Amber Foley Peoria, AZ

This company is a flat out lie, complete misrepresentation and manipulation of the grey areas in their contract. Plus, they won't even return my calls or voicemails about this situation they assisted with placing us in. Everything was fine and great in the beginning and man, were they real quick at whipping out contracts and installing our panels however, come tax return time, my family got burned badly. In their contract it states that whatever you get back from your return after you file your taxes, you owe a specific percentage, in our case thirty percent, back to the loan company. Except, they forget to elaborate on the reality that most people are not even eligible to receive that full percentage back from their federal and state return. So now because we were not eligible, my family cannot pay the loan company back the full thirty percent in the eighteen month period, even with the tax return funds rolling over into the next year, which means that our monthly payments are going to drastically change. Its almost as if we are paying an electric bill with glorious APS all over again! Yay for us. If you're thinking about this company, learn from my family's mistake and ask them questions about your tax eligibility before you sign any papers. Don't get burned like we did.
