Tax Defense Network has an average cost of $2,500 to $3,000 for its full services (prices will be lower for less in-depth services and higher for more in-depth services), a good price in the tax relief industry.
The company employs many tax professionals, including enrolled agents, tax attorneys, CPAs, and tax analysts. These experts work to resolve tax problems on their client's behalf.
With the combination of professionals, a large selection of relief services available nationwide, and no minimum debt requirement, TDN is able to help a broad range of customers and has a high client satisfaction rating.
Tax Defense Network will negotiate with the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of its clients and find a solution that is best for the taxpayer. Some of these solutions include providing tax representation and making offers in compromise that settle your tax debt to a lower total amount. Delinquent taxpayers can work with a tax expert to receive the relief they need from a variety of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state tax penalties.

Prices for tax relief services vary depending on the client's situation. This process of determining the complexity of the tax problem and then offering a cost estimate is standard for the tax relief industry.
Customers will appreciate not having to call for a quote and possibly being pressured into services without researching other options; this gives customers the opportunity to research and find the best company that suits their needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. This transparency also gives more credibility to TDN and shows that the company isn't trying to hide costs and fees from customers.
Tax Defense Network continually receives positive online customers reviews.
Customers praise the company’s professional and attentive service and kind staff. Reviews regularly comment on the knowledgeability of the tax professionals and their ability to answer questions and resolve issues.
Many clients also praise the company for resolving their tax issues, dealing with unfiled tax returns and unpaid taxes, removing a bank levy, and settling their IRS tax debt to something they could better afford to pay. Furthermore, clients have also appreciated TDN’s assistance with filing tax returns.
TDN is more than just a tax resolution company and offers an impressive selection of options for individuals, the self-employed, and business owners.
The company's full-service approach allows individual taxpayers and businesses with a variety of tax needs to utilize its assistance. Interested customers can call for a free consultation with a tax professional to gain guidance before committing to its services.
Tax Defense Network’s tax professionals can assist with tax issues such as IRS back taxes, delinquent taxes, small business tax issues, payroll taxes and a variety of IRS penalties such as wage garnishments, federal tax lien issues, and bank levies.
The qualified tax forgiveness professionals can also represent clients during tax audits. Additionally, it assists with IRS appeals and also offers rare IRS debt forgiveness solutions such as innocent spouse relief, student loan forgiveness programs, and other tax amnesty programs.
The company helps customers receive the best possible tax resolution through its tax relief services. It can help settle IRS tax debt through an offer in compromise, penalty abatement, an installment agreement, or a currently not collectible status. TDN also offers financing options for those in need of assistance.
The ability to work with tax experts makes Tax Defense Network a great option with seeking a tax relief agency.
It can help small businesses with tax resolutions similar to those provided for individual clients such as an offer in compromise (settlement agreement), installment agreement, penalty abatement, and more. TDN can help people fight a wage garnishment or tax lien, prevent future tax liability, take advantage of tax cuts, and educate you on your personal taxable income for future reference.
Tax Defense Network's services extend beyond tax relief. The company also offers tax return preparation and help with student loan debt. Its tax preparation services are available to individuals and small business owners. It also assists with payroll taxes and other tax forms. Additionally, it provides financial solutions for businesses such as bookkeeping and business advice on its site bizsolutionsnetwork.com.
With these additional tax services, Tax Defense Network goes beyond relief programs to help its clients avoid future tax problems.
The team of dedicated enrolled agents, tax attorneys, CPAs, and tax analysts has acquired an impressive reputation, judging by numerous customer comments. These types of tax professionals are qualified to represent clients in front of the IRS during disputes and appeals.
Tax attorneys and enrolled agents understand how the IRS works and what tax law requires of taxpayers. The most common ways to deal with the IRS is to negotiate the tax debt with an offer in compromise or set up a payment plan with an installment agreement.
Removing penalties, like levies on bank accounts or liens on property, is trickier to achieve because of the strict rules and eligibility requirements for penalty abatement.
A highly qualified tax team is vital for creating and providing customers with a quality tax forgiveness program.
Additionally, representatives are accessible 24/7 by phone to answer questions or for free consultations. The company can also be reached by email or mail.
Finally, Tax Defense Network employs Spanish speaking representatives, a service not offered by all tax resolution companies. With the help of a professional tax lawyer, you'll be able to fight virtually anything the IRS throws your way.
TDN is available in all 50 states. Not all tax resolution companies operate in every state. This makes the company available to a wide variety of customers.
There is also a minimum tax debt requirement of $5,000, which is low in comparison to other tax debt relief companies; oftentimes tax relief companies will require a minimum amount of debt before a customer can qualify for assistance. A $5,000 minimum requirement makes Tax Defense Network's services available to people from many different financial circumstances.
The company can also help natural disaster victims and taxpayers with tax problems, such as the survivors of Hurricane Maria and Hurricane Harvey. Disaster tax relief is the IRS's way of helping those who live in an area that has been declared a "disaster area." Qualifying customers will be able to claim a loss and gain some tax credit.
Tax Defense Network does offer a money-back guarantee for three days. Most other tax debt relief companies offer a longer refund window. Some competitors offer refund windows that range anywhere from 15 to 180 days; however, some tax relief companies do not offer a money-back guarantee.
Though Tax Defense Network predominately receives positive reviews, it has also received some complaints from customers. One recurring complaint is that the company can be hard to get a hold of when dealing with problems or complications.
Some customers had trouble speaking directly to an agent or attorney. This can be a major issue for customers who have questions or concerns about their accounts. Also, some customers complained that the price was high for the tax relief services rendered.
While Tax Defense Network has some industry accreditations, it does not have all of the accreditations available in the industry. Accreditations hold companies to a certain standard and often require audits to ensure that the companies are upholding these standards. Accreditations can help customers in the researching process.

