Where to begin. If I could give them negative stars I would. Everything you need to know about the ethics and honesty this company can be seen by the fact that the owner Kevin has logged onto various sites, and gaven himself 5 start ratings!! If you hire this company to install a solar system, YOU WILL BE SORRY, AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. We hired them to install a $67 K system. Very sloppy workmanship. Very unprofessional attitude. Six months into project, STILL not finished. I am having to file regulatory, and legal complaints to get them to make good on damages. Components of the system installed incorrectly, & 10 of the panels don�t work at all due to improper wiring. Operating agreement with PG&E not completed, SO WE DON�T GET CREDIT FOR THE POWER the system does produce. We have paid over $60k on the system, and they refuse to finish unless we make the final payment, ON A SYSTEM THAT IS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED, AND NON FUNCTIONAL. Also take note. The Contractors License board only knows this company as BCI Group, or Bella construction. No listing as Bella Solar.
