Really poor communication. All remote. Repeatedly had to re-explain everything. Possibly in another country where English is not their first language or they are just not good at what they do. Typical perforance of today's "tech companies" trying to automate a service.

Biz2Credit's handling of PPP Loans was unacceptable. While the SBA has noted issues in process, Biz2Credit knowingly sold professionals services for PPP with estimated payouts that were almost 50% less than the actual. They collected profits at the expense of already impacted small business owners.
