Overall it was a good experience. I will say at times I felt a little neglected by my tax rep in the beginning, but that was also because my rep changed about midway through the process. I came to Tax Defense Network with a tax lien of over $200K. I had worked with another firm and spent over $4K with no resolution and more debt to the IRS. After contracting with Tax Defense Network to resolve my debt I was assigned to several analysts who were not very aggressive in helping me resolve my tax debt problem. All of that changed when Tomika S was assigned as my case worker. Ms. S listened very attentively without judgement to my assessment of how I got in this situation and what my specific needs were.
