Goldin Solar states that homeowners can finance their solar system without having to put anything down. If homeowners make any additional payments, those will go toward the principal of their loan and reduce their monthly payments over the lifetime of the loan. 

25-Year Product Warranty

Goldin Solar’s solar installations are covered by multiple warranties. There is a hardware warranty from the manufacturers that covers the products for their useful life. Goldin Solar’s workmanship warranty gives homeowners peace of mind as it holds the company to a higher standard and helps ensure Goldin Solar provides quality work. 

Licensed and Insured

Goldin Solar is a state-certified solar contractor. State certification is done under the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) Construction Industry Licensing Board. The company’s license allows it to install solar anywhere in the state of Florida. 

Additionally, Goldin Solar carries a general liability insurance policy of $1,000,000, which is significantly more than the required minimum.

No Subcontractors

Goldin Solar proudly states that all installations are performed with full-time W-2 employees. Furthermore, all employees are covered by the company’s workman’s compensation insurance policy, so there is no risk (to homeowners) while Goldin Solar employees are on their property. 

Goldin Solar strongly believes that this is the best way to maintain that all workers perform quality work. However, Goldin Solar may be required to subcontract the electrical interconnection to an electrical contractor, if required by the local AHJ.
