Home Depot has proven themselves to be a reliable water softener company over the years. They do not always offer installation services, which is a little concerning, but they do offer many different products and are available in multiple different regions. Additionally, they offer various different products available for those with all different budgets. Overall, we would recommend Home Depot for those who want a guaranteed satisfaction.

Home Depot is the go-to for home improvement, diy's, bathroom furniture and even cleaning supplies. I always find things I didn't even know I needed and the most interesting gadgets/new technology for every day problems. However, I am obligated to give it this rating because of their customer service; it is very get you in and out type of situation and maybe that's what other customers look for but not all.

I purchase many products from Home Depot, as they are really the only big supplier in our area. I have been happy with appliances, water heaters, toilets and many other products. However when I needed a water softener, I did the research to get the best equipment for the price, and decided not to go with Home Depot. I have been very happy with my decision as it appears I would have paid more for a lower quality product.

I recently purchased a new fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave from this company. I can't really say the customer service was all that great in the store, and to be honest, I walked out of one store. That being said, they had the best prices at the time so I ended up using them anyways. The products did arrive on time and in good condition.

It has a good selection for the most part, I just wish there was someone who worked there who knew what they were talking about. So many times I’ve needed help and the staff are not knowledgeable.

Good company, but Lowes has lower prices and better inventory on water softeners. Some of the staff at Home Depot are rude and need better knowledge of the stuff they carry.
