I live in Euless and began using Truly Nolen in January of 2023. They were the FIFTH company I hired to get rid of rats in my attic. The first 6 months of service were great. They came out, sealed up the house, trapped animals and removed them twice a week. Everything was good, although we couldn't figure out truly how they were getting in. Over the summer I didn't have any activity (no shock there - I had been having the rats in the attic for 10 years at this point and their activity always decreases during the summer months). When temperatures began to cool off in the fall the activity increased. I texted my typical Truly Nolen technician (Austin) to let him know about the increase in activity again because I had some rats in the traps that needed to be removed. He came out and again looked around the house to see if any of the seals put in place earlier that year needed to be fixed. The only area that we could identify that the rats were coming in were from holes around my foundation. I had been previously advised by my technician that since the rest of the house was completely sealed up the only way they could be getting in was by tunneling underground and then entering the home through my wall voids. The only "solution" to this was to pour concrete each time the rats dug a new access hole in the ground. My technician brought his supervisor (David) out with him the next trap check who advised him to put traps in my garage although since I had gotten new garage doors I hadn't been having activity in that area. After this visit I stopped hearing from my typical technician. I went months without hearing back from him. When it came time to renew in January 2024 I called Truly Nolen to advise them that if I got service like I had the first 6 months I would want to renew but that my service the past 4 months had been awful, as no one had gotten in touch with me at all. They promised everything would be better and sent the supervisor, David, out to my house the same day. He indicated everything was sealed up other than the new holes the rats had dug. He sent another technician out the following day to seal the hole with concrete. He promised to be in touch and that service interruptions would no longer be an issue. He did not give me his card. He has been out to the house for trap checks twice since then (I am writing this in June 2024). The second time he put traps on the OUTSIDE of my home and has left them there with animals rotting in them. If you have an issue where animals are digging to access your home do not use this company. They will seal things up with flashing and steel wool but they will NOT dig a perimeter around your home to seal up the wall voids which is the only thing that could fix my issue. To add insult to injury the supervisor, David, told me that what I was hearing were not rats in my attic but squirrels running on the top of my roof. I think I know the difference between the hollow sound of animals on the roof and the scritching, scratching, and squeaking sounds of rats and their babies (yes, I have babies in the wall right next my fireplace and I can hear them through the wall). At the very least this company could respect me by not telling me I was imaging the dead animals in my attic and the rain of rat feces that comes down on me each time I open my attic access door.

they did not do 1 thing that they said they where going to do ! we had mice and a rat in our attic i put cameras up there with a couple of rat traps . no luck they came and explained how they would seal up the roof vents and other areas bait new traps come every 2-3 days to remove and reset traps 1250.00 1st day sealed roof only half said they would bring vent covers ,no . after i called they came back and finished the vents. got call 5 days later to remove traps i wasn't home they said next day no show i got rid of rat almost getting my hand caught in 2 traps they put next to attic ladder that later an employee said they were tired so they left them there .since i have had to remove 1 more rat and 3 mice they haven't returned calls or been by to help vents still open promised to return 300 and complete vents no. refused to give me state reps number

I signed up with this company. I did not need service for a couple of months due to a contract I held with another company. I had TRULY Nolen here one time and two weeks later I had crickets. I called the company its and 800 number and push one for this and two for this.. UGH then its a week before they can come. Sorry guys going back to my old company. So I called to cancel and now there is a $170 cancellation fee! WHAT? No one told me that when I started with them. And if I am leaving because I have bugs and not happy with the service, Why do I have to pay. The lady I finally got to talk to who spoke bad English said if I don't pay it they will send it to collections. The treatment AFTER they have you sign a contract is not the same as when they are signing you up. People stay away from this company. Money is all they care about. I am going to post my experience on every social media outlet that I can find. I was told if I wanted to cancel I should have contacted them within 30 days of signing the contract. It didn't matter to them that it was almost two months after signing the contract that I actually had service. SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM TRULY NOLEN!!!

