Chase Bank provide information through their website and do have a chase bank mobile app for the phone. Found JPMorgan Chase community on Facebook as well as one Chase bank in Arizona, but due to the size of the bank I was expecting to find them on instagram, twitter, and facebook as a complete entity. There are not many ways to review customer complaints and resolutions on social media. They are a global bank so if you do a lot of traveling they are found in more than 60 countries. Services provided are:

  • banking for savings, checking, and CD accounts
  • investments and retirement plan
  • mortgage for homes
  • loans for automobiles, students, and home equity
  • consumer and commercial finance services

The New York-based bank also offers insurance protection and college savings plans.

Online Banking

Chase also offers online banking as well as mobile banking. Chase mobile banking is available for both Android and Apple users. Chase promises the following:

  • Secure access: Spend less time banking and more time living, with some of today's most advanced encryption technology.
  • User-Friendly: It takes just a few simple swipes to master the Chase Mobile App.
  • Flexible: Deposit checks securely from your mobile phone or tablet virtually anywhere.

They have a feedback button on their page where consumers may list any complaints they have with the layout of the site. If there are any problems with accounts consumers must contact customer service. Can contact customer service 24 hours 7 days a week.

Fees for checking accounts are as follows:

  • Account set up fee of $25 for 3 basic checking accounts and $100 for their premier platinum checking account.
  • monthly maintenance fee of $12, $25 or $35 (depending on what state you are in), or $6 (college students)
  • Overdraft fee of $34 dollars
  • Other common fees

Maintenance Fee

Two saving accounts offer different interest rates. For Chase savings there would be a $5 monthly maintenance fee unless you meet certain requirements of minimum deposit, minimum transaction, or age. The interest rate is only .01% for this account. For Chase plus Savings there would be a $20 monthly service fee unless again you have a minimum balance of 15,000 in account or have other premier services with the company. Interest rate for savings account changes with balance in savings account They also do not offer insurance as a service.

Our recommendation: No bank stays in business for more than 200 years without services that are effective. Chase has withstood the test of time. If you're looking for a comprehensive service from loans to online banking, Chase may be your best choice. JPMorgan Chase is a global bank that offer services around the world. This bank would also be beneficial for commercial businesses that need services national and global. Provide high saving interest rates for those with high income and great services for those on chase premier platinum checking.

Well they will remove overdraft fees once a year as a courtesy, sometimes they will do more than one but it's up to their discretion, don't count on it tho, I have been with them for more than a decade so maybe the longer you have been with them they might give you an extra break from fees, here and there. Superb customer service over the phone and in person at a branch. They always have someone that can make changes to your personal information such as Phone, Email, Address, account types, transfers, etc. Regular banks are above and beyond much better than online banks so far, for example, banks like Gobank, they won't let you use your primary email(part of your identity) if you decide to cancel the account. In contrast, I have canceled Chase account in the past, and they have no issue using the email I used on the previously canceled account. And did I mentioned Chase has amazing customer service and humans that can make changes that you need on your account? Additionally, I love that they will pay all my bills even when I don't have money in the account, that way I don't get a return fee and a late fee when those incoming charges are around the due date. Which can be higher than the $35 overdraft fee. If you deposit the money before 8 pm PST time, you can avoid the overdraft fee, return fee and late fee. The only problem I have with traditional banks is that if you program charges to the account and they are on the form of checks, they usually appear next day and post with the previous day date. So if the day before you didn't have enough, you get an overdraft fee you cannot avoid, unless it's the 1st one in a calendar year. Additionally, if you have direct deposit of over $500 the checking account has no maintenance fees. Also, they are a mature business with a solid reputation.

Chase Bank is a solid choice. I love banking with Chase as they believe in low cost banking. Fees are kept reasonable and never outrageous. I have more options with basic transactions than anywhere else. Plenty of savings plans and money market account options are available. Low cost loans, free debit cards, low cost checking services, all amount to easy banking with a large and stable bank. Trusted and safe is what Chase bank is all about.

I have banked with 3 different banks in the past year and I can honestly say that Chase Bank is the most efficient. Their customer service and mobile banking surpasses all others. Thanks to their employees, I was clear and concise on what I signed myself up for. Being a college student comes with benefits. I opened a Chase student account last summer and I've been pleased ever since. I was even rewarded funds after just a few months. I can personally attest to their student accounts being superb.

They have very good customer service at every branch I have ever visited. THey have, unfortunately, like many banks found ways to stick a fee on anything and everything. Also, it is sad to walk into there oin a Saturday to see only one or two tellers, but a veritable army of mutual fund and other investment people---none of whom can actually help me with why I am really there. Sometimes the lines get absolutely horrendous.

