Ever since I was put on qlinkwireless ,my phone has been running slow, or not even loading the application that I'm trying to get to. It says that the wifi is not connected. I will figure out what the real problem is. So standby for more information. Spectrum is the wifi provider, with the 5-G speed. I will return for the update.

Unable to use all features of my phone or my service. I can't use my Hotspot nothing will connect to it. My text do not register on my statement. I'm unsure from where you get your data on customer usage but I feel that it needs to be calibrated.

They were great at one time but now the signal sucks and service is unreliable. They don't replace your phone if it breaks and their phones are extra expensive and outrageous. But the service is free because the government pays them.

Good service for the most part, only thing I dislike is I can't access my voicemail and everytime I leave a wifi spot my data won't work until I power cycle my phone, and I know it's not the phone bc when I had this phone on Verizon the voicemail worked and I never had wifi to data problems.

Transfer of carriers via Q Link sim card went quite well without a hitch, just need to stop alot of spam calls getting thru & bogging cell device operations down. Customer service reps are very patient in helping thru the sim card formating to my own smartphone as well, much thanks Q Link staff!

My q link service is pretty good. I haven't had many dead spots and I'm always able to connect.I am curious tho. I brought my own device and also purchased(donated (10.00) a q link tablet but I still can't get a new device from q link. I have to buy it. I wish I had the money to do so.

The only thing I don't like is that I got unlimited data text and talk but at 30 gigs of data they cut your internet off and you have no internet at all but it says I have unlimited internet so if I hit 30 gigs they should at least slow it down not cut it off

i got the phone and tablet the tablet died and they wouldn't replace it cause they determined it was the charging port and that wasn't covered under the waarrenty but the phone is very good they have great service and i would reccomend they have a good selection of phones

The service us great the one thing I'm truly upset about us that I paid $150 dollars for this phone on QLink wireless app and it cracked within 3 1/2 days. I don't have money like that and I sure can't afford one I can barely see through the screen. Am I able to receive one free from you guys or how does that work

What's not to love about free unlimited phone service. Have had minimal problems thus far. My only issue was the set up to start. Had some difficulty getting set up. My first call to customer service was no help at all but my second call to them went much better and was able to get service set up.

Great help with my finances and all ....and service is actually better than the one I have paid over$50.00 per month for. Without the slow speed and annoying messages to sell me the next whatever they're selling. Only issue I have is not getting my free device I was so excited for....was hoping to use the tablet to work from home. After several inquiries I've still not being billed Co pay and I saved up to be able to afford the$10 out of my no income household

I think the free service or discounted service is a great idea as i am disabled and have a hard time paying my simple housing needs. This helps me tremendously. OK to start with y'all scrude me I order a phone for 179 $ and I received the the first phone 79$ I believe it was any phone was never received I call your customers services they said it shows that it was delivered and they finally sent after I $179 it never was I got stuck with a piece of crap phone finally after talking to your rude as hell CS so being that I paid 179 $ already I spent $79 and got the cheaper one customers services was not going to give my money back I have both phones now wtf am I supposed to do with 2 phones they said no money back when it was delivered I called bs still want to send phone back and they told me now I still believe you owe me money

Overall It's a truly great service. However there are a very few things that can use a little work. the most obvious to me is that your "Safe Mode" icon seems to have a mind of it's own. It just pops up out of nowhere, with NO WAY to turn it off. Sometimes it's there, and sometimes not. There's no way to activate it and no way to de-activate it. In short, it's obnoxious. I don't find a reference anywhere in "Settings" or anywhere else. Something you might want to consider...

