We absolutely loved our experience with Bell Solar & Electrical! They were extremely friendly, educational, and helpful from beginning to end. In fact, we were already under contract with another competitor (already having a bad experience) at the time when we reached out to Bell and Angelo helped us get out of the competitor's agreement to allows us to sign with the far superior company, Bell Solar & Electrical. That was the best decision we ever made! We have already recommended Bell Solar to all of our friends who are looking for the best service experience at a very reasonable price! Surprisingly enough, we heard about Bell through another Solar sales competitor that came to our door! That should say something! We are very happy with our set up, which provides more energy than we need for our household and we are excited to be a part of the solution!

Solar panels are expensive but I think ours are more attractive than others in my area. They blend in more with the roof. My last two months of my electric bill were only thirteen dollars a piece. They always answer their phone quickly. All my questions are answered. They were quick and efficient with installation. They cleaned up after themselves.

They follow through with everything. I always knew what was coming next in the process. They were involved whether it was the city or HOA, I was informed of every decision. They made some adjustments to my panels to make them for efficient. They were very smart how they installed them. They were also very timely. I really appreciate their customer service.

The owner is recognized as one of the top female business entrepreneurs in the nation. I also like that it is a smaller company. The team that installed it were very thorough. They took pictures of my roof and showed me what they had done so I had evidence they had done a good ob. Everything seems to be working smoothly with the different project managers and supervisors. I am very pleased. The sales person was amazing. They took care of us like they said.

Installation was very smooth. Every time they said they were going to be here, they were here. They got back to my questions. I didn’t like that Bell couldn’t speak on my behalf when the energy company didn’t switch over.

Highly recommend Bell. The are worth the money. The pricing is really good. It is competitive with other companies. They were clean and efficient getting it put up. The panels are nice. I am happy with them. If I have any questions, I can call them and they answer. If I can’t get through, they call me back. They are real professionals.

For the most part customer service keeps us in the loop. It was a little slow going but they let us know why it is slow. It was easy with the installation. He showed up on time and did a good jbo. The work was done quicker than they estimated.

They said that the change out of old light bulbs to LED was included in the price. We have three lights that work from Dimmers. Al of a sudden they were not included for those lights. There sales guy said the system would be installed before January 1, 2022, it went until May 2022. The Salesman also said that they had included blow in insulation, we did not need it, still waiting on the credit for that. We also hired Bell Electrical to replace an old sub panel in the house. The electrician that came out and priced up the job said that he had the sheetrock patching included in the bid, we still have holes in our wall and they said it would be an additional cost for them to patch them. I think that if ther guys are going to price up the job they should stand by what was included, there proposals were missing explanation of what they were including and what they were not.

If you're looking to save money with getting solar this company is not the way to go. They will scam you to make you pay more than you would be paying with just the bill for energy alone. They are crooks that are only there to take you for your money. Before hiring a company I recommend anybody to check out the companies on the contracting board for the license you'll see this company has one too many disciplinary actions and currently is on probation for violating more than one of those. Now I have to file a complaint with the contracting board as well as take them to small claims because they they manipulated and lied to me and now I'm paying more for solar than I would be with just electricity alone they are scam artist
