When asked by a customer whether or not buying a timeshare is a worthwhile investment, Linx Legal’s answer is almost always no. This may seem counterintuitive to its business model since it is in the timeshare industry, but a large part of its job is to educate consumers. The sad truth is that people still continue to purchase timeshares without full consideration of the risks, opportunities, costs, and usefulness of the contract, and therefore still need Linx Legal’s help in getting out of timeshares.

Fair Costs

Linx Legal is dedicated to helping clients alleviate timeshare debt. The company is not a law firm, yet does use a select few attorneys when necessary. Due to the company’s knowledge and experience, attorneys are mostly not needed; but if it does become essential for legal assistance, Linx Legal will pay the attorney’s fees. The goal at Linx Legal is to help clients save money, so services are provided with this in mind.

Linx Legal has few reviews over numerous sites, and the feedback is a mix of negative and positive. Linx Legal started in 2009, but it wasn’t until 2017 that the company received its rating from the BBB. Normally, customer-facing businesses receive ratings and recognition sooner.

Picks and Chooses Clients

Linx Legal does not accept every request for service. The company provides an assessment to evaluate a claim and then proceeds if there's a consensus that it is a viable option. Only choosing clients the company knows it's able to help may be interpreted as unfair. An experienced organization should be able to take any case and try to solve it.

No Live Chat

Linx Legal's website does not give the option of a live chat with a representative. This is not as convenient as many other competitors' websites. There is an option to call or email to reach representatives, but many prospective customers may prefer the online chat option and this is a gap area for the company.

Exit was successfully and fully completed in the time frame they said at the beginning, and with no additional fees as the process progressed. Matt kept us up to date at every step, was always available for questions, and always patient with our silly questions and never was condescending towards us for being idiots for getting in to the time share in the first place. If I could give 10 stars I would! Linx Legal has been a Godsend!!! It has been a 3 yr long journey with them and they have been by our side the entire time. Just becoming their client took a huge weight off of our shoulders knowing we had someone in our corner. They were understanding and compassionate from the start. Linx Legal Inc. and Matt H. truly saved us from financial ruins. There are so many Timeshare cancelation companies out there that are in business for a few years, just long enough to get numerous customers to scam and then close their doors. People are left thousands and thousands of dollars in debt and still have a timeshare with maintenance fees pilling up. Linx Legal is NOT that type of company. They were the company that helped us out of the worst case in timeshare nightmare history! They even helped when a collection agency got involved wrongfully damaging our credit rating, which caused us further financial hardship. In the beginning I was quite skeptical as I was introduced to Linx Legal via a telephone call from one of their representatives. I was impressed with what this individual told me but still unsure that it wasn’t a scam. He offered for someone from his organization to come to my home but I wanted to ensure this was legitimate so I made arrangements to go to their place of business where I found an office, employees and a telephone call center. I was impressed. In our initial meeting they listened as we explained our experience and problems with being long time timeshare owners and we wanted out of this debt asap. At this meeting they explained what they proposed to accomplish along with a one- time fee amount. We were assigned a case manager that would respond to my emails within 8 to 12 hours. She was patient, listened, explained in detail to ensure I understood. We exchanged many emails and phone calls. In a matter of several months she and her team reported we were debt free of 3 timeshare contracts($180,000) and timeshare free. Linx Legal is an authentic, trustworthy company that can successfully cancel your timeshare ownership.

Nora Price was a life preserver as I was feeling like I was going under. I had inherited a time share from my parents. First, they said it wasn't enough, so I invested more. The next time I stayed with them, again they would be able to do so much more for me if I invested a little more. I had nearly given up from ridding my family of the expenses of our multiple timeshare. The company we purchased our timeshare from (first purchased 22 years ago) had consistently changed the annual fees to become more and more financially untenable. They also added restrictions on how we could rent our annual weeks (and points) that made it almost impossible to recoup some expenses when we were unable to use the timeshares. We actually could independently rent the same villa for less than our annual fees. We also strongly felt the company misrepresented the entire timeshare system they built and changed over time. We reviewed over 8 different companies and legal offices to start a process to rid ourselves of this financial albatross. Linx Legal was by far the one we felt more comfortable with and also the one that was most reasonable financially. The person assigned to our case was first-class and in continuous communication with us as we moved through the process. I felt that he understood well our views of the timeshare company and also was very well versed in how timeshare companies create a financial "quicksand" that would potentially become a lifetime financial drain. My family is very please with the outcome (we are now free and clear of the timeshares) and highly recommend Linx Legal, Inc to anyone seeking to rid themselves of a timeshare.

I got a courtesy call from Hunter and he gave me all the information needed to handle the matter myself since I had most of the information myself. Nowhere in the call did he try to say you'll be charged for this information. It was super helpful and I liked Hunter's attitude.
