We had been customers for 20 years but pricing kept getting higher and higher with channels at times being blocked. If you tried to call you could NEVER speak to anyone who could speak good English and when telling them I could not understand them they acted as if they had not heard me. I will NEVER use them again

HAd many issues with the pricing of Direct TV. The sales pereson I spokee with offered three (3) free channels for the first year and it turned out to be only three (3) months. Direct TV would not honor what sales person offered.

DTV was great when I signed up with a promotion but did nothing to retain me as a customer after 3 years. During my contract I had to fight to get a refund due auto debit payment that was incorrect. Would never use them again even if it was free.

Customer service is the absolute worst in the industry. Sales promises everything and delivers little. The system would fail regularly and if there were weather issues as in cloudy or snow, you were left on your own with no service yet they still wanted full payment.
