This doesn't do what the advertisements say, you will pay more money and still have to pay the government back without a cut in taxes. They didn't take care of anything I needed, and it just cost me more money.

They made my situation with the IRS worse and won't return my calls or recognize a well documented mistake on their part. So far the only solution they have offered is for me to rehire them.

I had more problems than help. Plus they don't settle your taxes either, they tell you what you owe plus all the penalties then give you payment options. The company is what they advertise.
