The salesman never mentioned that after a year, the annual service is not 100$ anymore. The cost of annual is about 500$. Just be aware of this trapped. I have no other choice but paid for it. I am not sure if others services out there can do it for less.

The product is good and my service technician is knowledgeable. However, the customer service process is cumbersome and every time I need to follow up the next day or 2 because I did not receive the follow up call to schedule the actual appointment. And they leaving a message for them is even worse

This water system dose NOT do ANYTHING the company promised. We got the system to protect our renovation of our kitchen and bath. They have been to our home to adjust or check the system as we were having to clean rust out of our toilet, sinks and shower every week. We have had to replace our shower hand held an the rain head 2 times. The heating element in our brand new dishwasher is all rusted. Even though we have had tech after tech out monthly we Still had to pay the 350.00 yearly maintenance fee. We pay our monthly payment as agreed for 15 years. The sales rep "I don't believe" knew just how hard the water is in our area is. So no I would NOT recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions to anyone. now I will be paying over 9,000.00 dollars for a system I would like them to just get out of my house. We could call it even.

Unfortunately doing everything they have instructed, we still get some orange toast stains in the toilets and sinks. Randomly we will also have a pond water smell to the water. It has made the water better than it was but it is not up to the expectations provided at sales time.

I’m personally not impressed with leaf home water solutions. The system is average at best and the maintenance costs they charge yearly increases substantially yearly. It started out at $98.00/year. Which they said was an introductory cost. The next year it went up to $198.00 the second year and now it’s up to $329.00. At this cost one is able to purchase over 40 bags of salt. I’ll be looking into going with a salt system.

I actually went to the BBB and filed a complaint. I called in and spoke with a lady who told me that my "call to her represented my request for cancellation" and yet, it did not. I also sent my cancellation notice to them within the "three day" period indicated in their contract, and I had the postage purchase showing the date the letter was sent, but since LEAF didn't receive it for a few days later they denied my request for refund. So I had asked for a total home filtration system, and what I got was a four thousand dollar water softener. Scammy and smooth talking sales people who never return your call after the sale. Never heard from them again. Would NEVER recommend and would never buy from them again. I wish I could leave them ZERO stars. They don't deserve a single one.

Sketchy installers stole my copper pipe they so graciously replaced for me. System helps but did not solve my problems. Never got a follow up/ check in to see if I was satisfied or if the system was working. Somehow I "saved" $2k+. Pricing is bullshit. Company is sketchy. Shop around don't go with this company.

Horrible company-damaged my kitchen cabinet and just walked away-maybe I wouldn’t notice??? I noticed!!! It took many phone calls and finally a bill from a kitchen cabinet company that I called to fix the problem to get them to respond to me. They did reimburse me but seriously-I would not recommend this company and I will never use them again!

I took them to small claims court for not being truthful about the equipment they talked me into purchasing. It was not appropriate for the plumbing in my house but they failed to mention that bit of information. Despite the indisputable facts--water was at a minimum no longer potable, turned my fixtures brown, and smelled-- they refused to give my money back so I took them to court. I won.

After multiple missed scheduled appointments I gave up and made the fixes myself. Currently I am stuck with using Leaf to replace the light every year at an overpriced rate. I should spent a little more and bought a Culligan.

I don’t think it’s doing much of anything to improve my water. I have had a technician come and reprogram my system and it has been a couple of months since, and it hasn’t been working well. The salt in the brine tank has not gone down in a couple months. And I have been getting some grit coming out of my faucets. The water smells and tastes like iron. I don’t think it’s worth the high cost for a system that has been ineffective. I’m not happy with it at all, and I’m sorry that I bought it.

the salesman lied to us about how much time we had if we did not want their system. they installed it now i can not get to my electrical pannel because of their stuff is in the way. the water filter they put in is above my water heater so it is a hazzard to replace the filter. their stuff also blocks a storage shelf so i have a hard time getting anything off the shelf. i made several calls complaining about it but they would not do anything to correct it.

It took 2 visits to install there system. I have called them to come change out my filters under the sink and noone has called me back. Still waiting for them to call me. The Water dept. of Leaf guard does not even have a phone number listed for them. I had to call the Gutter dept and get transferred twice and had to leave a message. Still no call back.

I don’t like the system, it’s not doing what I was promised it would; especially with avoiding the stains in the shower, toilet and sinks. The system is way too expensive and on top of that now I must pay $400 a year for maintenance. In my last house I had a system that cost me less than $2,000 that did the same as this $6,000 system and for 4 years never needed maintenance. I regret so much purchasing this system that I’m stuck with.

I only left a one star score because there was no option for zero stars. Horrible service, WAY overpriced and the salesman that came to the house to sell us the system was straight out of a slimey scumbag movie. Not even a yearly service call - nothing. They took the money, had some sketchy guys come and install the "system" and moved on. I now have to find another company to come in and do the yearly service. Do yourselves a favor and pick another company for a home water filtration system.

My old water softener worked better! My water now stinks so bad, no one wants to drink it. The company said that I have to change my copper pluming to get rid of the taste and odor, even though there is an expensive taste and odor charcoal unit installed. I am so disappointed with this system! I gave up trying to get anything done. Please, shop around first.

Company is no good, they installed my system paid over 6k never worked correctly, they came out many times alesys s different person and always blamed the last person that came to fix problem. I have pictures of system and how bad it was had to switch to a different company and now have good water. I have well water and leaf will not handle this type of water. Company took responsibility for there system. Do not trust this company.
