Semper Solaris

Thank you Semper Solaris for installing the Solar Panel System atop our house in Belmont California. We chose Solaris because of comments of their work ethic and associations with Veterans. We were proven correct in selecting this firm to install solar. The work, when, started, took one day day to complete. The workmen were polite and very professional and went out of the way to avoid interrupting our daily routine. The installation was done neatly, exposed conduits were painted to match the house color, the area was cleaned up. It is now running and meeting the expectations that Mr.. Robert C had indicated it would. Throughout the project Ms. Billie Y kept us appraised as to the status and answered all our questions. After PG&E authorized the systems operation, Jim J guided us thought the turn-on procedures. We credit Semper Solaris for recommending Mr. Peniamina T, roofer for Semper Solaris, who found and sealed a wind blown leak that other roofers were unable to find. Thank you Semper Solaris for a job well done!!

We were finally looking for a local solar company (end of Nov 2017) due to the high prices of electricity. We got recommended to Semper Solaris and I cannot stop talking good thinks about this company. Since the first meeting with Genevieve, Senior consultant explaining the entire process and understanding and analyzing our solar needs to actually getting the job coordinated with Michael C.. Everything went lightning speed. Michael was always in contact with us and always informing us about each step of the way, every conversation, meeting and discussion was handled professionally. We are truly satisfied with the quality work and follow up efforts that Michael and his team have provided us throughout the entire process. My family and I would certainly recommend Semper Solaris to any of our family, friends and colleagues. Michael is honest, sincere and can be depended on. Our system was professionally installed and up and running the first week of January 2018 and is operating flawlessly. No surprises were entertained and their workmanship is greatly appreciated.

I usually don't write reviews but this company earned it big time. We've been shopping around for solar for at least a year, went to a couple of companies and finally signed contract with a company that it is not even worth mention, who after wasting a lot of our valuable time with them did not honor the contract. so we gave up for a while. Wasn't until we found Semper Solaris. We though of giving them the opportunity. Man we made the right decision! Semper Solaris is one of the most if not the most professional, transparent, and customer service oriented company I have ever encounter. Soon after Signing contract with them at the lowest price we had ever seen on solar, they assigned us a Customer Care Officer named Laura V. who was always on top of things and answer every question we had. after two weeks we had our installation done by Shane and Perry, this guys were really professional and did an excellent job. They were very courteous and Shane actually took his time explaining everything they were going to do in detail. they finish the job in two days, (worth mention that it was a big solar system, about 33 panels) after that we just waited for Edison to give the OK to turn our solar system on and just like that, in about five weeks we have our solar power running. Thank God for companies like this, I highly recommend them, as a matter of fact I already have to my family members.

We passed on 6 other companies and went with Semper Solaris. Was it important to us that they are a Veteran owned company and hire veterans, yes, but, their reviews for quality and customer service were even more important. We had a 22 panel system installed and saw our bill disappear even in the winter months! Our Salesperson Steve M. was so insightful and sold us the right system for us, Jenny D.; our project coordinator walked us through the entire process, and Jim J.; our Project Manager made sure the install went smooth and seamless, and the quality of the work is excellent, our solar panel system is beautiful, it is too bad that its on our roof where most people cannot appreciate its quality!

I recently installed a solar roof with Semper Solaris. I was amazed by the flawless execution, timeliness of actions, and quick responsiveness of the whole team. I highly recommend this company to anybody. First I met with my salesperson Jim S.. He explained me everything in detail and all options I had and truly helped me get the things I wanted. There were no high-pressure sales tactics involved at all. I feel their solar panels are better quality and technology and the whole contract was much better priced than other companies. For the actual installation, I had two people assigned to my project, Jenny D.(Project coordinator) and Laura V. (Project manager). The most important thing for both of them was they kept me informed throughout the project very frequently of what is going to happen next, what should I expect, and when it will be done. They were very quick to reply back with any questions I had. The Semper Solaris team executed flawlessly with all their work. People showed up at the time they promised and completed when they promised. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the people I dealt with and their work. Below is the timeline that shows the how Semper Solaris truly executed my project efficiently and to my satisfaction. 10/25/2017- contract signed 10/30 received call for setting up roof inspection 10/31 got project Coordinator assigned- Jenny D. 11/1 roof inspection complete. The person showed up absolutely sharp 7 am. Completed all work in 45 min. He said the plans should be ready in a week 11/2 Jenny texted me to let me know that the layout would be sent for my approval by DocuSign 11/3 Jenny texted me that the layout seems like the one I preliminary approved. They will start drafting the plans soon 11/10 I requested plan and Jenny emailed plan to me right away 11/17 Received call for scheduling the date of install. Install scheduled for 11/20 11/20 install complete. Minor issues to solve. The crew was on time and very professional 11/21 received an email with video on what to expect and next steps. 11/29 City inspection approved 12/06 SCE permit to operate approved 12/07 Solar system day1 12/07 Online solar monitoring setup by Sun Power

