Hands down, Navy Federal is the best credit union for military service personnel. I was offered the best loan options and have been taken care of during and after my military service. I can't think of any better services, rates, or ease of use than what Navy Federal has always offered. This credit union is absolutely best in class with service and I will be a life-long customer and member!

I have been a Navy Federal customer since I was in the Navy several years ago. They offer great services to support members of the Armed Forces. I am able to access my account from anywhere. They offer low rates with few fees and that just makes good sense.

Navy Federal Customer Service has declined greatly in the nearly 25 years I have been a customer. I have messaged customer service on the app and their responses have had the completely wrong name, wrong answers (meaning it is about some issue I never even asked about), and given inaccurate information. I stopped going to NFCU for vehicle loans and closed my credit card with them. Just not happy with their service anymore.

I can't say enough about Navy Fed. They are an awesome credit union. Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Great rates on their credit cards and loans. Mobile app is easy to use. I highly recommend.

Navy Federal credit union was able to get me a lower percent interest rate on a car loan. Helped me be able to buy a car because I was able to get a lower payment because the interest rate was lower.

Navy Federal doesn't do what is the best of their customers at least in my experience. I missed two payments at the start of covid and they closed my credit card. Then I made arrangements with them which was a nightmare and they went back on their word. After several calls and speaking with two managers I finally was able to a payment arrangement but not what was promised. Then this past month I called and they told me I had X numbers of days to pay before getting a 30 day. I paid more thank what I arranged and they gave me a 30 day late. The lack of communication with this company is awful. They are di quick to hit you with 30 days and ruin your credit instead of sticking to the arrangements that they made with you. We are a military family and instead of supporting us they have honestly hurt us. Stay always from this bank!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
