They were prompt, professional and courteous. They were quick initially to get the paperwork out. I think their follow-up needs some work. I felt like I the customer had to contact them to get answers instead of the other way around. Their fee is too expensive for the amount of work they do for you. A two thousand dollar fee for a email with some forms to fill out and email back, a couple follow-up calls and then a final email with a settlement that only saved me $28.00 dollars. Overall not to impressed for a organization that is ranked in top ten for tax relief.

We have been dealing with TDN since January and charged over $10K with not much service. First they assigned our file to someone in vacation then after we contacted them they finally reassigned our case to 2 different teams. There were many errors made in our taxes since the beginning and it is like pulling teeth to try to get someone to get back to us and keep us informed. We understand that our case is not easy to deal with but we based ourselves with BBB to choose DFN. The pandemic and bad weather in Florida do not help and we imagine that the IRS must be so short of staff that it is difficult to get in touch with them but we trusted TDN to help us and get a solution for us so we can get our lives back again. Update: Tax Defense Network reached out to assure us that they will work to find a solution. We truly appreciate their response and will hope for the best.

Danielle ended up getting my case dumped in her lap after the guy I had previously been assigned to left the company, she basically had to start everything over from scratch and did so very quickly, which was a huge relief considering how an already stressful situation became more stressful after feeling like everything was "reset".
