Our salesperson was wonderful, and she went over everything and explained everything to us. We had a problem with our installer, but she helped us fix the problem. We also called the company and they came out and had another installer come back out and fix the problem that we had.

They were recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law. So far we're very pleased with them and quality-wise they seem to be fine. We live in Arizona and it's very hot in the front of the house so the blinds are in direct sunlight and I don't even put them up. I just leave them down just to filter out the sun.

They're they're a little pricey for me, but they did a good job. She was very courteous and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the blinds and didn't pressure me or anything and installation went very well too. I feel like they did a good job, although I would have liked my designer to call me and see that everything went well. And I didn't get a follow up from her. The people seemed to know what they were doing when they came and measured and when they installed them. Everything went well and the blinds seem well made. Initially thought I could get them in 3 days, but I found that I couldn't because they had to be special ordered and everything. But it was worth the wait. They're beautiful and I love them.

We've used them before. Every time I called I got an immediate response with the answers I wanted. The gentleman that came here was very professional and everything was great about them. They come to your house and do everything for you. They measure, they order, they install, and they don't leave a mess. I believe they warranty for the rest of your life basically, so I like that also.

My rep was prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. She answered every question, helped me with pick the one I liked, and the installation was exactly the timing she said. However, it's not 3 days, so that's a bit misleading. It's 6 weeks to get the curtains. I didn't mind that, but maybe think about changing the name.

The salesperson and her supervisor were very good at working with me on my timetable and my pricing. They weren't the most expensive but they do what they're supposed to do. They function well and they look really nice. I have a big sliding glass door with 4 big panels of glass and they were able to get a product that worked well in our space.

The guy that came and measured was great. I liked that they have a lot of diversity and choices so we could get exactly what we wanted. However, we had a little bit of an issue with shipping. That took a lot longer than we had discussed when we bought them. So that was disappointing, because we didn't have anything on our windows for like 5 weeks which was a little frustrating. Plus, they're super expensive.

I really like the plantation shutters. The salesperson was not very good, but the installation and the measurer person were fabulous. There wasn't anybody specifically directly to talk to. While I was waiting for my blinds to arrive, there was just no follow up. And that was with a salesperson that was designated to help me. Regarding payment, you put half down at the start and half when you finish, but when I was finished I didn't know that they were doing that. But they just went ahead and took the same credit card so I'm just glad I had enough money in the bank to use that credit card. So follow up in my opinion was very poor.

I love the look of the honeycomb blinds I purchased, the simplicity of the product looks perfect for my 6-window sunroom. The issue is that they are made of a polyester that is so thin it tears like tissue paper and cannot it be cleaned. This means every 3-4 years I'll have to replace. Aside from the $2K +, adding 6 shades to the landfill is discouraging. EVERY company MUST REDUCE it's contribution to our environment. The woven blinds I purchased for 3 doors are OK, the valence look very cheap tho. (Another $2k+) They are beginning to unravel at edges but I was told it's normal and just trim the loose stragglers, $4k+ is a huge expense for me, I had expected a was better quality. All the staff I've worked with have been amazing so if I could rate customer service it would earn 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me.

They've been very clear about expectations and what they would do. Everybody showed up when they said they were going to show up. They told me when they would be here and they were here on time or before. The gal that did the initial measurement and did my estimate was really helpful because I'm not much of a decorator and she helped me with choices. It was it was really nice to have some help. I didn't want to have to do it on my own.

I really felt that I was valued and Kerry looked at my house, my furnishings, and he could steer me in the correct direction. After they were installed, one of the blinds stopped working and Garrett came out and realized that one of them hadn't been completely programmed. At the same time, he looked at another one and goes, "There's something wrong there" and found out that I had a bad motor. They had to order a new motor and it's all fixed.

They are a little pricey, but it's worth it. Buyers can get a little bit off by going with a longer instead of three days, it could take three weeks because I was in no rush but for an extra 100 off or something that was worth mentioning. The woman who came here was just fantastic. I thought she did a great job. Someone comes here and it's very fast and they know how to measure. It's just very professional and trustworthy. They last a long time, they are guaranteed. Whenever I've had a problem, someone comes immediately and fixes it.

