Good programming. Terrible customer service. I've cancelled multiple times and it gets harder every time. They gouge their customers with nonsense fees. CS is outsourced to the lowest bidder. Like the government only worse.

If you tried to call you could NEVER speak to anyone who could speak good English and when telling them I could not understand them they acted as if they had not heard me. I will NEVER use them again

HAd many issues with the pricing of Direct TV. The sales pereson I spokee with offered three (3) free channels for the first year and it turned out to be only three (3) months. Direct TV would not honor what sales person offered.

DTV was great when I signed up with a promotion but did nothing to retain me as a customer after 3 years. During my contract I had to fight to get a refund due auto debit payment that was incorrect. Would never use them again even if it was free.

Very expensive and your monthly bill goes up every three months, you don't know why but it shows you charges for special channels you did not know you had. Plus you get channels that you don't watch but they still charge you for them!

Customer service is the absolute worst in the industry. Sales promises everything and delivers little. The system would fail regularly and if there were weather issues as in cloudy or snow, you were left on your own with no service yet they still wanted full payment.