I was a customer of Truly Nolen for 9 years and up until the past year. For 8 years the service was ok but in the past year horrible service with loosing several sections of my grass due to fungus and weeds. The Tec and manager of the Naples, Fl office insisted I had a broken sprinkler which was causing this problem. I hired licensed reputible sprinkler company and needless to say no broken sprinkler and of course a bill from them. Recently I received a post card increasing my rates and when I telephoned the Naples office the person who answered the phone Tif----, was rude and was going to terminate my account when I mentioned I was going to price other companies. I asked to to please have the manager return my call and as of date to no avail. I was due to have bi-monthly maintenance on 01/17/23 but no show. The Tec messaged me on 01/30/23 wanting to spray the following day that he had been sick and was not able to complete his schedule almost 2 weeks prior. If the Tec does not service within the 2 month frame Truly will try to send you a bill for the non service. Once again I asked for the manager to call me. As of date no response!

I called this company 7 weeks ago and hired them to get ride of a gopher at my home. They were supposed to send someone over but did not. I was out of town for a few weeks and then contacted them again. They told me they would send over a guy but they never did. I then called that guy and asked why he never came by. He said he did but that he saw a trap in the back so he left. I had set that trap myself but don't know what I'm doing and only did it due to the large mounds the gopher was creating. I told him I wanted him to go over to the house and take care of the gopher. He told me he would send me an invoice so I could pay up front. He never did. He did tell me that the price went from $165 fifteen months ago to $300 to set a trap. In the end I waited 7 weeks for them to do nothing and now my yard has 22 piles in it and the gopher ate a new ficus tree that I spend $800 to plant a year ago. Now I have to replant one and all that growth is gone. I spoke to a manager who was rude and basically said their computers were down and that it wasn't really their fault. I can't wait for a service person to apologize for anything. They act like we should bow down to them because right now they are busy.

I purchased my house in october 2019, while moving in, my son sees a scorpion 🦂 so immediately I call Truly Nolan. I called them because I see thier mouse vehicles all over town, not because they were recomended to me or because I've used thier services before and was happy with them, but solely because they have GREAT visibility! I signed a ONE YEAR contract for 555.00 and paid in advance. Now, keep in mind thier typical service is one spray treatment around the perimeter of your house ONCE every 3 months! The tech spends 20 minutes on you're property and most of the time you'll never know they even were at your property. So that's FOUR treatments over a year for 555.00. Over the course of that year I continued to find several scorpions in and around my house as well as spiders. I would call them and they would send a tech out (so they say) and yet, I still continued to find scorpions. Needless to say, I was displeased with the results of thier pest control and had no intention of renewing thier services once the year was complete. October 2020 rolls around, I call Truly Nolan and tell them I no longer want to use thier service The woman that answered the phone says she is sorry to hear that but will note it on my account. One month layer I get a bill from Truly Nolan for 114.00 ! I ignore this bill as I assume it's a mistake. Another month passes and I get the same bill, they CONTINUE to send these bills every month for a few months and even go so far as to send me to collections!! I finally call the company again and ask why they are billing me for a service I said I do not want? The woman on the phone told me that thier contract AUTOMATICALLY renews without them ever making a phones call to verify if you want to continue service or not. I told the woman that I HAD CALLED thier office in october 2020 to tell them that i no longer want thier service and therefore I should not have had any automatic renewal because I verbally cancelled, the rep tells me (conveniently) they have no record of that call. She then tells me that she will need to forward me to the manager to resolve my complaint but he is currently on a call and will need to call me back. Well, THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME BACK and I bet they will continue to bill me because now they've sent the bill to a collections! Truly Nolan is sub par service with terrible customer service and shady business practices. Thier products are ineffective and they charge over 114 dollars for ONE spray that doesn't come close to being effective mote over FOR THREE MONTHS until thier next treatment. They say they put the AUTO renew clause in plain site on thier contract BUT they sure DO NOT TELL YOU that they auto renew, they just hope you don't ever notice that part. Bad play Truly Nolan, poor business practice. DO NOT USE TRULY NOLAN they are awful

We have been having bed bugs for almost 2 years, I have to keep calling and requesting service, horrible follow up. We did every treatment possible, we even got rid of our furniture and yet we still have bed bugs on our house, they even drilled holes on my walls, never bothered to covered them up. The treatments they are using is obviously not working. I had to cancel my service due to awful service and obviously because they didn't do what they said they were going to do, which was get rid of the bed bugs. Supposedly, the manager was supposed to give me a call within 24-48 hours, never got a phone call.

