We had 2 accounts and the first account was quick and easy and our person taking care of the account was very helpful. The second account we were moved to 4 different people to take care of the account and the last person they gave us never returned a phone call or email. All the people that gave us their card and said to call or email anytime never answered. We called and called while we were getting harassed by the timeshare. Eventually I called several times consecutively till they gave me "a manager". She gave us some info about our account but even she stopped calling back after a while. Finally our timeshare defaulted on it's own. Once Wesley had it's money they really didn't care.

A bit pricey, but it was worth it. This is a legit company that can get you out of your timeshare. They ask you to help out with the research and the experience you had at sale time and during your membership. Then proceed based at that information. At least talk to them as the conversation is non-binding and costs nothing.

If I could put a zero I would, DO NOT go with this company! They make you do all the leg work, they don't contact the company at all they expect you to. We stopped paying on our time share, it went into default due to non payment and we received a letter of forfeiture due to non payment. I received a letter from wesley financial saying congratulations your timeshare has been canceled. Umm, not by anything this company did like they said they would. I am not released from paying and now my credit is taking a hit and the mineys are still owed, you know what they did, send me an email to a credit recovery service. How is this them getting our membership canceled? Going into default for non payment? That had nothing to do with them. And their advertisement says they get it to where u won't have to pay fees and annual payments.. no they dont!! Very very very upset 😡 unsatisfied, and want our money back because they did nit get our membership canceled like they said. We got our membership canceled due to non payment and it going into default.

This company is not what I expected. Yes we did get out of the timeshare but more or less they just give you some ideas of what to say to your timeshare company and them play the waiting game. I honestly think the only reason we got out of it is because they told us to stop paying everything and the timeshare terminated do to failed payment. Also the cost that we had left to pay the timeshare company is about how much Wesley financial charged us. Trying to get ahold of your timeshare specialist usually takes about 2 weeks, and they keep sending you to different specialists. Honestly they should cancel our payments due to Wesley Financial Group for only doing ⅓ of the work...
