I feel like I was taking advantage of and don't recommend. Why because I only had my loan less then 2 months and did not know something would have happen with what I needed the loan for and would no longer need the money at that time. I was expecting a long term use for the loan. But however what I did not like is they don't charge by a interest rate. They charge a set fee amount. My contract term was for 12 months. So whether you have the loan 1 month or 12 months within that contract. They still charge you that same set fee amount. My fee was over $2500 and I mentioned earlier that I only had the loan less then 2 months. Really. Why would I want to loose over $2500 in less then 2 months. Not including the payments I had already made during the time of having the loan in less then 2 months. So then they offered me 10% off in which was still over $1700. Just straight getting over on people. Then when I told the lady I was not trying to pay them that much for a short period of time I would be loosing money. She or someone within the company filed a UCC out on my business. In which I was going to pay it even though I did not want to. I don't like to mess up my credit. This should not be accepted. The government should not allow companies like this to take advantage of people. This was my very 1st time getting a loan through this company but with the experience I had. I would never use them again. I did not feel appreciated at all. I was not pleased. I did not mine paying them but for only the time a had it. So if that was a interest rate loan I would have paid less money like I did on another loan. From now on I only will be getting interest rate loans. I had never over my years of getting loans from personal to business. Never had a loan that was not a interest rate loan. This was my 1st time getting a set fee and will never do it again. Lesson learned. People definitely think about this when applying for loans never know what would happen and you don't want to be just throwing away unnecessary money.

I did a short app via the Rapid website and was asked to call in to speak with a rep to finish up my App. Well upon calling in a male rep which I did not catch his name because he was speaking with a slurred speech asked me to hold a moment as he pulls up my info, I said sure. Well, upon coming back to the phone he asked me how long I have been in business, and I told him I have been in business and registered with the IRS since 2009. His next question was "Do U have a Personal Business checking acct? And my reply to him was that I have been using my personal military checking acct as my business account. Well as soon as I shared this info with him regarding my checking account he quickly stated and I quote "Sorry Rapid Can Not Help You" because you do not have a business account set up so enjoy your day" Yes that was it and I kid u not he disconnected as if I and my business was a nobody and did not matter only because I stated I do not have a personal business account, however, I do have my personal military account that I use for my business. I WILL NOT EVEN RECOMMEND SATAN TO THIS COMPANY.

Overall funding process was easy and efficient . The reason for the bad review is due to the lack of regard towards my private information being provided via email to a lady I barely knew who claimed her address was used on my application. Vanessa W of Bethesda MD (I found out by the lady calling me, threatening to sue) sent over my information and spoke with this lady for hours about my account. After confrontation lasting multiple conversations and multiple people including Samantha N she emailed me and CC’ing the lady my home address with an explanation of them using an address from my credit as being the reason for sending mail erroneously. She never apologized. I recorded the entire conversation. I believe in absolute professionalisms. She definitely dropped the ball for this company. Do business with caution please.