What a scam! I switched to Truly Nolan from my other monthly pesticide service and at the time was told their “quarterly”service fee was $135, which was roughly the same amount I was paying my current service. My current provider came out 1/ month, charged around $40 each visit. The TN rep came out once in the quarter, which I thought was odd to start with, as he did not do anything extra the previous bug guy did. So I basically went from paying $40 Visit to $135, so I guess I am paying for being ignorant. I just moved and called 1 month in advance to cancel and have received not 1 but 2 charges of $45 on my autopay. I called to see what is going on and he explains that each time the rep comes out it is $135 and they just average it out over 3 months so as I had service in April I was paying for it through June. I am steamed as it was NEVER explanined to me like that and it is even worse as I was paying for service for both me and my son at this home. Same thing for them. I would warn anyone that wants to use Truly Nolan to be sure you understand what you are signing up for. My troubles with TN started the day I signed up. While the actual rep and service was phenomenal, they could not EVER get the scheduling of my service straightened out. I simply asked them to call me to schedule a date when I could be home so the rep could both do inside and outside because I work. Every single time I get an automated voice message saying that I was scheduled for service on X day. I called the office back, asked again to please have them do the courtesy of calling me to schedule a time that I could be there. I was told they had an automated system and that’s just how it worked. So much for customer service. They could never get it straight so the administrative part of truly Nolen is awful. I mentioned I paid for service for my son as well. They asked for the same thing, to be Contacted to schedule a date when they could be home, and at a time that the baby wasn’t sleeping. But every single time a rep just showed up, rang the doorbell, woke up the baby, or came when they weren’t home and couldn’t do the inside. This has all been a frustrating and painful experience with TN. At this point I’m relieved to go back to my old pesticide service.

Hiring process is a joke the guy who interviewed me was a guy from dunkin donuts? I have 40 years of pest control experience and they said i wasnt a good fit . There hiring procedures have nothing to do with the industry .they just want paper pushers and employees to be like robots. I guess thats why they have never been able to compete with the big guys....Ecolab , Steritech, orkin, etc. Wow typical upper management creating jib security for them by not hiring canadites with proven pest control backgrounds . At least in central florida they aren't even close to there competition in the commercial arena .

My first complaint is the provider showed up unannounced on the wrong day. Inspection was scheduled for a Saturday with a time window between 9-11am. It's Friday at 8:20AM. She was sitting outside in her vehicle to call and tell me that she arrived, but my house is numbered wrong because she had been driving around in circles. [insulting]. We are a corner lot. I didn't have any trouble finding the house when I looked to buy it. She also went on to talk about her big event she had to go to on Saturday which was why she couldn't come out as planned. I was about to leave for work, so I obviously was inconvenienced by her arrival. I told her I would come out to meet her. It was raining, so I waited a minute or two at the door. She remained in her vehicle and didn't look to be doing anything other than sitting, so I walked up. She lowered her window and said hi. I asked if she was planning on coming out? She said "oh yeah I didn't see you." Apparently I was seen since she lowered the window. This was just such an unprofessional start. She said there was no estimate since I'm not hiring an annual service so bee removal was just a flat fee of $350. They'd come out twice within a month to spray. I called about bees and ants though and she said she can't look at the 2 ant mounds unless I buy the annual service. Everything I asked about on the initial call was crap. The inspection was less than subpar. I'm looking elsewhere.

Truly Nolen is one of the worst and most unethical companies we have ever dealt with. After 20 years of paying yearly for their termite warranty protection we kept having evidence of termites. At first they refused to tent our home and spot treated the area with live termites. Months later the termites were back in full force a few inches from the original spot treatment. After much discussion, emails and talks with the manager we were told that we would have our home tented. This negotiation took months. It was summer and we went on vacation, we agreed in writing that we would tent our home in August 2016. Our Truly Nolen rep was also on vacation and not returning till mid August. When we went to schedule the appointment they claimed that our warranty had lapsed July 31st and we would need to pay again. When we said we did not choose to extend the warranty another year they refused to honor their commitment to tent our home. After 20 years we feel completely ripped off by this greedy company. DO NOT USE THEM!

