Amazon Prime used to be good. lately been having delayed shipping, packages showing up at 9:45 pm. should have got a package Friday by 6:00 pm, didn't show till Saturday at 8:30. had one tracking showed Saturday. shows Delayed till Monday, Monday waited all day with front door open. No mail Delivery today. tracking says delivery attempted. BS been here all day.

Amazon was very dishonest. I have never wanted to join as a trial member, because I do not use Amazon very often and did not trust that it would be easy to cancel the full membership once the trial period was over. During a recent order I was placing, I was unwittingly enrolled in the trial membership. In fact, I couldn't even tell I was enrolled, because their system kept telling me I was not a member when I made attempts to cancel the trial membership. They did not return calls or emals when I made inquiries. About it. Then I started getting emails that my trial membership was on hold because my credit card information needed updating. All of a sudden they were interested in contacting me, but only to update my credit card information, presumably so they could eventually start charging me for prime membership I never wanted in the first place. What a dushonest practice. Stay away from Amazon.

You are charged 100+ a year for a service that is supossed to gaurenntee you 2 day free shipping and free live stream movies. The realitiy is most any movie worth watching they still charge you for it and 75% of what I have ordered this last year Took way longed than the estimated shipping time. When I am in check out it says I will have my items by friday evening, after I purchase it then tells me that I won't get them till Sunday evening. I have had plenty of bad experience on Amazon with ordering and when ever I leave less than desirable feedback, Amazon deletes it! TOTAL SCAM to have selective customer ratings.

I like that almost all shows are available, if not free then to buy or rent. I do not like that if I want to watch a show that's in a "channel" I have to purchase a month of the channel. I'd like an option to buy or rent shows thare normally available as channels.

Amazon prime video has an eclectic selection of original new and older tv shows and films, some of which are must see. Though the app design is improving I find the mixing of prime and purchase items annoying.

It is nice to have the option of more streaming movies/shows, but compared to other streaming programs Amazon Prime isn't my favorite. It's not as easy to get to currently watched programs. The included selection is just okay. I wish there were more TV Shows and Movies. I already pay for Amazon, I don't want to pay extra for more movies/shows.

I have been a customer of Prime for a few years. All I used it for was the two day shipping at no additional cost. I have been noticing more and more items that are not covered by Prime, lately I have noticed even if it's a item with Prime the shipping and delivery is taking longer.. My last order was the last straw I, on Tuesday AM I ordered an item that was in stock and covered by Prime. I wanted it for this weekend. The item did not ship until today (Thursday) and it will be delivered on Monday. I would have been okay if it just came on Friday. It's just not as good of value as it was for me.

I've been billed but still no access x2 months. Says incorrect password, I change password get confirmation of change in Amazon email. Try password, doesn't work. Finally time to call and get it squared out, only to find out there is NO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SERVICE AVAILABLE. I have to wait 24 hrs & watch for an email. SERIOUSLY AMAZON!!! Your are one of the largest companies in the world, I can order an item from a foreign country and have it delivered to my boat... But if I want access to my account, I WAIT FOR AN EMAIL?!?! And what if no one emails me tomorrow?? Ohhh, then I call in to what equals out to be a horribly time consuming answering service who "sends in a request to an account specialist"... Apparently the special of the special as NO CONTACT OTHER THAN EMAIL is allowed... THE 90' s called, they want their excuse for what you call customer service back. COME ON AMAZON... Every other company I use has the capability of problem solving an account issue (in house, should be simple)... And yet some how... AMAZON IS NOT. How does such bad service slip by so many. I know see why did not previously sign up. Let's see how many months you drag on billing me with no contact before you let me cancel the membership. Oh yeah, u have to wait for your "account specialist" to decide to contact me for that too. I can't imagine the billions of dollars being skinned from people with these hirrible practices. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!!!

Prime Video has a good amount of TV shows and movies, but there interface is pretty bad. It's surprising how Amazon, a multi billion dollar company, can't design an easy to use UI. It is nice that if you have Amazon Prime, you automatically get Prime Video. So, for that bundle, it's hard to resist getting Prime.

The one thing I don’t love about my Prime streaming is purchasing shows that aren’t available in prime. First, I feel like they should have more options available with my streaming, secondly when I do have to pay for more it’s not a quick add button. I feel like I have to jump through hoops to make it available to stream. Very annoying!

As an Amazon Prime member I use the their streaming service once or twice a week. They have a reasonable variety of shows. I really like the original shows The Boys and The Grand Tour. Both are very entertaining, I just wished they had more lie that. It is nice that is part of the Prime member package as I do not know if I would buy it if it was not. Good and convenient but needs more content

Although I do find myself watching it a couple of times a month, but mostly the movies that I want to watch are pay to watch. Thank you Amazon for providing prime TV in your Amazon Prime subscription. But they have a ways to go to beat Netflix IMO.

I like Amazon Prime alright. It's helpful that I can access the other movies I own digitally through the platform. I like some of the movies and shows they let you stream at no additional cost through it. I do wish the platform was a little cleaner, easier to navigate (e.g. the seasons could be more connected instead of having to search them out separately), and like with Amazon, make it easier for me to browse all the titles or change up the order so I can see the options I hardly ever get a chance to!

We've been Prime memebers for years, but only recently tried out their tv. Once we figured out how to connect our account to our tv, it worked well. I didn't really like how they had the search features on it and didn't find as much I was interested in watching (perhaps because of how the search is set up).

What can I say about Amazon Prime, I am a movie fanatic so I love all the options I get with Prime. They are getting some great original content as well. And of course I routinely order things and can expect 2 and sometimes even 1 day shipping. I love how easy it is too return as well if necessary.
