For nearly 2000 dollars this service stinks. I wouldn't recommend tax defense to anyone. All that was done was to set up a payment schedule and I could have done that. My tax analyst either quit or was fired in the middle of everything. I kept having to resend documents that had already been sent and my next tax analyst acted like she didn't

felt I was lied to. charged $500 to help me get rid of wage garnishment. then was told it would take another $500. they got me for the first one won't get me again. Was also told I would get a call from an adviser. NO CALL.I don't beleive they can really help me at all just keep charging me for nothing.

Initial conversation implied negotiations with IRS to remove penalties, failed. Penalties paid as well as increased from initial contact with tax defense as well as a few thousand bill for tax defense to do nothing. Basically a SCAM

they don't do what they say. They just take your money. you are better off dealing directly with the government. After over a year of taking my money, I delt with the government and settled it over the phone in 15 minutes. Tax Defense won't return phone calls after their payments are set up.

They misled me in every way, they did not listen to me, get back and respond to my e mails . They kept sending endless paperwork to fill out that they knew i did not have but promised to get from the IRS. They failed me in every way and took my money.

Don't use them. I have been paying them and they haven't done anything. They never follow through. They have terrible customer support. There is no response to emails. I would have been better off hiring a tax attorney or somebody else.

TDN's customer service was extremely horrible, they did not return phone calls and they are very rude. They were not organized and they had too many people on one case. It took entirely too long with no changes. I feel very disgusted and upset with myself for choosing them.

I had to initiate calls. I never really got an answer on how things were going. There was no resolution or discussion of a resolution until the last day for a withdrawal for my payment. I never got a closing statement line of how things were going to be dealt with with the IRS.

I had to make the phone calls and make every effort to contact them regarding the circumstances. I had to call the tax in to set up a payment program on my own and I paid Tax Defense to do this and I was not satisfied with what they were doing. Everybody was nice, they just really didn't do what they said they were going to do initially.

They requested some documents and I told them I couldn't come up with the documents however I could come provide alternative documents and the lady was arguementative. It's a lack of communication from the client to the customer. The rest of the staff is no efficient.

Horrible- just a waste of money. They never sent in the paperwork. We had to submit to IRS and they told us they never received paperwork. They also kept deducting from our acct after we had finished paying them. They weren''t very clear and made several mistakes with our case.