I cannot begin to explain the lack of communication that this company has within itself. I had rodents in the area so I wanted Truly Nolen to come out and make sure everything was okay. The initial guy that came out told me I had at least for rats in my attic. He told me that it was $850 but my service would travel with me for a smaller fee into any new house I moved into. That wasn't even the problem... They cut a hole in my firewall in my attic and did not bother to tell me. I called repeatedly to have follow up service. The only time they would come out to inspect the traps was after they told me they would and didn't show and I had to call them and bug them to come out and check them. One time a technician name Brittany told me she found a leg... then the next person that came out said oh you don't have any rats. This was a lengthy process... Over several months to get any answers. One of their technicians put rats strips under my furnace blower and it got stuck in my furnace almost caused a fire in my house. Finally I got a hold of the manager Lee, he argued that they definitely would not have cut a hole in the firewall but then after he came out and look at it said oh yeah they probably cut that. I'm assuming to shut me up Lee promised that the house that I'm moving into that they would come and do a free service which normally cost around $500 and button everything up so that would not have this problem in the future. So when I got my new house I called and Joe came to inspect. I wasn't home when he left he told my mother that he would be calling me. Later on that afternoon I called truly Nolen and left a message. Joe never got back to me. That was on a Friday, by Tuesday I got fed up and called and asked for Lee the manager. Finally Lee called me back with Joe. I told him that I was ready for them to come over and button everything up. At that point he said that they were just going to be doing a free bug spray service. True... I should have gotten everything in writing... because these people do not keep their word! I look forward to copying and pasting this on every review site that I could possibly find... but with the reviews they already have... Maybe I should have already known better! Don't trust the mouse truck!

As a new customer, I have been sorely disappointed. Their sales team is very good; however, from the fact that they have technicians that don't show, or cancel last minute. To the fact that I had ants showing up minutes, days and weeks after right where their technicians sprayed. When asked about the no-show, the representative said that's a bad and newer technician who has had several complaints. Their products did not work (or they forgot to get) in the garage where several spiders are still hanging out. I've called them to ask for a cancellation of my contract within 30-days, and they said I could but then said there would be a fee associated with it. So, I'd have to pay over $100 to cancel for a service that I never received. They have a after hour call center for anytime after 5pm or on the weekend that simply takes messages for someone to get back to you next business day. So they only have appointments between 8-4pm M-F. I asked what about people that have to work, why not weekends? They've been aggressive about collecting their $99/quarterly fee, but I wish their technicians were as aggressive about getting rid of the ants still in my house. Truly trapped in a contract. Truly still have ants. Truly not happy.

These guys do know their stuff. Pricing seemed high but for the turnaround time sometimes you have to pay a premium. We had a small rodent problem, they were addressed and any future incursions were addressed. Tech showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manor.

My experience with Truly Nolen was good in general. They did a great job of making sure we never saw bugs of any kind by coming out once a month. Our exterminator was a great guy who was dependable and very knowledgeable, and the cost was reasonable for what was involved. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to live a bug-free life.

Treated my house for termites for over two years ended up with more termites than when they started. They want to charge me more money so they can tell the place because what they’re doing did not work the cost for them to tent it was supposed to be a 40% discount but they jacked the price up so much. It was actually $2000 more than I can have another company pay for it. Just totally dishonest. Don’t do their job. They stole my money.

I have been trying to call my local office in Sanford, Fl for a couple of days now and no one ever answers. It's a repeating message and I cannot leave a voicemail. I tried using the email address on the national website "info@trulymail.net" and it was returned with the message "Delivery Incomplete" and it said "There was a problem delivering your email". I am very frustrated. I sure wish someone from Truly Nolen would contact me.