After I evaluated four different solar companies, I decided to go with Semper Solaris because they offered high performance panels with best warranty in business at a competitive price. The sales visit was a comfortable experience, I did not feel any pressure to make the decision too soon. Also, very important for me was their great customer reviews. My point of contact Laura V. and my project manager Anthony M. did a great job keeping me informed with the project timeline. The installation crew worked clean an efficient installing my 8 panels in one day. I liked that they matched the electrical piping with my home exterior color. After everything was installed, they followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. Paperwork and integration with the utility company was taken care of by Semper Solaris as well. I highly recommend Semper Solaris to anyone looking to go solar!

Great experience from start to finish! Semper Solaris has a great reputation and it's easy to see why - they've earned it! Mike W. was my sales consultant, extremely knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured into the sale. I obtained estimates from several companies and I felt most comfortable working with Mike and Semper Solaris - by far. Laura V. was my customer care officer and was also super helpful keeping me updated on the process from installation, to city inspection, working with my utility company, and final check-ins after the system was turned on to make sure I didn't have any other questions. Everybody who showed up to my house for the project was also super friendly and professional as well - all the installation crew, electricians, etc. Great team all around!

We purchased a 15kw Solar System with a Tesla PowerWall 2. All of the people involved with our system purchase starting with Rhami in the sales department through Matt and Dexter in projects and logistics to Ivan, Jose and John with the installation and John R. the Customer Care Officer were attentive to our needs and provided straight answers regarding status and completion. All of this we cancelled a sales offer from the competition due to “fuzzy” proposed component specifics. Semper also assisted with financing, investment tax credit and rebates. We would definitely give a 5 STAR rating to Semper Solaris Team!!

Great company. A friend of mine had a solar system installed by Semper Solaris and was very satisfied with the process and results. I have an older house and it was time for a re-roof especially after last year's unusually heavy Cali rains, anyway Semper Solaris had the resources to complete a re-roof. I had a quote just for the re-roof from a different contractor at a comparable price, but the underlayment used was a less than superior product compared to the owen corning product used by Semper Solaris w/a 50 year warranty. I figured I'd ask about their solar system when the gave me a quote for the re-roof...I was impressed with the presentation and technological analysis Mark I. w/Semper Solaris presented at the time of visit. I was sold, Semper Solaris was the right company for my needs, they use quality state of the art technology, materials and products at competitive pricing...and if you and/or spouse are veterans, well the incentives are even better and if you need financing they can assist with that as well. Once we decided to go with Semper Solaris, Michael C. was assigned to be our project manager...and he was with us every step of the way, and remains as our rep for any future questions or issues. The entire project went relatively smooth The re-roof was led by Robert N., his crew did a great job they completed the re-roof in 3-4 days and ensured the area was clean and free of debris at the end of each work day. A few weeks later the installation of the solar system began and was also quick, Josh A. and his crew completed in two days. Overall, we have be extremely happy with our decision to use Semper Solaris...if you're looking for a re-roof and/or solar, I would highly recommend them...the entire team is very professional, friendly and responsive...in my opinion an A+++ company. The one thing I would recommend is begin the process early in the year if there are tax advantages you're trying to enjoy...many at the end of the year (Nov/Dec) are trying to do the same and weather may not always cooperate...just considerations to keep in mind.

