Very SLOW process getting solar panels put on!! Plus I was mislead and still receive 2 monthly bills. One from Solar Panels & still 1 from Duke Power. Plus I was told Ibwould receive $500.00 for referring a friend and HAVE NOT received that $$$

They did an awesome job installing the panels in two days The Electrician did a professional job but since the installation weeks ago it's been inspection and reinspect the panels are ready to be turned on just waiting. Our power bill was $199.00 this month

They do a great job. had a small issue where in the installation part, a air conditioning pipe of mine was broken and they had to fix it, this could be worked on a little more for a 5 stars

I am not happy with the possibility of paying Georgia Power and the loan payment at the same time and having to wait 30 days for a possible reimbursement. That was not explained to me upfront.

The billing and payment process and amount billed was not explained well at all. The last person to complete the installation and turn on the system was the only person that made sense in the billing, he explained it to me and took the time to answer my questions
