I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization this company has. I locked in a finance rate of 1.49%. My sales person went on a leave and I was left hanging. When communication started back up, it was a game of my panels were in but then they were not. Two weeks ago, while at work, Micheal called and told me the financing had changed with the crazy rate increases. I was told twice that my panels were in and to confirm scheduling. I called the same day and the panels were no longer there or not enough to do my house. Now because of this organizations scheduling and communication issues, my financing is no longer valid? Comments from Micheal consisted of you can refinance from the 7% rate when they come down. I do not want to do that. The panels should have been on my roof. This process started in August and it is unprofessional how this unfolded.

So many mistakes from the very beginning. First day, no one spoke English, and they started late because they didn't have right materials. Didn't completed on 1st day, or second day. Most of the follow up visit the crew would just show up, didn't set up appointments. Communications was ridiculous, the permit wasn't on jobsite while the job was being done, oh and we were told that your company would contact our HOA, they is no communications on our HOA website about us having Solar panels installed, so someday we may get a violation. And as far as our electric bill goes, it is not the amount they told us it would be when the salesman came to our door. My husband was the one that started this process, and I believe in Solar energy, but I was the one dealing with the crew and rushing home from my job at last minute to cater to your team because they couldn't make appointments. I was the one that lost work time, I was the one that couldn't communicate with you install team because I speak English. If all your customers are treated like this i am not sure how you stay in business. I will not be recommending your company.

Start with the Sales person not to be honest, after sales follow up never happened. Before installation was delays, supposed to be finish it in early July finally finished in September. Staffs in the office kept me transfer to another persons I did talked to many different persons. The application on the phone, took me almost 2 months to completed the app. My system was so expensive I pay to much for this 20 panels of Solar, with electric meters from Duke and monthly payment for this Solars I did pay more than I did have Solar. If I can change I'm not gonna used this company, Sale person told me the Electric company will buy back the power from me 13 cents per units, but when I talked to Duke Power they said 7 cents per units. That was another dissapointment with the Sales person. I did make a mistake to choose the Solar....

I’m a very dissatisfied customer for multiple reasons. I have to argue with some power to be reimbursed for my electric bill for the first year. It was seems that it’s always a 2 to 3 month late for me to be reimbursed.. it took months after approval to have the solar panels installed. My roof was inspected prior to my sore pills going on the roof then foreman sitter my roof is inspected in his be ripped and replaced and some power Walmart take the solar panels off and put them back on free of charge. I feel they should because their independent roof inspector said my roof was good for another several years. Meanwhile, four months later and he’s being replaced. Very dissatisfied. . Trying to get in touch with Melissa. Our customer service representative is difficult.

Matthew, thank you for taking the time to speak with me, and for your feedback. Evergreen Solar Solutions is an authorized dealer for SunPower, but we have no control of their processes or the permitting timeframes. 2022 was an extremely frustrating year in the solar industry after Covid it caused permitting offices to be understaffed, backlogged, material delays and more. In addition, I am sorry about the reimbursements, I know it is frustrating that they took 4-6 weeks to process and arrive to you. As far as your roof, at the time of your site survey, your roof was given a green light to install. However, due to the delays and 2 hurricanes later your roof suffered some damages. I am glad we were able to discuss all of this on the phone and I thank you for your support and understanding. You have my contact information, please feel free to contact me if needed.
