Process of getting the permit from Lake County in Florida. Has been exceedingly long & drawn out. As per today. Evergreen still has not obtained the permit.They started applying for it. Last year. In October or November. We are getting very frustrated.

Thank you Mrs. Andrews for speaking with me today, we appreciate your feedback and we use it to improve our customer experiences. Unfortunately with the craziness in 2022 with Covid, material shortages everywhere, and the backlogs of the permitting offices, most projects took longer than expected. As we discussed, Evergreen is an authorized dealer for SunPower and we have no control over the process after the system is sold, but we are here to help keep them accountable to our customers. Im glad that we were able to get you on the schedule and you are on your way to producing clean energy!

I was told my electric bill will be about 35 dollars but I haven't seen it lower than $85

Hi Femy, I have tried to contact you on several occasions without success. I wanted to review with you why you could be getting a power bill over the expected amount. One being that many people after getting solar tend to use more energy than they were prior to Solar. Another reason could be that some months you will use more energy than you are producing, but most you will use less and will receive credits that will offset the months when you need to rely on the utility company for anything over what your solar will produce. I would love to take a look at your bills and your systems production so I can be certain there are no issues with your system.