Qlink wireless has great service, my only problem is when I first got the phone I was able to play all my games that I had downloaded with the just play app and then all of a sudden I couldn't play any of my games, I kept getting a message telling me to disable my VPN, only problem with that was/and is that I had no VPN and still have no VPN on my phone and still cannot get that fixed. If someone could please tell me why this is and maybe how to fix it, that would be great. Thank you

Your telephone service is great - Your customer service is not - you sent me a new phone (Thank you very much for that) but I can barely use it and there is no one on your side of the equation to help me understand how to use it - i've had it for about a year and still cannot access my voicemail - additionally, i would have bought a better phone, one more suited to my needs, if you gave me a way to do that - but you don't - i'm legally blind - i can still navigate my way around the world and manage, with work, all three categories of communication devices (tablet, laptop & "some" phones) when educated on their operation (I'm sending this to you from my laptop with no assistance required) - But I need some help with the last phone you sent me or the ability to purchase a phone that meets my needs - you won't provide either of those services - i would think your specific clientele needs access those phones and services - hope this wasn't a waste of everyone's time

If it wasn't for this government assistance program I wouldn't have known what else to do after not only losing a loved one but a job you worked for nearly five years to come to an end, based on closure. I have had my QLink Wireless Lifeline phone since 2018. For the most part service has always been sufficient and at no charge to me. I am still able to have this Lifeline phone service through QLink Wireless as I am in a very low fixed income since having to retire early in order to obtain my SSA retirement income which is below the poverty level pretty much and I am 62 years of age which also qualifies me for EBT SNAP Food Stamp program. This is another government state program that provides me with extra income by allowing me to be eligible for food stamps for consumable food items only. There was an issue when I needed a replacement phone and there was a chip shortage in Chine which delayed me getting a replacement phone which I had to purchase. I have also experienced homelessness since 2018 and during COVID-19. I was living in my car for quite sometime until it was repossessed on February 13, 2020. The mobile phone provides me with urgently needed access to calling 911 in case I have to contact them for a dire emergency. There have been times when I was without a cell phone at all as I was waiting for funds or to purchase a replacement phone as needed to survive in this jungle of survival of the fittest. I am still homeless and without anytype of housing. Even the Houston Coalition for the Homeless denied me a place to live because in the end they said I needed to have a steady income to be considered for the program. Yet others were approved for the same housing for free for extended periods of time and had no income at all. I am also disabled and currently going through that long process of being approved for disability SSA benefits in addition to early retirement income that I qualified for when I turned 62 on February 24, 2022. It took another 90 plus days to be approved and got three months of retirement income in June, since they also make you wait 30 days in the beginning after my online application was completed and received and pending review after that. I do not pay for my service, I get free talk, text and data. I only have to pay for replacement phones since the original phone stopped working do to moisture getting into the and the battery would no longer work.

Q Link Wireless is the best, honestly. My father in law was going on and on about his new phone company and he won't have to pay a dime so it got me interested, got approved instantly and I've now had that line with Q Link since early 2021, the ONLY thing I could complain about, and still annoyed with, is that if I qualify for the sim card with free data then I also qualified for the pad, and if I remember correctly; I had filled out another form for it and submitted it back and have never received. Would have been better to not offer the pad, if I wasn't going to actually receive one... Other than that, I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!

I am overall very satisfied with being a customer at Q Link Wireless. I only had 2 or 3 times that I had to call customer service for an issue I had and only once spent a long time on hold waiting for a representative but was taken care of professionally Now I have always had an issue with the phone that was given to me because its slow , can not do updates , can only download 1 game from google play and half the time when I try to play the game it closes out on me so I'm constantly restarting the phone and try to only just use to make a call or text., can not hear the ring tone or when I can it is a quick few beeps\rings and not enough to realize the phone went off. Now the phone is broken and do not have money for a replacement phone hence the reason why I got the phone in the first place. i have a phone that is compatible but trac phone ( which is a provider for the government-free phone ) won't unlock the network so I can use it so I'm stuck with no phone. The only thing I can do now is to terminate from Q Link Wireless find another place that offers the free phone deal and sign up with them , perhaps Safe Link Wireless I think they are one?

I've just had the service for almost a month. I have 1 complaint my service where I live and around me isnt really good. It takes a very long time to pull up anything using data . I'm not sure why. Getting signed up and talking thru with customer service really went to great lengths on helping me. Customer service is great thru Qlink. They do as they say they are there to help.
