i had Esurance which is backed by Allstaye...totally dissatisfied. They only offered me 6month plan instead of 1yr...and rayes went up every time without fail.Seemed like a typical "bait and switch" to me. Thumbs down!!!

Rates seemed good until you actually add in coverage. They have the milewise program but after reading it seems like a total rip off because you end up getting charged more in the long run whether you drive or not.

I was in an accident with a driver who was insured with Allstate and it has been almost five years later and Allstate still has not paid me for the accident and I was hit from behind while sitting at a red light. They tried to offer me less for my injuries than they paid to get my car fixed.

We weren't aware they had lost our payment check. When we tried to renew our policy and they said we weren't insured and wanted to charge us high risk rates when we were not high risk and only uninsured through their clerical error.