Everybody from start to this finish was a professional. The designer who came to my house, was excellent. And then the person that installed them, I think his name was Eric. He was absolutely wonderful. And the blinds are beautiful. They're perfect. You can't see through them like most blinds that you get. These are private and they're absolutely beautiful.

If they tell you something, you can rely on the fact that it's the truth, and that if they tell you they can do something for you, they certainly do. The motors are highly rated and the fabrics were great and the lady that came out has a lot of insight. Apparently she's been with the company quite some time and she helped us choose the fabric and it was a great experience. The follow up was exceptional. They were able to order them, get them in and they were able to store them for us until we got to a point where we could have them installed and the installation went beautifully.

They're great. They call me, they tell me when they're coming, when they get here, the installation goes really smoothly. They know what they're doing. They're very they're a good company. I like all the people that come out. I've used to not only for a home but also for my church hall and kitchen. They last. I was disappointed in the color choices for the blinds. I struggled to pick the perfect color for each room. However when they came there was very little difference between the blue , the gray, and the green. It would have been less stressful to just pick one color for all. The second thing I was disappointed about and wish I had known at the outset was the fact that when the motor stops working, there is no manual backup. When mine stopped working within the first 2 months, my living room was fairly dark until someone finally got out to reprogram the blinds. But on the plus side, everyone who came to my house was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional! All in all I am very happy to have my windows covered and none of my issues would stop me from recommending 3 Day, but I will definitely warn whoever asks me about the things that learned through this experience.

When I had the blinds installed the first time on the 3 windows, 2 of the windows were little windows and the poles were put on the wrong side so you could see them from the big open room, rather than against to the wall where you wouldn't see them. I called and sent 3 Day pictures and talked to them about it, they said no problem, we'll just remake the blinds at no charge. They couldn't move the pulleys from one side to the other, the mechanisms up in the top, so they just made the blinds and brought them out and reinstalled them.

The product is very good, the installation professional & well done, but the advertising as 2 for one is not clear. Once involved, I should have cancelled the contract. With installation & delivery, it’s not really 2 for one. Simply the product is too expensive & how long they will last is also an unknown. I felt the sales team was personable & knowledgeable, but the billing was confusing. I did compare costs when I was trying to consider cancelling to an up island company that did not return calls & a company in Southampton which was even more expensive. Though I love the blinds, the project was way too expensive for me. I should have looked for more reasonable alternatives. So that’s on me.

Peggy's (sales person) advice was awesome! She was very professional and provided great information. The person doing the measurements was very quick and did an accurate job. The installation company took 3 weeks to schedule and the installation still isn't completed. I still have 8 business days before the installer will be available-- the appointment setter said that was the first available appointment for installation. I asked for the option to have the blinds installed by someone of my choice, but they said it wasn't an option. The only reason I didn't give the company 5 stars-- because of the poor installation process. I also believe that the long delay for installations should be disclosed up front-- maybe even saying the the name of the company is 3 day blinds-- but that doesn't include a 3-4 week installation delay.

Part one of my order has been delivered. The blinds have been installed and are perfect. However, I need another remote and the company charged me a$100.00 for one. This is outrageous after I’ve spent thousands on my total order. Part two is to be delivered 5/19. This delivery includes valances and draperies. I hope the installation goes as smoothly as the first.

My initial contact with this job was great. She came in, went over all of my options, measured everything, answered any and all of my questions and was just enjoyable to have in my home. The blinds are 2 inch faux wood blinds and they're totally functional and everything, they're just not maybe the highest quality that I was expecting. But the price was amazing.

The guy who came to install the blinds was extremely professional, was able to get in, get the blinds up and out within a reasonable amount of time. The girl who initially met with was wonderful, right on top of everything, had all kinds of answers. She came out immediately, measured, discussed the one window that was going to be difficult and it was done. One of my blinds came in in three days and one came in in three months, so I'm not exactly sure what that meant. That was a little disappointing, but once it was in it was outstanding.
