It is a nice reliable Network. Faster speeds on the data than my last phone. Although I had to keep the same phone that I had cuz I couldn't get one through q Link wireless, the service was still good. I would recommend it to other people and have already.

The phones are cheaply made and are very slow . When you call customer service nobody speaks English and it's so hard to understand them. They had promised stuff in the past and I never saw what they promised. Instructions to your promotions are so hard to understand. So I am confused know with the upgrade promotion on top of this page. I thought I already was getting unlimited data, talk and text. It works great when connected to WIFI at home. But the cell tower connection isn't good. I have to stand practically outside in the winter in order for the people on the phone to hear me. It works fine to make calls when I'm at other locations, though.

I don't mind leaving it in for 1 day, but why 10? Sometimes I like to shut it off to get some peace!! I love 💘the free service though, Thank you for that!!!

Thankful the availability to have access to a service whereas of date have not dropped a call. There is on downfall, when the tablets that are sent out don't work, you are told that they are not replaceable. It took 7 months to receive it and 14 months to talk to someone about it. Which was to no avail. Have a tablet that is of no use is to have one not at all. Therefore, the phone service is good but there is still work to be done on the tablet issue.

Unlimited Data really means after 30gb your service drops to 2G or unable to use. Of course it was turned around on me because it was amongst my paperwork. So I look, yep they're right. Im trying to figure out why everything is written in normal size font, but this specific area involving data is so freaking small I literally had to get a magnifying glass. OOOHHH I get it. Nice,nice👌. .... Absolutely amazes me how intentional deceit is viewed with such normalcy. Other than that, no complaints. Good service, Competitive prices.

The phone that I received is not a good phone at all. Also I didn't know that Qlink operates on the 4g network, which is slow. I guess you have to spend a fortune to get a good phone, everybody is running the same game! I do like how Qlink operates. Everything is user friendly and easy to navigate. My only complaint is the cheap free phone. I love the tablet!!!

The phone options are good but the service needs a little work. The brought another phone cause the one I had stopped working. It was on $35 I believe which is good. But sometimes I cant unlock my phone, the number don't all pop up and at time it wont let me answer. But the fact everything with this company so far( talk, text and data) unlimited I couldn't ask for nothing better. Other companies give limited talk. Can you just fix the minor glitches or get advice on what to do in situations??

this is a scam. I purchased the tablet and phone package. NO WHERE on the site does it indicate they have limited coverage. So I have no coverage. After an entire day trying to get the damn POS working they finally tell me oh we don't cover your area, we'll refund the phone part but not the tablet so Im stick with a piece of useless trash. Not only do I NOT recomend them I will be making a complaint to both the bbb and the dept of telecomunications in washington dc about there deceptive practices .

If I could rate this GOVERNMENT cellular company no stars or rate it in the negatives I would. This company is so money greedy to its ashamed and shouldn't have any accountability of service. Their top up plans are overated, over charged, and outrageous plus they charge for every single assistant provided. I have been harassed by numerous calls & text and when I asked if I could get my number changed they insisted that I pay $5. There is no grace, exception, or exemption within their policies for customers that very much need assistance neither are there any services rendered for 0 customer satisfactory service & support. Even their review question ask if your a paying customer. SMH All this company want is your money when their supposed to be providers for the low income community. With these type of procedures it won't be long before all their competitors take all their business. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSE WHERE BEFORE CONSIDERING THEIR BUSINESS.

It’s better now that I don’t have their cheap $69.00 phone that don’t work n crashes all the time, even after one replacement. I ended up having to buy my own unlocked phone n transfer the SIM card to it and now I can send n receive calls, before all I could get was Radom people calling n leaving voicemails or text messages but could never make a call or send many messages as the service would go in and out on the cheap phone. I bout a 200.00 unlocked phone, swapped out my SIM card n now I have service that actually works. Stinks I had to go buy yet a 3rd phone to get anything to work. Apps even crash on their free phone and tablets, both are JUNK! My partner ended up having to buy me a Samsung tablet through Meier, just to be able to use one, as theirs crashes constantly!

I like to deal with QLink Wireless very much. But, the only matter is that I've requested another free phone because the hot pepper that I bought for $40 doesn't work properly, When I'm using it, it becomes too hot to touch, sometimes I have to spend around a full day to receive service and it's too slow. I really need another phone. Thanks!
