Yes, in deed Q-link wireless is really the best No interruptions or drop calls i can say im happy with Q-link there is just one option im totally dissatisfied in and that is I've been trying to buy a phone for approx. 150$ and they totally ignore me that is the one thing im unhappy about.......

I use to use Qlink for years, I stopped using qlink because I got on someone else's account . Big mistake now I'm back using it and it's saved me on a phone bill or my phone getting shut off due to non payment due to financial reasons. I'll never leave qlink again

You can't get help when you need it. I have tried contacting you several times over the tablet I received and I will not pay for something that has not worked since I got it. All it does is freeze up. If it worked I would gladly pay the $10.00.

Pretty decent overall. I do, sometimes have issues sending texts and people sometimes tell me they couldnt get thru as if my phone was off or it just wouldnt ring. Occasionally, my phone will say no network, but only lasts a few minutes.

I like the reliability, my minutes refill at the beginning of the month right on time. Now I have unlimited so no worries anymore. I've been a customer since 2016. At first it was a little bit rocky. My first phone was pretty crappy. Now I byop and I have no problems.

Sometimes the signal is not the greatest I live 8 Mile down a back-road with Woods it don't work going down the road but it works at my house and has been very reliable if you are low income it would be crazy not to give Q link a try I saved $400 this past year by using it

They have been patient with me and their service,but I have not been able to get the phone I purchased to work. I put the card in the phone tried to charge it that did not work. I need help!! Been in and out of the hospital several times. When I get home this time, I'm going to call and see if I can get this phone in working order.

The initial phone that is sent isn't worth a hoot. It's 3g and slow with little storage space. The Qlink tablet is about the same. Very slow to boot and to switch pages. If your lucky enough to have an extra 4g LTE phone then my all means use it with the free sim card they send you. I've had very little problems since I brought my own phone.

It seems to be a good provider & phone service is good. I don't like not having SIM card for tablet. Can't use tablet for internet or much of anything. Would like to see about getting hotspot to have internet wherever I go. I do not have internet at home.

The service is good only 1 problem, about the last week and a half left of the month my data seems to run out and I can't connect to the internet. In the past 4-5 months that has happened to me , but I could still call n text n get calls n texts so it has its ups n downs.

The only complaint I have about QLink is sometimes their customer service is terrible and am never able to get through unless you want o hold for over a hour. I love the phone and phone service I have. I appreciate that this type of thing is available because without it I wouldn't be able to afford a cell phone

Most of the time I'm very happy with Qlink. There are times though that I have a lot of dropped calls. Then sometimes when I have to go online, it's so annoying because it's so slow and then every now and then it barely works. That's not often but it does happen. The service has been good and the customer service is excellent. My only complaint would be with the quality of the phones. I have had to replace them often because they either stopped working or stopped charging. Finally I opted to bring my own phone and have had no problems. Qlink is a wonderful benefit and greatly appreciated.

I am disabled. I have been trying to get another phone but I have not had any success. Before it was stolen it was not working right. The screen did not show anything and I could only talk with the speaker on. I call Q Link and have to hold so long, then the voice says call back later, or I would be transferred and loose the call. I am (65) and disabled. A free phone is a blessing. Can you help me get a replacement phone? Thank you, Dianne L Smith

Good service an benefits an transformation of transferring of your phone number.. would recommend to others but there tablet service is not to good because you can not use it without a wifi connection so in the tablet service I would rate it at 8 thumbs down an they still charge you $10.01 without no service on it so yeah not good on the tablet part...

My experience so far has been good. I’ve tried several different phone services, but I think QLink is the most successful one for me. My calls all go through. I get great reception. I don’t miss out on important calls anymore. The only thing I wish they had was a hotspot. I think otherwise it’s a great company.

The phone that I paid for to get Qlink $20 wont keep a charge & it always will flip to the main screen while your trying to use the phone Half the time. Can’t get it to hang up half the time. Wasn’t worth $20. Other than that I can’t complain

for the most part ive had good service from you guys ,but when you changed over to tmobile service provider i had bad reception for several months but now reception is much better. i am currently using the nuu A6L-G it has a few issues but has been fairly durable for the time ive had it.

Cannot beat the price. I have service issues from my apartment. Not a problem our roof is covered with two layers of asphalt shingles with metal over them. We also have solar panels on roof it does not surprise me but we all have this problem here. Overall good service

Not bad service, I have a crappy old phone and I still get good service everywhere. I always have problems with the hot spot tho, and I'm also being charged for a tablet that was never received. But all in all.. it's great for being free!
