It's pretty good. The one gig took care of all of the lag we had on the Xbox. I have been with them for several years. I love the DVR. Only complaint is they are very expensive after the first year.

the internet speed is varies. I know Spectrum adviertised 200mbps, but I normally only have 80mbps speed. During last week winter storm, our network was down for almost 3 days.

Reception and picture quality fair. Customer service is good once you can get a hold of them. Phone service menu is very frustrating to go through. Language issues are difficult sometimes

I have been dissatisfied with what I get for the amount of money I pay. For Internet, TV and phone a bundled price of $138 per month. For this I get 10 channels that I cannot change. If there was another alternative I would use it but there isn't

Service installed, worked for an hour. Left for vacation the next day. 2 weeks later I called to fix the service. Spectrum refuses to credit for the 2 weeks even though it was their equipment that was the problem.

They love to buy out an area and offer new customers cheaper rates and free modem leases. So if you already have service when they arrive you are stuck with the old rate and pay more fees.
