Television delivery is perfect but web access to account and access via DTV app is IMPOSSIBLE since ATT acquisition. They changed user names and passwords and nobody in CS can solve. Even they admit it's been a nightmare.

We dropped DirecTV when their prices more than doubled in one year. I turned in the equipment as directed and was wisely advised by UPS to keep the copy of the returned items as DirecTV had a reputation of claiming no receipt. Thank heaven I did as DirecTV threatened us with bills for nearly one year after the equipment was returned.

Directv mini Genie system is horrible. The equipment constantly goes out and has to be replaced. Their two-year contract is held over your head while their services are spotty at best. Once you get a year into your two-year contract the price goes up dramatically.
