Spectrum has procedures in place for penalizing you for your loyalty. After you cancel, they want you back, always at a better rate. Yet, if you are a member and ask for a better rate you don't get it. Smart TV's offer a lot more service, for a lot less cost. Cancel your paid TV and look at new(er) options

We had spectrum for about 4 years the price just kept going up everytime we ended up paying up to 250 a month with no movie channels and no special channels either definitely overcharged although costumer service was always nice.

Only problem with product is we were paying for services I wasn't receiving. I paid for high internet speed only to find out that's not what we were getting.. they did apologize but no reimburse. Other than that the service was good.

Over all the quality is good. The speed of the system seems to be on par with other providers however the Latency from my house compared to others closer to town seems to be slower which is not great for gaming sometimes.

My experience with Charter Spectrum sucks I moved to my newest location back in July transferred my service from a different location that I'd had for the previous three years with Spectrum after moving I continue the same service of internet and cable my bill was 9750 per month do the covid-19 actually last month it was September I had to downsize because of going on Social Security I was going to cancel my internet and keep the cable but they basically we're going to go up on the bill because of my bundling I got a $97 bill but if I cancel the internet just keeping cable it was going to go to 98 I do not understand that when they have all these promotional programs for cable at 40 and $50 a month but yet if I canceled my wireless internet I couldn't get that great I was going to be charging $98 a month just for the TV for cable alone that sucks they don't care about the people they care about the money and all companies do but I don't believe that they should treat people unfairly that way when they have circumstances that's beyond their control such as not being able to work due to covid-19 having to go on early retirement due to covid-19 and trying to downsize my program so that I could have a cheaper rate and they go up on my bill where is the right in that

They raised my rate twice in one year, first from $40 to $50 then to $60. What company does that? All the while the speed was dropping to a crawl due to everyone working and schooling from home. I gave them 3 stars because $60 is somewhat acceptable for what I get.

Absolutely horrible! We live on a lake and we get horrible Internet service and our television service gets cut out all the time. It’s buffering all the time. And they don’t listen to us. They give you a terrible router, so you have to go buy your own router if you want any kind of service, and you really should have an extender. That’s not the way to run a business. Also the phone service sucks so we don’t even use it

Was not a fan of Spectrum. I tried to cancel our cable service and it too nearly twenty minutes of me telling customer service that I did not want the service no matter what you provided. Pricing is high and will rise after the first year when they lure you in with discounted pricing.

Company was ok. Service was ok, but channels would constantly get stuck, or internet was slow even though they said I had fast internet. When first contract was over they would not offer any more deals to keep my service, instead they raised prices.

I've not had a pleasant experience with Charter Spectrum. From the get go, my experience was awful. I was sold two sets of equipment when I only ordered one. Apparently they have an issue internally with sales reps trying to pad their sales to reach bonuses. Any time I had an issue, I would tried to be upsold on something instead of their reps focusing on the problem at hand. In addition, I was told I was going to be reimbursed for my 30 day free trial and it has taken up to 4 months and I've had to call at least 4 different times to check up on it (each time, restarting the process).

Service was satisfactory but monthly charges were going up without notice. I saw on their website that they were offering much lower deals for new customers. I called to find out why I couldn't get that deal and they said "That's only to get new customers." So if you are a current customer they will continue to increase your monthly fees. I could discontinue the service and sign up again as a new customer but don't want to play those games.

Horrible customer service. Changed from dish because it would not work when storming. Spectrum has the same problem they stop your program and show weather alerts every 2 minutes. Makes it impossible to watch program. Report problem and got lied to. Am disconnecting and going back to Dish network. Worst customer service in United States.

Spectrum TV says how great they are? Funny how they advertise this ? Meanwhile the channel freezes, or better yet....channel temporary unavailable ? Try again later???? All day ! You turn Spectrum Tv on and you never know what you're going to get. Great job !

Takes too long to start up. Buffers a lot. Set the start channel but it keeps reverting back to Spectrum News in South Texas even while the one I selected shows as the start up channel. Forces you to have to watch commercials. Will not let you FF through them on most shows. I'll stop here but there is a lot more!

I'm not a Spectrum customer. Spectrum cut my internet line while working on my neighbor's internet. I spent the day arguing with my ISP to have a technician fix my internet. I work from home and lost a days wages. My son is autistic and we were not able to receive services that day. Spectrum refuses to reimburse me for any of this.

Before signing up, Read everything. I cancelled and was charged full rate (no prorate). My billing cycle started 2 days before I cancelled, and I was charged the full rate. Also, charged twice in 1 year. From August to April, my bill went up 40 dollars. Never heard of that before. Don't trust the company.

Spectrum is the worst POS I have had to deal with! On a regular basis get error/connection messages, have to reset the whole thing. Always miss 1/4 - 1/3 of everything I try to watch due to buffering. Way overpriced for the service and few channels you get.

If I could give them a negative score I would. This company is horrible. They kept calling the information a resolution. I had to ask if they even knew what that word meant. Reading a policy to someone a day after they call to ask for billing information, is not a resolution. This company DOES NOT care about their customers.

I used to have high regards for this company until I needed to disconnect my service. I will never use this company again. If I get to the place where I need internet and TV I will use Dish. Spectrum rips you off. They don't provide you the internet speed you pay for and they bill you for services not used.

We are in a world wide pandemic. More and more people are being required to stay home and Spectrum raises their internet price by almost $11! Way to Spectrum! Obviously Spectrum does not care what's happening in the world and certainly doesn't care about their customers.

If you wanna get scammed, use Spectrum (AKA Charter Communications). They'll raise your rates after a year or two and never stop raising them. You can call them and ask to lower your bill, but they'll offer you a nice deal thats even "MORE" than you're already paying "and the lady will laugh at you" while doing it.

It is bad enough to not pro rate discounts when someone cancels but what I think is flat out illegal is not allowing people to use that same service until the end of the billing period. How can you not prorate yet you can turn off service in the middle of the billing cycle. I think this company has contempt for their own customers.

Oligopolies are no fun. Spectrums pricing is very misleading. Probably criminal. They will advertise one price as the "Ongoing Month Charges" with no asterisk to indicate any hidden terms, only to find one year later you are paying 30% more. My hope is that with 5G deployment, we will finally have viable alternatives.

Charter continues to offer terrible sub par service. Requested internet service disconnect this weekend in 4 days and no surprise they turned off service this morning. Will not be using them again and there must be another provider that provides better service than this company. Stay away and be aware!

It's a long story that involved four phone calls over a period of SEVEN HOURS! And still no resolution. Just promises and appologies. No action, or even the real assurance of action.

( Spectrum Gold) The billing statement came & now we are told we are not getting all Chanel’s 😡 we can get them only if we pay extra 😡, What is this ?? They called and offered me a free trial on tv channels several times and finally I said yes. Now keep in mind the words FREE TRIAL. So because I am 6 days late on my bill they stopped the process. Central Florida service is the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with. Nothing works as advertised. I've had to make service calls nearly very freaking month, either the internet is not working or they short your bandwidth, on demand channels never seems to work. About ready to start streaming through satellite service.

Called and complained multiple times just asking when the service will be back and every time I get an I don’t know answer can’t wait to move out of AVL and have more options. Can’t wait to cancel. THEY SUCK!
