link a 5 star rating if they offered quality low end cell phones ive purchased no less than 5 phones from q link in the past 3 years ive paid from $25 up to $80 cause thats all i could afford too pay ,none of the 5 phones worked right or out for me , i bought a high end phone and have had no issues with the service , as they say You Get What You Pay For

Very convenient. Minutes are always on when they are supposed to be. Great service. It doesn't fade in & out. If you was to have an issue qlink also offers the best customer service. Thier website also offers so many answers to a huge selection of questions
