Financing Available

3 Day Blinds offers clients a convenient no-interest payment plan.* 

The payment plan is a great way for homeowners to finance their new window treatments, should they not pay for everything upfront. 3 Day Blinds claims that its payment plan can help save consumers money as the interest rates are typically lower than the interest rate on a credit card. 

Of course, there are some terms and conditions. Clients must make the minimum monthly payments during the promotion period (remember that making the minimum monthly payments during the promotion period may not pay off the entire principal balance). And all interest is waived should the client pay the whole amount within 12 months.

Limited Lifetime Product Warranty

3 Day Blinds extends a limited lifetime warranty to homeowners who purchase its products and services (original buyers only, with proof of purchase). 

The Standard Product Warranty covers the following:

  • Operating mechanisms (other than motors and remote controls) and components are covered for the product's lifetime.
  • Cords and ladders are covered for 7 years. After 7 years, a nominal fee applies for repair, or the client can order replacement parts for a small handling fee.
  • Fabrics, motors, and remote controls are covered for 5 years.
  • Manufacturing defects and shipping damage must be reported within 30 days.

Additionally, 3 Day Blinds offers a Professional Installation Warranty. 

If you purchased a professional installation service alongside your 3 Day Blinds blinds, drapes, shutters, or shades, 3 Day Blinds states that the installation services will be free from defective installation.  

This installation warranty extends to the original buyer (with proof of purchase) for up to one year.

With the purchase of a professional installation, the company states that it will come to your home to perform any service required under the "Standard Product Warranty" at no additional charge for one year from the date of purchase. 

If 3 Day Blinds finds it necessary to remove the product from your home to complete the repairs, your installer will re-install the product free of charge.

It's the industry's first third-party certification program. Manufacturers must meet the specified program criteria and submit their window covering products to a designated third-party testing laboratory to be eligible for this certification. If the products pass testing, they may be labeled "Best for Kids."

They were really good with convenience. I would just say they're a little bit flimsy, more flimsy than I thought. They need to bring a lot more samples and provide more choices, because when I first met with my customer service rep, the sales rep, I was like "You don't have more to show?" And she's like, "No, not really, I can show you pictures on my phone." And given that this is a pretty big order, I would think that you guys would have more samples. They don't have to be huge or the size of the windows, but at least samples because a lot of people aren't that familiar with shutters. I've never had shutters before. Between the tilt rod and all of these different openings and closings and the width. I just think that there should have been more samples.

The best thing is that they did everything. They measured, and they brought the materials to my home. They took care of it in the privacy of my home. It's in the middle of a remodeling so it's very busy and it was very easy to do. We did it when sitting and I was very pleased with the outcome. The quality of the material, the professionalism, the quickness of the delivery. I wish that they had a valance that could go over. The blinds I got Roman shades and roller shades, the roller shades have their own valance. However, the Roman shades it leaves the window looking kind of dark. So some suggestions on what I can do with the window above the Roman, the Roman blinds would be great.

I have one of the windows at the top down, bottom up. I can see that they're not gonna be lasting very long because the way you have to pull them down looks pretty flimsy. I would have much rather have done it on some sort of a cord, as opposed to just manually pulling them down from the top or pulling them up to the bottom. I don't think they'll last very long. The blinds ended up being a special order because of the size of the vertical blinds. And so what I expected to get in 3 days was more like 4 weeks. One of the blinds that they sent was the wrong blind. For a window with three windows, one of the three blinds was wrong. I feel that I paid for the convenience of the name 3 Day Blinds, and then got blinds. I could order from anywhere and get them at the same time. I believe I overpaid for a convenience that wasn't a convenience. I have also had vertical blinds. They're fine, they're typical vertical blinds.

I think they're great. I think this company, the company is great. I got good advice and the quality of the blinds. I got good service. The salesman was wonderful. He was very reliable. The only thing that I was very shocked about was its advertisement is "3 Day Blinds", which you need to change because it's not 3 days. If I get more blinds, I've got blinds in my house, but if I want to replace any, I will call you.

The workmanship was beautiful. I couldn't see anywhere where the shade was glued, it was sewn, and it just looks great. I think the best thing is to have a knowledgeable consultant who can help you with color choices, and someone who can take a look around and really get your style. I had a very good experience, and I'm very happy with the way everything went.

I think they're doing a great job. I like that the salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. The second measure, the person that comes in is measuring again, just to be sure. It was comforting to know that they were being diligent about giving me the correct product. For the installation, he was very experienced and it was quick. He cleaned up after himself, and it looks great and works well. They're sturdy, strong, easy to use, and fit well.

