Let me first start by saying our installer was great I originally ordered faux wood blinds and plantation shutters back in Oct 2023. Our blinds were delivered and installed as promised. I was advised the plantain shutters would be ordered, delivered and installed in Dec due to high demand. I contacted Amanda L who co firmed our order was never processed and I would receive the shutters in 2-3 weeks. There was no follow-up or compensation offered for our inconvenience. I tried reaching back out to Amanda with no response. The only person to give any update was the installer who advised he's been keeping track of the delivery of our order. I would appreciate a callback from management to discuss your customer service.

Anytime I had questions or anything, everything was was answered in a pretty timely fashion. I had three windows done. One of the windows in my dining room is a large window and I just feel like the little apparatus that opens and closes the blind is kind of difficult to get to. It's a little difficult to access.

This was the easiest repair that I have ever completed in my home. I broke the existing blinds that covered a window in the washer and dryer room. I called 3 Day Blinds, received an appointment and then had the blinds installed a week and a half later. There were no hiccups, only professional people that helped me. The designer was great! Ann L showed me options which saved me a ton of time. I could not be happier. And by the way, the motorized blind is the best since I cannot reach over the washer and dryer!

When it came time for install, they were here. Professionally installed, they gave us our tutorials, and they made sure we were happy and understood what we needed. They're very good. It is thick. Everything about the blind is as expected, but the only thing is I wish it was a little closer for a full blackout, but I guess because of the motor you can't have it close enough because I have the automatic, motorized one. So that's the only thing I wish that I could change: a smaller motor so that it could have less of a gap and there would be a super blackout. So that's the only thing, but I still think it's great. If I ever sell, it would add to the price of the condo. Daniel was informative, patient, and a good listener.

I thought that they were a little on the high end, price wise. But I'm really happy with my blinds and they look great, they work great, they're excellent. The installers were really good. The Rep was really good in the beginning, but then I asked some questions through e-mail and phone and did not get a response back, so I was a little disappointed there.

Today we got the blinds faster than we thought. The salesperson kept in contact with us through the procedure so that we knew what was happening, and when. The installer did an excellent job, he was courteous, he cared about our home, and cleaned up after himself. Everyone from the salesperson to the installers to the product or material were all top quality. These had a nice thick feel to them.
