I reached out to Athem to inquire about their services offered because of a debt I had with the IRS. After gathering pertinent information about my debt and financial situation, they were completely honest about what they would be able to do for me as well as other options that I could explore. Although their services weren’t needed, I truly appreciated the their genuine concern and willingness to offer the best ad ice even though I was not going to be using their services. I was treated like a client without ever being one.

ATS is a class act and Angel F is knowledgeable, courteous, genuinely helpful and personable. Even though my tax debt was below their 10K minimum he helped me save $1000's. Although I had already paid another tax service $595, in just a few minutes Angel gave me clear accurate info about my taxes for free! Thus saving me close to 3K in fees from Clear Start Tax Services. I strongly recommend Anthem Tax Services to treat you fairly and accurately. I rate them 5+.

Everything about my experience today was five star. First with my representative, Tim S Was my first representative. I found him very knowledgeable and friendly. As he took all the necessary information I moved on to the next representative Greg.h was my first representative. I found him very knowledgeable and friendly. I was given a notice on the bill around $10,000 that I had from 2016 for my business. he came to find out through Greg and the IRS conference call that I indeed owed nothing to the IRS. They spent quite some time on information and calls. The one that came to find out I owed nothing. to the IRS I also have a pleasant surprise or not doing anything to Anthem For their help. It was a wonderful load off of seniors mine. I can’t think Greg and Tim enough for the excellent service. They actually sounded like they really wanted to help and they did. I found the company by googling best five tax services, read some reviews and gave them a call. They more than met my expectations.

I called Anthem because I wanted to catch up on any owed taxes before renewing a passport. I was assigned to Caleb C., who was very pleasant, professional, and indeed helpful. He spent time asking me about my situation to see if I would qualify for Anthem's services. I had been quoted $295 by another tax service to review my case, but Caleb did it right away for free--there was NO attempt to try and sell me services I didn't need. In a matter of a few minutes, we were able to clarify my situation, and it turns out I didn't need further assistance. I hung up feeling better about my situation and feeling really impressed with Caleb for how quickly and efficiently he was able to help me, and at no cost! If I do ever need assistance with my taxes, I won't hesitate to do it through Anthem. I feel like I dealt with an agent that genuinely wanted to help me, which is really important in terms of receiving quality service with something as complex as taxes.