I had notified via email the sales person with pictures on two blinds that were previously installed that seemed to be warping. I also was waiting for the person to get back with me in regards to some ideas and prices on another small octagon window and have not heard anything from the sales person or the company. I have purchased blinds in the past and everything went very well but this time I am certainly not happy and would not recommend to anyone. When you cannot get any response from anyone it is very disappointing.

You have always been a delight to deal with. My only concern is is when you put motorized large sun blinds in that at least 9 foot tall you should give a motor for each Blind not two motors for five blinds so I ended up ordering a few more motors, so I can charge them all at one time.

Love the curtain material and how it looks in our family room. What I don't love is the string on the bottom to hold pleats together. Also the rod to move the curtains to open and/or close them is inconveniently placed which means the curtain will soon become dirty as the curtain is grabbed along with the rod. I probably didn't explain that very well.

They look so beautiful. They fit my living room gorgeously. And I just love them. I don't use them too much because I have dogs and they're very nice material, but they look beautiful in my bigger room. The salesperson that came out and helped me, was very nice, and she knew her stuff. It took about a week and a half.

It was easy access to get to them. It took a while. I had shutters and drapes and sheers. If they could speed it up a little bit, that would be great, but probably it takes any company a while. I've only had them for a short time. They look to be a quality product for a reasonable price.

It's a little pricey, but it makes up for that in convenience. They did almost my whole house and everything is perfect except for one little thing and that is that they mounted a blind in my bedroom area that's crooked and you can see in my bedroom at night. I didn't notice it until maybe a week ago, but other than that, everything else is absolutely perfect.

I was very pleased overall, in the end, with the process. We changed pur order a few times and had to wait before we could proceed. It caused some confusion. Sales staff and management followup contact was very good to clarify everything. I had 23 windows done. The installers were on time, very professional and courteous. After the job was done, we did not have to clean up behind them. They only took a few hours to complete our entire job. It was a good install experience. Sales verified and rectified the specifics of our orfer prior to installation. They revisited our home to insure everything was correct. We really appreciated that. Finally, our order arrived in 30 days or so. We recommend them in Dallas.

As a homeowner we eager to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of my living space, I embarked on a quest to find the perfect window treatments. After researching various options, I settled on 3 Day Blinds for their purported reputation for quality and efficiency. However, my experience with their installation service left much to be desired, resulting in profound disappointment. We had two installations, and both were very late for appointments scheduled. 1) very late to the appointment scheduled 2) during work, didn't wear booties, shoe covers, walk on carpet, or step on brand new furniture t. 3)The installation guys took with them the brand new sample, which does not belong to the 3-day blind. We contacted Installation Management, and they said they disposed of it at their nearby location, which is not in my area. There was no recovery or resolution, and we ended up paying for damage to the company that provided it to us.

Seems to me that's pretty fast for blinds of this quality. I'm having trouble with one of the blinds that was put in just about a year or so ago. The cording on it is fraying and I've mentioned that to them, so that needs to be replaced.

The measurements taking salesman made many errors, taking measurements, counting number of windows. When final measurements person came, he pointed out all the errors which costed me very wrong and high $ estimate ! Finally it was corrected ! The initial measurements and estimate salesman was not responding to my repeated call, voice messages and Tx messages ! Always have excuses and very unprofessional responses. The final measurements/ installer was thorough gentleman, very professional, very knowledgeable, good work ethics, just opposite of the other guy. I did not responded to survey, because I was very upset and decided not to do business with 3day blind co. and do not recommend to friends and family 🙏

There is an existing problem between sales and invoicing. I was told that I would receive remaining balance due after installation. I was still waiting to hear after two weeks. What I received then was an overdue notice. I called accounts receivable and spoke to Lakeisha B and was told that full payment was due before installation. I asked for a statement to to be emailed to me. After receiving the invoice, I mailed the remainder of the amount due. Who in their right mind would pay total cost before installation? The salesman told me that I needed to pay half down and the other half would be due after installation which makes perfect sense. Accounts receivables insisted that payment was due before installation. There is a definite problem that needs to be fixed.

The design consultant was knowledgeable and friendly. She made great suggestions and helped me choose the right shades for my windows. Installation was a breeze. The technician was friendly and walked me through how to use my new power shades. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

At our request, he also adjusted the stopping point slightly for two shades we'd had 3 Day Blinds install in our bedroom a couple of years ago, to accommodate our pile carpet (where only laminate flooring had been present previously).

Very responsive in terms of getting the service set up and having the sales rep come out. I did have some blinds from JC Penney's that I got about five years ago, and the quality of those was much better than these and they're comparable types.