I’ve been a business person my whole life, working with a variety of businesses both professionally and at home through many renovations and improvements. Of all the businesses I’ve worked with over the years, very few of them were what I would consider truly a 5 star business. Semper Solaris, on the other hand, is that rare gem. I believe that a company’s employees are who make a business, and this is where Semper Solaris shines. Every single employee I dealt with from my salesperson, Genevieve J., to my project manager, Anthony Z. and even the people who came out to install a very large solar system on my brand new roof, were personable, sweet, caring, and made sure I was satisfied with the location of every piece of conduit and wire. Every single employee from this company who worked on my project was this way. They were so efficient, that I was given the okay to turn the system on in under 24 hours of it being installed! Both my project manager, Anthony Z. and Mark K. from the office sent me emails telling me I could turn on my solar the following day. Anthony even called my house and left a message, and Mark sent me video instructions as well. Even after all the work was completed, I called Genevieve J., my salesperson with a few questions and she was prompt in getting back to me. No one left me hanging at anytime. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I would recommend this company to my family and friends as a trustworthy, reliable and professional business. I’ve already recommended them to my own parents and they are now in the process of getting solar through Semper Solaris as well.

After doing my research and meeting with a few different solar companies, I decided to go with Semper Solaris for 3 main reasons: 1) They offer Sunpower panels 2) Everything was handled in-house; no subcontractors 3) Most importantly, I had several references to specifically work with Genevieve J. Genevieve has been in the solar industry for many years and is not only super knowledgeable but she is quick to respond, patient and can help explain the process, equipment and solar/power delivery in layman’s terms. I trusted her and ultimately signed on the dotted line because I knew she believed in her product and that it was going to be a good investment for me now and in the future! Although Genevieve was there any time I needed her, I also had John R. as my customer care contact. He did a great job of keeping me informed along the way and was prompt in responding to my questions. I also want to give a shout out to my electrician, John, who worked onsite during installation. He was GREAT! Very informative and respectful. He even had the inside scoop when it came to passing inspections in my town, La Mesa. La Mesa is notorious for having extremely high expectations and he knew exactly what to do to make sure there were no glitches. We passed with flying colors thanks to him! The job was finished in 2-3 days and my system was on roughly 5 days after that. So far, I am very happy with my system that has been on for just over a month. I LOVE the App that shows me every day how much power I am producing. So far, so good!

Great and complete service. We interviewed several companies and got real answers from our questions. They designed our system so that our power monitor and panel would be in our garage and no cables hanging on the side of house. They were quick and did the installation in 3 days. It took the electric company longer as well the city planning department. But whithin 30 days we had our system up and running. We added extra panels during our design meeting because we didn’t want to produce what we where currently using on our bill. We only needed 18 panel but then we were worried that we would still have to be mindful during off production hours. They understood what we want and gave us exactly what we want. You just can’t beat that when a company is all about customer satisfaction and not just trying to sell there product. I refer them to my family and friends.

Before selecting Semper Solaris I did my research. I looked at the various solar panel manufactures and their systems, including who they listed as installers. I looked at the reviews of installers and listened to several of them. Semper Solaris was the most knowledgeable and prepared of them all. There was no pressure. Laura V.-customer care, was very good at communicating and following up. She kept us informed with all of the contacts and happenings with the city, SoCal Edison, and SunPower. She reminded me I was entitled to a significant solar panel rebate and gave me the required form. James J. was our project manager and he kept us informed throughout the project. The installation crew and technicians were friendly, clean and efficient. The technicians explained the system, how it worked, and to contact them if there were problems. Semper Solaris is great at what they do and I would highly recommend them!

We wanted an experienced and local installer for our solar installation and after going through reviews online, narrowing down and speaking to each installer, we ended up going with Semper Solaris. The entire process from contract to final inspection was great. We had requested some rewrites and clarifications to be added to the contract and Semper was very accommodating. Thanks to Thomas G., the sales rep. After the contract was signed, Jenny D. was assigned our focal point for any questions and/or concerns throughout the installation process. Jenny was wonderful in every step of the way. She provided constant updates and addressed every one of our questions expeditiously via text, email and phone calls. She did a great job relaying our concerns to the appropriate departments and made sure we get them answered or resolved very quickly. Our installation was scheduled in a timely manner and took only one day to complete. It was done professionally and efficiently. The crew was led by Adam (?) and the team’s experience was apparent. The installation completed with no issues and after the system completed turned on and testing, the crew made sure the work area was cleaned up before leaving. Of course Jenny followed up immediately to make sure we were satisfied with the installation and let us know that the final inspection will be scheduled. We are very happy with the entire installation process and the Semper Solaris team, especially Jenny. She stayed on top of things so we didn’t have to worry. Great job!