Where to start? The contract does not detail what you are paying for. The exterminator that was sent to me was HIGHLY unprofessional. I was left to clear traps on my own. Staff would arrive with no bait or no traps on hand (really?) If you want someone to come to refill bait, you have to call to schedule and appointment -be prepared to wait two weeks. The last time anyone came was January yet they arrived today (mid-March and contract end) to pick up the 3 bait stations. I still have rodents.

They are all about the contract and then provide terrible service. You have to hand hold them on applications as they argue the lawns issues aren't their fault. They never point out an issue, only argue that its not their issue after you complain. They fertilized my brand new lawn till the point they almost killed it. They promise you they are coming and never show up. Haven't seen these guys since June 3rd and its now July 14th. I'm actually glad they haven't came as I nurse the lawn back to health. Cant fire these guys soon enough. Terrible.

Terrible Terrible company! They sprayed my attic and sprayed electrical wires which cut off the electric in half of my house. They told me it was my fault for not telling the technician what kind of wiring was up in the attic and where it was. They refuse to fix the issue, and have left me without electric for a week now. They closed my account down and only did 1/4 of the treatment. They will not return my calls now. The people were all very rude when I initially was talking to them. They also claim the spraying would not affect my fish and two days later all of my fish were dead!

I called Truly Nolen on 8-25 -19 I have a service contract for rodent control which is do to expire in October. I had a dead rat on my walkway outside. The representative I spoke with said she left two messages with and I should receive a call back. I asked if someone would come out that day. She assured me they would because of the disease factor. Well here we are. Tuesday 8-27-19. No phone call. My neighbor came over and disposed of the rat for me. Needless to say I will NOT renewing my contract

The worst conning business I've ever used for service. If you want to waste your money with a business which has numerous of hidden cost then choose Truly Nolen. 1. If you cancel your contract be prepared to pay double the cost. 2. Recurring contract weather you want their service or not. 3. The only thing Truly Nolen cares about is your money nothing more nothing less, don't waste your energy with this business.

This has to be the worst excuse of a service company on earth. I had a home inspection on 5/9/18 and that was the last I ever heard from Truly Nolen. I have made 5 calls to various people at TN ... all promising to get back to me within 24-48 hours. NOT! I strongly recommend that you find any other inspection company but Truly Nolen. I STILL haven't heard from them!!

They do not provide the service they say they will and do NOT honor their guarantee. The canned apologies and follow through are deplorable. When asked for proof they performed the service they billed me for it was not provided. When asked to be contacted by a company rep, they couldn't find the time for that either. I'm curious which customers if any you find important beyond receiving the monthly check. after being a customer and paying my bill on time monthly, I would never recommend this company as a reliable or ethical company to do business with.

I bought the house with roaches, German roaches, most complicated to extinguish, but most common in Florida. Called Truly Nolen, they did a couple of services and in 5 months I have the same roaches. They never call back to follow their service and ask about bugs, they wait for your complains. I recommend to hire somebody else because you want to have all bugs out and not to see their funny cars.

I have a neighbor contacted truly nolen to exterminate the ants on my yard and put my name on the paper and signed while we are out of town. The funny thing is I don't have ants on my yard and there was camera installed on my drive way and didn't see them go on the yard, but according to the customer service that they have GPS to track them, but the guy probably sitting on the road having lunch. I was surprise a collection agency is trying to reach me for the missing payment. I could've paid it, if I want it to but this is wrong so I made a complaint.

If I could give them a negative 0 I would. We live in Miami Gardens, Fl. We spent over $3500 for termite treatment May 2023. Tell me why I still have termites swarming my house. For months they have set up multiple appointments for retreatments and they are always a NO SHOW NO CALL.

This is the worst service I have had and then on top of that to charge me a cancellation fee for a service that never got rid of the bug. Crappy service don't recommend using them they will spray and put down traps but don't guarantee anything as they say.

This company hire unprofessional kids, who are not trained properly. They are good at saying I'm sorry over and over again. The sales people are uneducated and the tech are very rude and has no knowledge. I would never use this company again..

I have had Truly Nolan for over two years and my yard looks worse today than it did then. Their service is terrible. They have almost destroyed my yard. For one they can't keep management so every new guy tells the tech something different. Run if these people come knocking on your door.
