I had a great experience with the company. The thing I liked most was I really didn't have to much of anything myself. They got me on a very low payment plan with the state taxes I owed and they also worked out a payment plan so i pay them monthly according to what i could afford. Dislike it just took a little time but not too much.

I have been working with Tax Defense for about a year trying to solve my tax problem. They have kept me informed about the progress of my situation. Tax Defense has worked out a plan to have the tax I owe put in a non-collectable status and they informed me that the IRS has acknowledged my inability to pay. They have placed me in what could be described as an installment agreement without payment. As of now everything seems to be good as I haven't heard from the IRS. I am pleased about the way things have progressed thus far.