We had 5 solar companies come to give us information and quotes. Bernie T. came from Semper Solaris, he was easy going, honest, and not a high pressure salesman. When we said we were looking at other companies, he didn't try to persuade us because I think he had wisdom and faith that what he presented us would get our business and it did. Loved the fact that it is owned by a prior military man, lived that he put his values into his business, it is obvious. From Bernie to Laura V., who kept us informed through every step of the process, their customer service is tops. We are very happy with our choice in this solar company.

I heard about Semper Solaris from my neighbors. They gave my contact info to Semper Solaris through their referral program. I received a call from Semper Solaris to schedule an appointment. Our salesperson was Genevieve. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and transparent. At the end of our session with her, we had learned about: the advantages of Semper Solaris over other solar contractors (for example having all C10, C39, and C46 licenses), various types of SunPower solar panels they were using and their pricing info, ongoing promotions and rebates, specific information about our house (e.g. amount of electricity power we needed to produce based on the data from previous bills, number of panels that could be installed on each roof as well as solar energy production statistics throughout a year), etc. This meeting was very informative and at the end of it we were certain that we wanted to go with Semper Solaris (Special thanks to Genevieve as she has been the most honest and transparent salesperson we have ever dealt with). We just had to decide about the size and type of the system based on our future electricity need and available budget. After a day, we were able to finalize our decision. Genevieve prepared the contract immediately and we signed it electronically on the same day. A few days later I got an introduction call from our project coordinator, Michael C. He was my main point of contact for the remaining part of the process. We had several discussions over call/text to finalize the site plan (with information about the position of solar panels on roofs, location of the monitoring system, etc.). He submitted the finalized site plan to local building department and provided me with the documents required for HOA approval. What I liked the most about Michael was that he asked me about the best way of communication from the first day (which was text message for me due to several meetings during the day) which made it very convenient. After receiving the local building department and HOA approvals, I received a call from Mark K. to schedule the installation. The installation team were very professional and did a superb job. They installed the conduits in the best possible way and with minimum visibility from the street. We were very lucky that all required approvals came very fast and the whole process from our meeting with Genevieve to receiving permission to operate (PTO) from SDG&E took only ~6 weeks. I'd like to thank Mark K. for promptly addressing all our requests/questions after the installation. I definitely recommend Semper Solaris to everyone who is looking for a solar system. They are among the very few companies that have all three C10, C39, and C46 licenses; and they use the premium brand SunPower. Don't hesitate to contact them to schedule your solar consultation appointment. As I mentioned above, the meeting will be very informative with absolutely no pressure to purchase a system.

