I appreciated the proactiveness with the webinars, the 'pre-app' and the ease in which everything came together. I was VERY impressed overall. My only critique is that there were 3 different people assigned between the draft and final application as the app was being reviewed. I'd suggest one person for ease and streamlining. There are a few IT glitches on the document side but given the speed of putting together, it is understandable. Great job!

All around amazing. I literally applied, 2 hours later approved (this was on a friday), monday received loan documents/paperwork, filled it all out, next day received a text and email saying money is on way and the next day the money was there! The entire process would have been much quicker and easier, but a minimal issue delayed the process. They request a voided check; however, there is no instruction as to a previously written check, and/or the fact that they require and check with a printed address. Since the process is fully automated, it took a couple of extra days to finally get the loan funded. I have consulted with several of my friends and my accountant, and the process here is very much faster. My accountant has started to use the Biz2 platform for those clients who need help applying for PPP loans.

The process of applying for the 2nd round of PPP was the total opposite of the application process for the 1st round. Simple, straightforward, seamless, effortless (should I go on?), etc. The day that I had the funds deposited in my account (less than 2 weeks after I started the application with Biz2Credit is when my bank contacted me to see if I wanted to sign up applying for the second round from them.

Biz2Credit did exactly what they said they would do to help me get approved for PPP loan. The loan app was seamless and easy; however after the app the actual loan underwriting was a bit confusing and tedious as the same information was being requested over and over HOWEVER my loan specialist Mathew and Tommy was AMAZING! He communicated with me every time I had a question, or if something didn't seem right - he took the time to explain it to me. In the end I was completely funded with my PPP loan. It took less than two hours to be approved but, it took two more weeks to receive funds. My biggest criticism is the inability to talk to someone on the phone easily. I realize that Pandemic funding isn't your regular fare but, I couldn't help imagining complete chaos at your office with everyone trying to process so many loans. It stands to reason that with a time limit on monies available, applicants feel the need to know at which exact step they are at in the process. Daily updates with documents still needed, etc would be a big help. Also, some immediate feedback to any questions about those needed documents was lacking. Long story short- I got the loan but, I was worried the whole time.

Our situation was a bit unique. Our business recently incorporated, and this made it very difficult to obtain a PPP loan. My bank offered no help at all. We re-applied through Biz2Credit, and were assigned an actual human to guide us through the process. Our bank had no one to call or even email. Turns out we were entitled to a larger loan than I thought, because our Biz2Credit funding specialist knew all of the rules! We have re-hired two of our employees. Grateful is an understatement.

Although the volume of businesses requesting a PPP loan has been high, the process with Biz2Credit was not what I experienced with another lender. Yes, it was slow at first, due to the initial onslaught of applications. But, even though we made a mistake on our application, it all got worked through and finalized and I was very pleased with the fact that they were willing to help us work through that error and get us funded!

I first tried to fund with Chase bank, worst thing I did. No communication, Whatsoever! They denied me. Next I applied with Biz2credit. Tommy was so helpful, answered every email I sent. The process is very time consuming and no one speaks to anyone. I received multiple phone calls about a loan that's in process already and someone trying to sign me up to get me an additional loan and they had no idea that I was already in process for a loan. Very hard to get in contact with customer service. No one returns phone calls on a regular basis unless they want you to get a new loan. I would never work with Biz2Credit ever again.

I had a lot of hassle with applying for my loan due to they wouldn't accept my bank which is a physical building not an onLine bank. It ended up causing me acceptance of the second round before the deadline the employees were difficult to reach and weren't responsive to my email or phone calls.