Been a Chase Bank member for over 20 years. They make it easy to send money to family & friends with their Quick Pay option & I never have any issues with the monies arriving. I've had a couple fraudulent charges taken care in a quick, smooth manner so that I am properly refunded the money that was taken from me. I love being a Chase Bank member.

They have great customer service and treat you like you're a valuable customer. They are quick at investigating fraud and return your money at the time you complain. Vets do not pay any service charges. They have good security with on line banking. Their app is second to none.

We often times have to go in and get $1000, but in $5s for certain things we do at our company and I know this is so annoying for them, but they are always so willing to do it. They even prepare for it now. And if we call ahead they will have it ready to go. They provide exceptional services and customer service.

I have been with Chase bank for over 10 years. On July 17, 2020 I was a victim of scam. I respond to an ad on Craiglist of a house for rent. I paid the scammer $2585.00 total. It felt legitimate be cause I had to file out an application, received a leasing agreement, and the keys. Later that day, I found out he was not the owner and did not no him. I called Chase while the transaction were still processing. They refuse to cancel the transaction or give me a refund. They said I had to contact CashApp since the transaction were through them. CashApp stayed they will not refund it either. I am highly disappointed in Chase. They could of cancel the pending transaction. Now I’m out of $2,585.00 and have no place to stay. They do not protect there consumers and protect the criminals.

I have used chase for about 7 years now. They have great staff who work with you and whatever you may need, but some of the services, as of right now, are not the best. I had to open another bank account so that I could have a savings account and not get charged if I needed to make transfers. Also, with a regular checkings, there is a $12 monthly fee if you don't make a deposit. It may not seem like one, but I am a college student and they changed my account to a checkings without telling me and I was charged.

I like that I can view any check that I have deposited and print out copies of checks that I deposit as well. Also the women that I sent my account up with were really helpful with credit cards and bill pay.

I started a business a few years ago and Chase Bank helped me establish all of my business banking accounts. Chase Bank employees are friendly, easy to work with, and are extremely helpful. My only complaint with using Chase Bank for my business is the fees associated with all business accounts. If you are willing to pay more then other banks for good service I would recommend banking with Chase.

We love using Chase bank. I love their mobile app and I think that they are quick at processing deposits and withdrawals. We feel like we are safe there and that our needs are met. I do feel that they are a little impersonal but I haven't had any bad experiences with customer service.

We have used Chase Bank in several states where we lived for personal banking and they were very good. I like the fact that they are nationwide and easy to bank with no matter where you are. Their customer service is good and helpful. They don't offer the best credit rates, but they are competitive if you shop carefully. I like the security they provide and the guarantees against fraud.

I have a Credit Card from Amazon through Chase. I like their app. Easy to connect to my personal checking account to pay CC off from my phone. Never had issues with my card. great reward program on the amazon card (5% back with a prime account on all amazon purchases).

I use their bill pay. They usually send checks, however for no particular reason claim they sent a few payments to one merchant electronic. Merchant claims they never received payment. Chase claims they sent it. Have to repay a total of $520.00. Issue hasn't been resolved in now six months. Has finally moved to executive office, and feet are being dragged. Walked into my local branch several times. One banker looked into the situation and claimed it was in fact a Chase error, but not retracted that to it must have been. Also have a mortgage with them. They are constantly raising my payments claiming more money is needed for the escrow account. Their claims are unfounded. Yet they have the power. Very unethical greedy business practices. They will take you to the bank literally!

So, I've been paying on my auto loan with Chase Bank for three years now, never missing a single payment, just got hit with multiple unexpected bills, like an auto repair job. I asked for a deferment of this months bill, that they could place at the end of the loan, meaning they would also get extra interest on this loan as well. They told me I did not qualify and when I asked what was the reasoning for this decision they would not give me a reason. I will be contacting my credit union at the end of this review to transfer my loan over to them, and dumping Chase Bank forever. I am totally finished with big banks from this point on!

I had my mortgage payment through Chase Bank. At first I thought they were really kind. Helpful I actually enjoyed the bank as a whole. As months went on I would receive letter's saying that I hadn't paid my mortgage payment. Which I know I had. I paid on time every month so to make a long story short I had to do some major major investigating and go back and go through checks and go through past history and come to find out I did pay my rent on time. The three times they said that I did not I has. I feel they were trying to ripped me off because it was an error on their end and they refused to take acknowledgement of that. I went into the office and showed them proof that I had paid my bill on time. I received a snotty I'm sorry. Never been treated like that before from a bank. Will never use Chase Bank or recommend them to anyone.
