Insight Pest Solutions provides treatments and pest control solutions for the most common pest problems in its regular pest control plan. However, depending on the location, Insight does offer the following add-on programs customers can purchase to target specific issues:

And while the company does offer crawl space inspection, it's unclear whether Insight offers lawn treatment or attic service and restoration, and whether its products are pet-safe.

Customers with pest issues can expect an initial treatment followed by quarterly services and a quote can be estimated in as little as two minutes over the phone. While the information is there, it is vaguely described. The site advises customers to call for further details.

My home was heavily damaged from Hurricane Ida, which resulted in my family having to be displaced for an unknown period of time. Due to being displaced and the uncertainty of when or if I would be returning to my property, I called to have the my service cancelled and was immediately advised I needed to speak with a Manager. Upon speaking to the manager I was questioned about my reasons for the cancellation, and I advised in order to do so I would have to pay a cancellation fee of $299. Please keep in mind, I began in August of 2021, a few weeks before the storm. In additon, I had just lost all of my possessions and was/still living in a hotel. yet this people had no empathy for my situation or the fact that my service had just began. All they wanted was there $299!!!! Now I understand, why my sales rep kept saying "money" each time we discussed an issue or concern, because that's what's this company is all about money. Definitely not their customers!

I had a regular pest control contract and a mole control contract. Technicians are very friendly! However, the billing was not correct. That's why I gave 2 stars. (1) One technician told me to watch out for additional mole activities, and mentioned that the requests and services between quarterly visits would be free. However, when I told the technician about new mole activities (about three weeks after the previous mole control service and over two months before the next mole control service), the company billed me the request between the two quarterly visits. (2) The cost in the invoice (received via email) was different from (more than) the costs listed in the contracts. The gentleman who answered my call said that "it is a little off", and "will request" to correct the invoice. I hope to receive the correct invoice soon. Make sure to check your invoice, and compare the actual costs in your invoice with the promised costs in your contracts.

My husband have signed the contract for a year and he was thinking that the product they use is good enough to address our roach and ants problem. The first time we have a nice guy coming to our house and we have addressed all our concerns, he asked to give some time for the product to work. What was fair enough. Exterior ants was still coming back and roach this walking in the house as they owned the place. Lets give a shot for the second time service, and we gave them a second shot and we waiting for the product have "effect". Today, I had enough... the product is not working for us. So, I gave a shot to call customer service to cancel, not to coming back to treat, because if it was something that have worked for the first time and the second time we had a problem was something else. Of course, all customer service that are able to cancel were in a meeting and they were not able to speak with me. I have tried to tell them that I will pay the cancellation fee, but not for the wave discount, because I was not happy with the product and the results. I don't want they come back every time to re-treat and re-treat and this mean time I have to buy mine own product to spray... What a waste of time and money.

They have been coming for at least 6 months. I feel like it's a waste of money. I still have any hills and ants in my yard. I still have bugs in my house. I have yet to figure out what I am paying for and what they are taking care of. The technician was polite and thorough, however I couldn’t allow him into my home to perform the interior service as I had requested due to his unvaccinated status. Insight should not send unvaccinated people to homes when interior service has been requested. I don’t feel that we received the full service that was due. I do appreciate the technician’s honesty in admitting to his status as there are two residents here with multiple risk factors.

This is my first service and I am totally unimpressed. The Insight Inspection Report is useless. All it says is INPC Quarterly Pest Control Service. He took care of the things I pointed out, but there are still a number of spider webs that were not taken care of. I would think that I would not have to point out spider webs. I am not sure of everything that was done other than what I pointed out

The technician went to the wrong house, I do not feel he was truthful. I texted him back saying I was home and that I didn't see him. He was texting me that he was finished. I then stated I was waiting for him.. I have never had any doubt about service honestly, until today.
