Blinds are all great, with the exception of the one over the kitchen sink. It’s a little off on the right side the way it was hung. I probably should have cleared off more counter space before it was installed. All other blinds are fantastic.

They are responsive and as quick as possible. They were efficient when they got here. I had one shade and it started to disintegrate, but it was very old, the shutters that I've got have held up fine.

The gentleman who came to me was very, very good, following the woman who came to me initially, and she was very good also. I like it very much. The only problem I have now is I can't get one of the blinds to go all the way up. I don't know why.

What started off as a great experience has become one of the worst experiences. Let me explain. The sales agent did a great job selling me the product, selling the most beautiful blind (top up bottom down) but she ordered the wrong blind for one of my five shades. No problem right, wrong! Well I waited an additional two weeks for the replacement shade but it was only bottom down. Oops, lets order it again. So here I am outside of the return days (30-days) so I have to wait. I ordered the blinds on July 21 and here it is Sept 20th and I still do not have the correct blinds for my home. I was going to use this company to install blinds in both of my two bedroom but after this experience why should I? Bottom line, product is good (so far) but measuring and documenting the correct product for installation not so good.

When I bought this house 4 years ago it already had some beautiful blinds. I did not know at that time that they were 3 Day Blinds. I figured this out when I purchased a few more blinds for windows that did not have them. The consultation with their sales person Jessica was wonderful. I wasn’t sure what I wanted for a 9’ patio door and she explained many options. I decided to go with vertical blinds that actually helped keep out wind. She took care in measuring The blinds came when promised. The installer made sure they were even and moved as required. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. I would definitely order with them another time.

It's all-encompassing with 1 company. You order it, someone measures, and then an installer comes and installs. You don't have to do any other work. If there's a problem, they reorder it automatically and then come out and switch them out.

The guy who came over to do all the fittings and everything was very responsive. He's very friendly, got in quick, got out quick, and then when the guy came to do the actual installation, it was ridiculously fast and he did an excellent job. One of the blinds came damaged and the installer notified me immediately when they pulled it out of the box and they said "We'll take care of this immediately. This rarely happens." Within less than a week, they brought in the replacement, more than I could ask for, so we were happy.

We were confident because of the customer service. They're not quite as substantial as what I've been used to. But the mechanism operates very well. The 2 gentlemen that came to our home gave good suggestions. They were very thorough and and I felt like they were very competent. They sent a second person out to measure again the windows.

We had a little problem that they put in a the drawstrings on the blinds were too short for us and they're they're replacing them without any problems. They operate very well. They keep the light out at night or in the morning, and they feel sturdy. They come to the house and you don't have to you don't have to run around to do to a showroom to find out about their product.

Convenient. They're put together really well. I'm on my 3rd house and I've used three day blinds every time. They're always prompt in there. The response time is good and the designers instead of come to the house always had good ideas and the installers have always been super nice.

I thought it was a really good value for my money. It wasn't as quick as three days, but it was a lot faster than most companies. I've been remodeling homes for a while and blinds take months sometimes to get installed. But this happened very quickly and they were installed in 15 minutes.
