Navy Federal doesn't do what is the best of their customers at least in my experience. I missed two payments at the start of covid and they closed my credit card. Then I made arrangements with them which was a nightmare and they went back on their word. After several calls and speaking with two managers I finally was able to a payment arrangement but not what was promised. Then this past month I called and they told me I had X numbers of days to pay before getting a 30 day. I paid more thank what I arranged and they gave me a 30 day late. The lack of communication with this company is awful. They are di quick to hit you with 30 days and ruin your credit instead of sticking to the arrangements that they made with you. We are a military family and instead of supporting us they have honestly hurt us. Stay always from this bank!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
