I don't have any complaints about the plan, itself. Only about the phone I received. It is a piece of junk. About the lowest of the low, as far as quality. I wouldn't even give my 5 year old niece this phone. But it is free. You get what you pay for. Same with the tablet I received for free

OK to start with y'all scrude me I order a phone for 179 $ and I received the the first phone 79$ I believe it was any phone was never received I call your customers services they said it shows that it was delivered and they finally sent after I $179 it never was I got stuck with a piece of crap phone finally after talking to your rude as hell CS so being that I paid 179 $ already I spent $79 and got the cheaper one customers services was not going to give my money back I have both phones now wtf am I supposed to do with 2 phones they said no money back when it was delivered I called bs still want to send phone back and they told me now I still believe you owe me money

Overall It's a truly great service. However there are a very few things that can use a little work. the most obvious to me is that your "Safe Mode" icon seems to have a mind of it's own. It just pops up out of nowhere, with NO WAY to turn it off. Sometimes it's there, and sometimes not. There's no way to activate it and no way to de-activate it. In short, it's obnoxious. I don't find a reference anywhere in "Settings" or anywhere else. Something you might want to consider...

Qlink wireless has great service, my only problem is when I first got the phone I was able to play all my games that I had downloaded with the just play app and then all of a sudden I couldn't play any of my games, I kept getting a message telling me to disable my VPN, only problem with that was/and is that I had no VPN and still have no VPN on my phone and still cannot get that fixed. If someone could please tell me why this is and maybe how to fix it, that would be great. Thank you

Your telephone service is great - Your customer service is not - you sent me a new phone (Thank you very much for that) but I can barely use it and there is no one on your side of the equation to help me understand how to use it - i've had it for about a year and still cannot access my voicemail - additionally, i would have bought a better phone, one more suited to my needs, if you gave me a way to do that - but you don't - i'm legally blind - i can still navigate my way around the world and manage, with work, all three categories of communication devices (tablet, laptop & "some" phones) when educated on their operation (I'm sending this to you from my laptop with no assistance required) - But I need some help with the last phone you sent me or the ability to purchase a phone that meets my needs - you won't provide either of those services - i would think your specific clientele needs access those phones and services - hope this wasn't a waste of everyone's time

Service is good but tech support sucks. They changed my account # after I transfered my but when I log in back in it still shows old account #.Phone support is very poor voice calling. There no live chat support. Seem to have very limited phones u can order. Best part of the service is that I have unlimited data, text and voice. Worse part is no live chat and poor support of getting answers for minor stuff . 5 stars for good network. But web site or app fails to let u know what calling feature the service has. Like fail to let u know if there is wifi calling feature. Plus web site hard to find where to check your phone IMEI to bring your phone here. This I give a 2 stars for thére web site on feature that are supported here, help support is just so so. Not set up very user friendly.

I am writing this review to reflect my liking of my Qlink wireless choice. I have had my iPhone monthly data and phone calls charged *for free* by Qlink wireless for some months now. I am happy with this service, it bypasses me having to have my phone filled monthly for about $50.00 and going to the store to get a refill card. This is tops in my phone world! Thank you Qlink wireless!

Qlink offers free talk, text and internet data plan. They offer some phones and also bring your own phone. I have helped many many people get this free service. The coverage is decent. I live in Pennsylvania and I rarely lose service. Plans are on auto fill. I do believe one can choose their own plan and also pay for service. Free is better. Qlink has come a long way over the years. The phones are better, and in most cases new qualifying applications get a free phone. Also, SIM cards for 4g/5g

My phone plan is sim card alone that was supposed to be all unlimited. However I receive ebb wifi through post mobile and due to this my qlink data has been dropped to 4.5 gigs. This seems unfair. It is two different services for two different things.none the less. The phone I use for my qlink is outdated and will need to be replaced which I CAN do for around $300 through qlink. Or I can do payments. But I have no credit and if I had 300$ for a phone I would not have qlink. Or boost ebb wifi. I fee this service SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY include unlimited data, poor people should have access to at least enough data to do online applications and learning activities for their children. Which would then include WIFI/HOTSPOT to allow kids EDUCATIONAL telivision.