To whom it may concern, where do I start about this company Semper Solaris. I learned about Semper Solaris from our Nephew and Niece that recently had their solar system installed by the Company. As my Wife and I were researching many different companies to install our solar system, our Nephew told me to contact Mark I. at Semper Solaris. And I am glad we did. I contacted Mark and he set up an appointment to come to our house and discuss the options for solar. Mark provided a custom layout for how many panels we would need and how much energy we would produce. Mark was very thorough and explained how solar works and answered all our questions. And believe me we had quite a few of them. Mark left us with all the information we needed and with no pressure to use their services. My Wife and I took a few days to discuss what we had learned from Mark and how we could only benefit from solar. With that said, we decide to go with Semper Solaris. The next step was to talk with the project manager Matthew W. Matthew provided us with the information pertaining to how the project would work. Before your project starts they design a template of where the panels and all the equipment will be located. This eliminates any confusion, and everyone is on the same page. There is no room for error as you electronically sign that you agreed to the drawing. I must say I was really impressed with how the layout looked. The panels were position perfectly on top of our roof in the drawing. Finding the location for the equipment was more complicated, but these guys are professionals and they knew which options we had. The reason finding a location for the equipment was complicated was due to the location of our gas meter. The equipment could not be within 6 feet of the gas meter. Matthew and his team came up with a brilliant idea and informed us we had an option to have it installed in our garage. Even though it would take more cabling to run the electrical wires to our electrical box, Semper Solaris did this with no extra charge. After the layout was agreed upon, the next step was to schedule the installation date. This is where I met Michael C. our personal project coordinator. Michael set up the installation date and made sure I was aware of everything that was going to transpire. I did not have to call Michael to get updates, he called me. Yes, it still exists, as Semper Solaris is a company that cares about their customers. Michael was our main point of contact from here on out. As our project progressed, my Wife and I still had questions. Michael was able to answer every one of them in timely manner. At the end of every call that we had he never hesitated to say, “call me if you have any other questions”. Michael made this project and installation painless. So as a human you start to think this is probably too good to be true. But me as a witness their service is great, and it is true. These guys really know what they're doing. Now came the time for the installation. The day finally came, and Michael let me know what time the installers would be at our home and everything that was going to happen. The day of the installation I met Alex and his crew. Talking about professional installers, these guys are it. The first day, their focus was installing the panels and getting all the wiring ready. With the panels they installed and the wiring they prepped, it was better than I thought it was going to be. Equipment installation in the garage came out superb. Installation of the panels on the roof was installed like they came with the home. The second day was the running of all the wiring, cabling and connections to the electrical panel box. With our installation, there are no wires, cables or tubing visible on top of the roof. All the wires, cables and tubing are running directly through the attic to the main electrical panel box. When you look at the panels on our roof they look like they're not connected but they are. Only tubing you see with our installation are two tubes running down the side of our house to the electrical box. The rest of the equipment is professionally installed in our garage. After the completion of the installation, Alex and his crew tested the system to make sure it was working properly. Alex informed me step by step what I needed to do once I had PTO (permission to operate). Michael also inform me of what steps I needed to take once I had PTO. Approximately two weeks after the installation I had the authorization to turn our system on. Semper Solaris provide so much information that I'm not going to go into details because it is so much to cover. For the great warranty and superb panels, you will need to contact Semper Solaris for that information. Approximately two to three weeks after we had our solar system turn on, Semper Solaris came back out to the house to make sure everything was still working properly. Talking about customer service. Our project is now completed, and my Wife and I are happy customers. Just the other day Michael called and ensured me that he will be our personal project coordinator for the full warranty of the system. Did I mention Semper Solaris has a 25-year warranty? A real 25-year warranty covering all parts and labor. All, if you do not have solar and you own a home it is worth considering. Again, you're going to pay your electricity bill somewhere, why not pay yourself. Semper Solaris is a company that can provide you with great service and a piece of mine. I thank our Nephew and Niece for introducing us to Semper Solaris and I thank Semper Solaris and the entire staff for being a great company and providing a service that people can still Trust. From our salesperson, Dustin W. to our project coordinator Michael L. C. and all other staff members in between, we could not be happier. The installation went flawless and Michael and his team were able to answer any questions we had regarding the how, when, and wheres. The installation team was very careful in making sure the conduit runs and equipment was visually minimal. The guys really did a fantastic job. While the system was installed i December of 2017, we have not been able to realize the full potential yet of our solar system, I am confidant that it will produce more than we need in the upcoming summer months.

My friend Raz recommended Semper Solaris to us after his experience with them. We had many different avenues we could of taken but I am happy we went Semper Solaris. I had my roof and solar done with them and at first my wife and I were nervous with such a big project. I would like to thank the Semper Solaris team for their professionalism, work ethic and great customer service during my solar project. Before meeting with Semper Solaris, I was somewhat hesitant about installing solar based on unappealing comments from friends of other solar company’s poor customer service, unsatisfying results, and expensive leasing options. Over a period of time, I had been approached by several different solar companies about their product but I wasn’t interested until a close friend recommended Semper Solaris. He was having Semper Solaris install solar on his house and told me about the company and the quality products, SunPower panels, they use. He put me in touch with Semper Solaris and from start to finish my project was effortless. We first met with Energy Consultant, Mark I, who came to our residence and showed us the advantages of solar, the size of system necessary for our needs, and the cost to “own” the system. We purchased the system and within a few days we were contacted by Customer Service Representative John R. John took us through the rest of the process of the installation and activation of the system and made sure any questions we had were answered. John was very professional and kept us up to date on the project and any changes. As I stated previously the project for my wife and I went effortless thanks to John and the team. We would highly recommend Semper Solaris to family and Friends.

After getting other quotes, we went with Semper Solaris. The solar panels from Sun Power are made in the US and have a better efficiency rating than most meaning you will need less solar panels to generate the same amount of power. Also, the equipment to connect to your electric company is US made and has a better warranty than most. Do your research before buying non US low efficiency solar panels and non US connection equipment. The installation crew was very professional and materials used are top quality. I was emailed with progress reports on a regular basis. Communication with Semper Solaris was fast and responsive. I would definitely use Semper Solaris again!

