Overall ATT / Direct TV Rating -100! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTED. BE WARE!! ATT Grade: F- The ATT Takeover is beyond Incompetent .The Cus Service folks lie and play games with putting you on long Holds hoping you hang up first because they can't hang up. I'm on Auto Pay yet every month they hound me for pmt!! This has been going on for 6 months!! Why? CS set it up wrong, system failure, etc... Every month..at least 1.5 hours. No one cares! Today put me over the edge. It took All Day to finally fix it. I'm not holding my breath. They are LIARS!! Time to Fire them.