So far things are going pretty good I haven't really had any problems except I cannot get the hotspot to work. I'm not sure what's going on with it all it says when I turn it on it shuts right back off and says unknown network is interfering with the signal. I have not had a chance to call or talk to customer service at qlink at all yet. We might go up to five stars after I talk to them if they can fix that issue. Other than that no problems no complaints here.

Have had positive experiences with Qlink. Customer service is helpful. The free phone is not the greatest. Mine runs super slow and freezes non stop. I have replaced it at least 2 times and it works fine for 1-2 weeks and then goes back to the same slow phone that freezes and random things pop up. The phone can not be used as a main phone. If you can pay the money for an upgraded phone!!

There's no one thing or service with Q Link. The service itself is everything you could hope for from the big name companies that you pay for. The customer service is polite and straight forward. Even though I've not made use of any phones or other equipment they offer, I have shopped and the selection is immense. The prices are unbelievable. I have clear calls and have service in most areas around me. However it randomly doesn't have service in places it has before and have to mess around turning service on and off again before it will connect. Your company also sent my sim card without my approval. I had filled everything out and was debating between the $10 phone or the $30 deal with the phone and the tablet. I put my phone aside and did not hit send or approve or whatever it was and then next thing I know I got the sim card in the mail and now neither one of those deals are available to me.... Disappointing

Having a very little income which forces me to save where ever I can, I go without things I would love to have. So Q-Link gives me the security of having a cell phone handy when I travel in my car to the doctors or grocery store. What I am disappointed with is my Q-Link cell phone won't allow Wi Fi access to it. I don't need it at home because I have a computer, but in the event that I would be hospitalized, or just sitting in a doctors waiting room, it would be nice to pass the time by checking in with friends, or play online games.

QLink Wireless was good in the beginning and as a carrier has remained quite good. I have had some negative experiences in using it since my car insurance Safe Driver program took up all the space in my first phone. My new phone, received just a few days ago is wonderful so far except for a phone number I must change as it is for a different state's area code and that would be a problem for friends and family that I would call. It would appear to them as a spam call.

I like the overall coverage I am able to get, its the same or better than the big named cell phone companies. I dislike that for some reason unless I am in actual network coverage I am unable to receive or send texts, unable to call out or receive phone calls or obtain my voice mail, even if I have a wi fi signal and I can use messenger, to be able to use all functions I have to be in network coverage

My area may not have a tower located close-by, as incoming calls are spotty while I can make outgoing calls. Mobile data may be related to same issue, as I get no data service whatsoever where I live plus I was not able to make use of data while I was in an area with full bars. I've contacted QLink Wireless for assistance, but no resolution for the issue, so I'll be contacting them again :)

I have had a few times where phone data has been spotty and times where it's been slow, but overall my service is OK. I however, have purchased 2 hot pepper phones and I have had trouble with the both of my phones the first phone I purchased was the Chili Pepper that was a problematic dropped calls and reception issues were horrible, didn't have it long and bought a replacement phone, I got a Sarono witch it's a cheaper phone and I do have some issues but I have managed with it.

Qlink is a good service button the phones they offer for free or replacement for $19.99 are horrible . When I want to upgrade they say it not available in my area so I am stuck buying the horrible phone . I would like to be able to upgrade to a better phone. I like that I don't have to pay for this monthly service and that's a big deal for me. I purchased a new phone from them when I signed up for the service, I was totally disappointed when I received it, I thought if I purchased a new phone instead of a refurbished phone from them, it would be a better phone but all I can say is it works, for now. I m grateful for my service each month, it definitely helps in an emergency or keeping in touch with family.

Customer service is great.. I could stand another phone soon and will be contacting Q K ink for that, butthe service is good! I guess the only thing I would have an issue with has to do with product versus service. As I said the service is good, its the speed of the phone itself thats slow, battery does not hold a chg and it is your version of a smart phone. Very, very slow. Thats all, Karen Duba