We used Semper Solaris for the purchase and installation of our Solar Panels. They communicated on a very regular basis with us about the progress of our permits, as well as provided ETA's for installation/going live. All phone calls and e-mails are answered promptly. The fact that Semper Solaris itself does not have an app to monitor Solar Consumption and Production is completely irrelevant! I monitor my consumption and production of Solar Power on a regular basis through SunPower. I am not sure what the difference in who actually provides the app makes.... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Semper Solaris!

Take your clue from actual customers of Semper Solaris over this idiotic reviewer. Customer reviews are top notch. Semper staff was very professional from initial home visit with complete product description and accurate estimates through final installation and post installation customer service. Semper personnel understand and completely and clearly explain the benefits of the Sunpower solar panels (best panels on the market). Other higher rated companies couldn't explain their product and only wanted to talk about their financing plans. No high pressure sales pitch either - don't need to pressure when you sell a good product and service. The reviewer lists negatives including no company ap to track your solar production. Not needed as Sunpower has that feature. Poor website? It explains the basics as well as the Sunpower website - enough for a customer to get a complete description and estimate of their actual needs from a professional representative. Time in business - over 5 years in a fairly new line of service not an issue for a company providing a good product and service. I highly recommend Semper Solaris. Semper must be too busy professionally installing superior panels and providing outstanding customer service instead of paying off review writers.

My last review wasn't that good as the installation was/is rather late. Anyway the system, 42 panels, was installed yesterday. The two PG&E panels at the side of the house needed to be replaced and Miguel did that in one day - took him all day and the temperature was 109. He never complained and was very knowledgable, , polite and professional. It was hard work. The Alpha Tea, for Semper Solaris out of Hqyward/Union City were equally professional, courteous, hard working and knowledgable. They were a great team and were here two days installing the panels on the roof. 42 of them. They did a great job. Now we wait for the county inspector, then PG&E - may take up to two weeks. Can't push the government. Oh! The Alpha Team consisted of Talon, Brodin, Anthony, James P and Jose. They were all great.

I absolutely had no issue with this firm. Installation was smooth, workers clean and professional, and I for a time had questions and when I spoke with the project manager on my account, got every answer or a return call due to time to research my question. Had one issue with a failed module on the panel that operates the internet connection, they traced it and within a couple days replaced it. No charge as guaranteed. I probably paid the same and have the Sun Power product that in my opinion out does all the out of country products. Plus, I requested a couple of additional panels to increase power so my cost was higher.

If not 10 then 9.9. The year before solar was installed out So Cal Edison bills totaled $5,227.58. Then solar was installed and our total for the 12 months was ($176.43) This is a negative number meaning that is what Edison paid us. We did pay Edison something like $17.00 a month for grid connection fee (I guess??) but the cost plummeted. What I like about Semper is they are local owned, US Military background, Price was about the same with 2 other reputable companies, They use a good panel and LONG warranty. I got EXACTLY what they said EXACTLY as expected. No headaches. Clean cut installers who respected the property. I say that if you get a better price elsewhere, have Semper take a close look at what you are buying as the way that I see it is that the materials are about the same cost for everyone, company overhead and labor are the only variables. Semper seems to run a little lean in the office but they took very good care of me, just didn't seem to have a bunch of people to deal with. Some honest feedback here! I recently watched the Semper Solaris tv commercial and called right away to set up an appointment. I was delighted to meet Robert A. He was prompt, kind, and courteous. He explained how I was using power, and how I was being charged. He also encouraged me to look at my utility bill closely. I was shocked to see how much I was charged, even before I even get to consume my power!! Needless to say, I signed up and highly recommend Semper Solaris. Ps. I'll be buying Tesla Powerwalls from Robert next! Ha!

Some of the other companies didn’t want to come out to my home. They wanted to do everything over the phone. Some of them even had the wrong house. Some companies didn’t have time to come out and they weren’t clear. Rae from Semper Solaris came out and looked at everything. We had to reschedule the final inspection a few times. That was a little frustrating but it worked out. My experience with my consultant Raedene S was great. I have no problem getting a hold of Rae and I always get my questions answered.

I saw the commercial and liked it so I called and they sent Rae S to my house and she made me really happy. She knows her stuff. I talked to another guy from another company and she was better than him. She needs to be the CEO.I had solar on my old house and when I moved hear to the new house I knew I had to get solar bc otherws I wasn’t gonna make it. Get your solar from Semper Solaris. They’re good. They know what they’re doing. And ask for Rae, she knows her stuff.

