I would like to thank the staff at Anthem Tax Service. Through no one’s fault but mine, I became very delinquent in filing my taxes for several years. Knowing that the issue wouldn’t simply go away I made the decision to contact someone for help! I luckily came across Anthem by chance on line and was connected with Sean Porter. We are early in the process of resolving my debt but Sean has been amazing in just the few days it’s been going on. Instead of casting shame he made me feel that he’s truly in this with me. I was in some tax trouble which I needed some help with. I looked online and Anthem Tax Services looked like the best one to go for. The enrolment was easy. I sent them an email and I got a call the next day. I dealt with David the whole time and he was awesome, very informative and up to date. I never waited more than a day for a return call and I never had to worry about a whole lot. He took care of a lot of things that I didn't even have to think about. He did the best that he could and I was very pleased with it.

great company...good communication and was able to reduce my debt and settled my IRS and State of CA debt for only $1,000 when i owed over $100,000! Thanks Ben! P.S. - They were also the cheapest company for fee's out of all the ones i called because all of them that work there are partners of the company and they know what their costs are! All the other companies i called had sales reps and they charged insane fee's because they wanted more commission! All companies should be like Anthem Tax Services!

Great service...had a few tax returns i needed to catch up on because I was just negligent. After filing the returns which took a little over a week i ended up owing around $31,000 to the IRS. I currently work as consultant so work for me isn't as consistent financially. I knew I couldn't pay the IRS what they were asking. Anthem Tax ended up charging me $2,500 to do an offer in compromise...They settled my debt for $2,000. I'm giving them 4/5 stars because they were positive they would be able to settle my debt for less than $1,000. But, hey ultimately they saved me a nearly $30,000 and they were able to finish everything in less than 60 days. Very happy with their service and I would absolutely recommend using them.

I was completely misled by one of there employees. The person I spoke to convinced me he would in fact reduce the amount I owed the IRS to 10 or 15% of what I owed them. Nothing of the sort happened. All they did was get my balance deemed uncollectible because I was not working at the time. Once I go back to work it will become collectible again and I will be in worse shape than I was before because penalties and interest will be added to the total.
