The forgiveness application process was a nightmare. I received multiple emails from different Biz2Credit agents asking for the same documentation over and over again. When I stated I was tired of being asked for the same things, the agent responded rudely and threatened that my loan would not qualify for forgiveness.

I submitted an application for PPP round 2 and Biz2Credit said SBA rejected the application. The reason they said it was rejected was invalid because I used the same account number as in first round. There was never a human that I could contact that would help resolve the discrepancy.

I got my first Ppp Liam with you. It went smooth. It was paid and then was able to get the loan relieved easily. I applied for round two. The only thing that changes was my income dropped. Everything else was the same. It was rejected and I was never able to get anybody from your company to call me back or help me fix whatever issue there was. Because of your company, I was not able to receive a badly needed second PPP loan.

Process was easy and I liked having a "Personalized Representative" right on my dashboard to be able to reach out to with a question I had. If I had to say my least favorite part, I found the web tracking portion did not accurately represent the status of my loan. I thought I had forgotten or missed something with red print saying "More info required" when I was really just waiting for approval and then needed to sign a document once I was approved. Maybe that status message should be a little less generic.

It was a little confusing when you had to upload your forms to the specific folders/uploads. Most of my forms were uploaded to the first folder which was easier for me. It was too much trying to put everything into it's specified upload folder. Also when I saw the PPP calculation spreadsheet, I almost decided not to apply for the loan! It was too much. Anyway, when someone from your company contacted me, the process became much easier to complete. Now I need to figure out how to complete the PPP forgiveness speadsheet! I like the quick response I get from Tom M. I don't like the fact that I have to supply so many account statements and reports each time I request funds. Often times they are asking for the same docs that I have sent numerous times. I feel they already have copies of. I had to verify my bank account, though they are already drawing from it weekly. When I have tried to get a balance in the past, I had a hard time getting a response. Felt like I was being ignored. As you know, I have always had the money in my account to make my payments.