My experience with Semper Solaris was excellent! Nothing like the other companies who came out. The other companies didn't want to provide any documents about the solar before signing the loan papers. And some companies made appointments but didn't show up. Rae S was the consultant who worked with me. Everything was upfront about the system, financing, etc. She did an awesome job helping me understand and representing Semper Solaris. Michael G. was our contact person for our Tesla battery install and we can't say enough good things about how he and Semper Solaris took care of handling everything. Five years later and our panels are working great! The installation by this company was very professional and headed up by Bob K. We were so grateful to find these guys because we tried company after company to install a system on our flat roof with a "spider": a system of outdoor ducts that had to be worked around. Only Semper Solaris said they could do the job and they came up with an array tailored for our particular roof. We no longer fear opening our electrical bill and the system has already paid for itself.

Genevieve was great! From the initial meeting she provided unbiased factual information on options, costs, financing and timeline. She didn’t try to push me to choose Semper Solaris, she just gave me facts which I researched myself. The fact that she was honest about not being the “cheapest” definitely meant a lot. Great company to work with. No push sales tactics. Our sales rep, Bob was very honest and great with follow ups. The installation was quick and smooth. Everyone showed up when they said they would. They were diligent with follow ups and taking care of any issues. My bill went from $350/mo to $2/mo. I have no regrets going with this company. Highly recommend.

Semper Solaris did a super job installing our solar system. Michael G our sales representative supported us all the way through the installation. We liked that they were veteran owned and managed as well as the fact that they are also a roofing company. Their bid was competitive with others and the installation took less than a single day. Our neighbors commented on how professional they were and how respectful of the neighbors during the installation. We had our installation done on Monday and were live the following Tuesday.

I Googled @SemperSolaris to get a bid for solar and liked the fact that they were a locally and veteran owned company. I chose Senior Energy Consultant @RobertA because of his laid back, no pressure selling techniques. I purchased 7.2 kWp System and (1) Tesla Powerwall 2.0. I also found their Operations Dept. very informative and professional. @LeticiaC always provided me with an update and I highly recommend @SemperSolaris.

We used Semper Solaris to install solar panels on our home several months ago. We have been VERY happy with the entire process. Genevieve came to our home and explained in detail all about the various brands and types of panels, as well as the accompanying electronics which sync to cell phone and computer monitoring applications. The installers were efficient, experienced and courteous. I have called their customer service center a couple times and was happy with the immediate response and help. We compared other companies and went with Genevieve and Semper Solaris. We are happy that we did.

I researched seven and met with four companies before hiring Semper Solaris to install our panels. They had top of the line panels, great financing and really worked with us, since I'm installing on my father-in-law's house (our sales guy Rhami especially went the extra mile to make that happen). I also chose Solaris because I felt respected, and never pressured or condescended when working with them. You'd do well to work with Rhami and Semper Solaris.

I chose to go with Semper Solaris because they have a 25 year warranty and will replace the panels at no charge if something goes wrong. I liked that they email and text to communicate, more than by phone, so I can get to it when I'm not so busy. Overall, everything went really well, from the sales consultation, the the installation which was really quick, to the after care. I would recommend anyone thinking about solar to give them a call.

Mike W sold me solar and walked me through the process. It was fast, simple and I have been saving money ever since. Rae the solar consultant has done an OUTSTANDING job for my family from explaining g the system to designing the perfect system to showing is step by step what are panels are doing to produce electrical power for our house. Once the system was up and running she came out and walked us through the on/off breakers and switches. Carlos M was my construction manager for my roof installation. He was OUTSTANDING. He explained everything step by step and always kept me up to date on the next step/process. Him and his work crew did an awesome job.

I had a wonderful experience working with Genevieve for our solar system. She spent the time to go through our usage and made sure that we planned extra usage for AC and future usage. The process with Semper was streamlined and as a homeowner I didn't have to do much besides deal with the bank. The installers were very friendly and finished the entire job in one day. Mike was very nice to work with as he helped us get the system turned on and our monitoring all set up! I will recommend Semper to my friends and family!

I learned about Semper Solaris through radio advertising. We also had two friends who had used Semper and Bob K and were happy with their experience. Working with Bob was very easy. He showed up when he was supposed to and was very informative and patient. We have had no issues with our system. It is working as expected.
