Saved quite a bit but not as much as was advertised. The main reason for the rating was the employee's were outstanding Vickie N, EA was truly a saint. Her updates and her upbeat attuid was great. And the diffrence between a 3 and a 4 for sure.

We have been dealing with TDN since January and charged over $10K with not much service. First they assigned our file to someone in vacation then after we contacted them they finally reassigned our case to 2 different teams. There were many errors made in our taxes since the beginning and it is like pulling teeth to try to get someone to get back to us and keep us informed. We understand that our case is not easy to deal with but we based ourselves with BBB to choose DFN. The pandemic and bad weather in Florida do not help and we imagine that the IRS must be so short of staff that it is difficult to get in touch with them but we trusted TDN to help us and get a solution for us so we can get our lives back again. Update: Tax Defense Network reached out to assure us that they will work to find a solution. We truly appreciate their response and will hope for the best.

We had a high balance of back taxes, caused from a rental property that was upside down, and a loan on the property that repayment was adjusted to a point we could barely pay it. We wanted to pay it but found that the IRS just gave us the run around. Tax Defense Network was able to arrange a payment structure that will allow us to repay our taxes.
