These guys got rid of my problem with spiders. Being allergic to any spider bites is alarming, but upon seeing a black widow spider in my kitchen, I had to call someone to make sure there was no more to encounter. The technician was very nice and pointed out where they might have came in. He assessed the problem and treated the house so the spiders could not get in. Since then, I have not seen any spiders. I was a customer of Truly Nolen for 9 years and up until the past year. For 8 years the service was ok but in the past year horrible service with loosing several sections of my grass due to fungus and weeds. The Tec and manager of the Naples, Fl office insisted I had a broken sprinkler which was causing this problem. I hired licensed reputible sprinkler company and needless to say no broken sprinkler and of course a bill from them. Recently I received a post card increasing my rates and when I telephoned the Naples office the person who answered the phone Tif----, was rude and was going to terminate my account when I mentioned I was going to price other companies. I asked to to please have the manager return my call and as of date to no avail. I was due to have bi-monthly maintenance on 01/17/23 but no show. The Tec messaged me on 01/30/23 wanting to spray the following day that he had been sick and was not able to complete his schedule almost 2 weeks prior. If the Tec does not service within the 2 month frame Truly will try to send you a bill for the non service. Once again I asked for the manager to call me. As of date no response!

I have termites! It took a third inspector to come to my home from Truly Nolen - Pest Control... analyze the issue and re-treat my infected areas in my home. And, hopefully for the last time. I want to comment on the last inspector, Caleb. He was very very professional.....far beyond the first two. Caleb took time to thoroughly explain what he observed and what he would do to remedy the problem. He maintained an open line of communication and he was always timely in replying. This past Saturday after Thanksgiving, when it began to rain here in Galveston, I caught a rat on a glue trap. I called Truly Nolen. Mr. C, the regional manager out of Houston returned my call. He told me Mr. Kendall would arrive on Monday. Kendall arrived Monday. He did a complete diagnostic of previous exclusion wiring. He went under the house and found places above the exclusion wire where rats could enter. The area of Galveston where I live is endemic for roof rats, given the drainage construction on Broadway Boulevard, high-rise public housing, and empty, dormant homes in the neighborhood. A very significant infestation of roof rats was identified nearly across the street where I live. Kendall indicated all of these things and gave my home a high sense of priority. Kendall spent a full three days underneath my home. Because I live in a historic district, all the homes on my block are very old. Kendall went into the crawl space and identified several areas, including the floor spaces above the exclusion wiring. He also identified breaches in the exclusion wire due to work done by termite contractors. Kendall's time and effort spent at my home was above-and-beyond anything I have ever experienced with any other pest control company. The entire crawl space, above the perimeter and in the center beam of the house was addressed with foaming, exclusion wiring, and other abatements. Kendall spent three full days to make me whole. There is no better pest control company that I can imagine to take the time needed to rid my house of roof rats. Thank you, Truly Nolen. I am truly appreciative of your service. Hank in Galveston

I have dealt with Truly Nolen professionally for years. So I know how they are behind the scenes, which is first rate. They really care. Now personally I was in need of their services. I had some termite issues. Jason came out for my inspection. He was very knowledgeable and through. He answered all my questions in detail. Today was I was scheduled for treatment. Mike showed up right on time. He took Jason's notes and did a further inspection and verified what he was given to do. Greg showed up shortly after Mike's arrival to assist. They tag teamed the work and finished sooner than I was expecting. When they were done they both checked with me to see if I had any questions. They were very personable, efficient and respectful of my home. Truly, you "Truly" have a great team! Thank you!

I used the company based in Lancaster County, PA. A month ago I discovered a hornet's nest in a tree. I called and someone came out the next day and removed the nest. No problems and I was satisfied with their service. Then this past week I discovered 5-6 yellow jackets in my bedroom over a week's time. I realized on a Thursday night that I needed to get this taken care of ASAP. I called the same company on Friday. They sent someone out; he found the nest which had partly invaded my home via a window well to the basement. He advised me to put some masking tape over my heating/AC vent in the bedroom to keep the strays away from my bedroom. Another tech came out this morning ( a Saturday) and took care of the problem. They offer a guarantee but I'm hoping my problem is solved. They have been easy to deal with very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I used Truly Nolen at my last residence to take care of a flea infestation left by the previous renters. The fleas were just out of control and even though I used products to kill them, they didn't work and I had to resort to calling a professional. I'm not sure what they used, but the flea problem was eradicated with just one treatment, along with treating my dog with prevention, of course. The person that completed the process was friendly, arrived as scheduled, and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a positive experience!

I have used Truly Nolen at my last two residences. At my current residence I use them twice a year. They are always on time and the representative is attentive to the concerns I have. My first experience was a very memorable. We had just purchased our first home and learned at night; the bugs did come out. It seemed like the ground was moving. The next day I called them and they were at my house taking care of business. I never saw another critter. I my new house, I am making sure I do not relive that moving ground experience. They come do their professional duties twice a yea, during the summer they spray the outside, at the beginning of winter they spray inside and out. A Great company.

I called this company 7 weeks ago and hired them to get ride of a gopher at my home. They were supposed to send someone over but did not. I was out of town for a few weeks and then contacted them again. They told me they would send over a guy but they never did. I then called that guy and asked why he never came by. He said he did but that he saw a trap in the back so he left. I had set that trap myself but don't know what I'm doing and only did it due to the large mounds the gopher was creating. I told him I wanted him to go over to the house and take care of the gopher. He told me he would send me an invoice so I could pay up front. He never did. He did tell me that the price went from $165 fifteen months ago to $300 to set a trap. In the end I waited 7 weeks for them to do nothing and now my yard has 22 piles in it and the gopher ate a new ficus tree that I spend $800 to plant a year ago. Now I have to replant one and all that growth is gone. I spoke to a manager who was rude and basically said their computers were down and that it wasn't really their fault. I can't wait for a service person to apologize for anything. They act like we should bow down to them because right now they are busy.

My experience with Truly Nolen was good in general. They did a great job of making sure we never saw bugs of any kind by coming out once a month. Our exterminator was a great guy who was dependable and very knowledgeable, and the cost was reasonable for what was involved. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to live a bug-free life.
