Recently installed system so I have no way to evaluate long term customer service. Install went well. Took roughly 5 months between contract signing and installation sign off. After roughly 1 month of the system being installed (South FL winter) we are looking at breaking even between previous straight electric bill and the combined electric/loan cost. Looking to see what else we can do to continue lowering our electric usage.