I was in a dangerous situation with the IRS and tax defense helped me out of a bad situation- they are Very helpful, friendly people
Easy to communicate with and always return phone calls prompt
very helpful/nice customer service, relieve lot of stress/thank for the work tax defense do.
The worst service I have ever used. Took $7000 from me draged out my account until paid in full and left me owing an $20,000 in taxes. Do not use this company. They should be reported to the B.B.B.
They don't answer phone calls or emails until you call to complain. They took forever to get anything accomplished and then tried to blame it on us, saying we didn't sent information (which had been sent weeks or months before). When they finally got everything done over a year later, it was nothing more than we could have done ourselves. It was a waste of a lot of money. They are rude and condescending when you speak to them (at least our agent was), when it was always them that wasn't getting the work accomplished. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.. I
Disorganized, tax analyst hard to reach takes forever to return calls. Did nothing to assist or reduce my tax bill or penalties even though they stated they could . Lost paperwork requiring me to resend upon multiple occasions
The initial agent assigned to my case was not very good at all.
did not know where to start with IRS. you took over and solved the problem
It has taken several months to resolve our tax issues and they are still not resolved. The IRS is resolved but the State of Alabama is not. My tax defense network contact is largely unresponsive

Professional,& personable staff. Very effective in getting a big job done most efficiently. Excellent communication via calls and emails.
The worst company ever!!! Only there to take the money. They do NO work! DONOT HIRE THEM!SACE YOUR MONEY!
Couldn't actually do anything to help. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I have no idea whats going on nor has there been any feedback since my last discussion with the tax specialist. I know I have to make payments but it is now April 24th and I have nothing from Tax Defense Network.
I make a monthly payment of $297.05 to their finance company for their services. I thought they were supposed to shield me from the IRS. instead, the IRS started taking money from my social security check (334.00). Each month I ask if they've informed the IRS that they are representing me & have them stop garnishing my wages. I never get a straight answer. The IRS took money from me the last three months. If this happens again in May, I will fire them cause I can not afford$297.00 to them and $334.00 to the IRS.
They did never responded to consultation request
They only were going to get me on a payment plan i did it my self
Friendly kind and professional I dont see the scare tactic adds by them is why I hired them
high pressure when they think you are close to making a decision
Because they were quick to call me and helping my father tremendously with his tax problem. Thank you
The spelled everything out, and explained exactly what the whole proccess entails
They Provided Great and Corteous Service.
Ron C. was very friendly and helpful and more importantly was able to explain things in the manner that I could understand what my options were in my situation I'm grateful
Excellent communication skills. On top of it. They are constantly working behind the scenes.
No help with problems and offered lousy advice.
Customer service staff upon initial contact showed integrity that gave me a peace of mind to deal with my taxes.
they were able to identify a statute of limitations which had been exceeded, with no cost to me.
The person who registered me was completely different from the person who cancelled me two days later. The bottomline is I was led to believe they could help me and maybe they could but bot in the timeline I expected. I guess everyone is all about making money.
Totally disorganized, attorney assigned to talk to me was rude.
I didn't like the scare tactics implored by John P.
Initial response was swift but slowed down somewhat during step 3 and later
I never thought I would be stress free again but with the help of TDN I can breath again. I worked with a couple of the professionals there and Ruth finished it up for me. They were all great to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. They did exactly what they told me they could do and worked with me when I was have difficulty keeping up with my payments. I very highly recommend their services.
Difficult to get through by phone. Once in customer service is exceptional
The way the initial team beginning with Cassundria hit the ground running, scheduled a conference with the IRS the next day... before I even made my first payment. No other company would do that. They have continued to work fast and hard to obtain a fast and fair result. They really care about me and my unique situation. Props to my Tax Defense team.
I've only had one phone contact. The lady I spoke with was very kind, but since that conversation. Nothing?
Still waiting for my money reimbursed and very rude
I was asked to explain my situation and was then told just to contact the IRS and that should handle it
Very caring and sincere people. Great to have working for you. These folks are thorough and easy to talk to.
inability to contact; no answer to emails;paperwork sent but they ask for it again 7 days later. Loan agreement contains charges that will be made that were not discussed or agreed to.
Once I got assigned a case manager things went smoothly.
Because he didn't want to help me, he had all kinds of reasons why they couldn't help. When I was through I felt like your company was false advertising
I am neutral because I was just looking for information. However from the interaction I had I am unsure how this tax network would compare or be any better than any others.
Excellent communication. Good People. Would definitely recommend them.
Excellent customer service. very knowlegable.
Informative pricey looking for something cost effective
I called and asked for advice and was told the bill would BEGIN at 3500. If I had that type of cash Id pay the IRS. Also, I wasnt give any options for paying that fee.
I only contacted Tax Defense Network a few weeks ago. I was very impressed by my initial contact, but since then their main focus has been getting paid. When I returned a call from the finance representative I was put on hold for five minutes, at which time I hung up. When I signed my finance contract I discovered my first payment was due a week before I was sent the agreement. At this time I have no idea where I stand and my wages are still being garnished, for how much longer I have no idea. Be I feel like I might be better off trying to deal directly with the revenue services.
kinda pushy, and I just didn't get a good vibe.
Scott sounded very condescending to me. Not very helpful as far as I'm concerned.
They took my call and offered advice without pressuring me into a sale
