Treated my house for termites for over two years ended up with more termites than when they started. They want to charge me more money so they can tell the place because what they’re doing did not work the cost for them to tent it was supposed to be a 40% discount but they jacked the price up so much. It was actually $2000 more than I can have another company pay for it. Just totally dishonest. Don’t do their job. They stole my money.

Nicole L came out for a free inspection after I found rodent feces in my newly-purchased home, which had been left in not-so-clean condition. She thought I may have a problem based on the initial evidence, but after a thorough examination of the property inside and out, including attic, garage, a/c unit, appliance hook-ups, etc. determined everything was clear. Apparently, the past owners had a guinea pigs or didn't clean up from a previously mitigated problem. Nicole answered all my questions and was very respectful. I would definitely call Truly Nolen again based on my experience with her. Tonight will be the first night I can sleep without worrying about rodents running through the house in the dark. I have termites! It took a third inspector to come to my home from Truly Nolen - Pest Control... analyze the issue and re-treat my infected areas in my home. And, hopefully for the last time. I want to comment on the last inspector, Caleb. He was very very professional.....far beyond the first two. Caleb took time to thoroughly explain what he observed and what he would do to remedy the problem. He maintained an open line of communication and he was always timely in replying. I take great pride in stating: " Caleb is who you want to request - if you have a insect problem - YOU CAN count on a first class experience. " 👍

This past Saturday after Thanksgiving, when it began to rain here in Galveston, I caught a rat on a glue trap. I called Truly Nolen. Mr. C, the regional manager out of Houston returned my call. He told me Mr. Kendall would arrive on Monday. Kendall arrived Monday. He did a complete diagnostic of previous exclusion wiring. He went under the house and found places above the exclusion wire where rats could enter. The area of Galveston where I live is endemic for roof rats, given the drainage construction on Broadway Boulevard, high-rise public housing, and empty, dormant homes in the neighborhood. A very significant infestation of roof rats was identified nearly across the street where I live. Kendall indicated all of these things and gave my home a high sense of priority. Kendall spent a full three days underneath my home. Because I live in a historic district, all the homes on my block are very old. Kendall went into the crawl space and identified several areas, including the floor spaces above the exclusion wiring. He also identified breaches in the exclusion wire due to work done by termite contractors. Kendall's time and effort spent at my home was above-and-beyond anything I have ever experienced with any other pest control company. The entire crawl space, above the perimeter and in the center beam of the house was addressed with foaming, exclusion wiring, and other abatements. Kendall spent three full days to make me whole. There is no better pest control company that I can imagine to take the time needed to rid my house of roof rats. Thank you, Truly Nolen. I am truly appreciative of your service. Hank in Galveston

I have dealt with Truly Nolen professionally for years. So I know how they are behind the scenes, which is first rate. They really care. Now personally I was in need of their services. I had some termite issues. Jason came out for my inspection. He was very knowledgeable and through. He answered all my questions in detail. Today was I was scheduled for treatment. Mike showed up right on time. He took Jason's notes and did a further inspection and verified what he was given to do. Greg showed up shortly after Mike's arrival to assist. They tag teamed the work and finished sooner than I was expecting. When they were done they both checked with me to see if I had any questions. They were very personable, efficient and respectful of my home. Truly, you "Truly" have a great team! Thank you!

He is always on time, first of all, then as soon as he introduces himself, it's all uphill from there!!! He is very, very knowable about termites, bedbugs, and all other insects. He will then suggest to you the best way to get rid of all your insects, at a very timely, cost efficient, and professional way. I used the company based in Lancaster County, PA. A month ago I discovered a hornet's nest in a tree. I called and someone came out the next day and removed the nest. No problems and I was satisfied with their service. Then this past week I discovered 5-6 yellow jackets in my bedroom over a week's time. I realized on a Thursday night that I needed to get this taken care of ASAP. I called the same company on Friday. They sent someone out; he found the nest which had partly invaded my home via a window well to the basement. He advised me to put some masking tape over my heating/AC vent in the bedroom to keep the strays away from my bedroom. Another tech came out this morning ( a Saturday) and took care of the problem. They offer a guarantee but I'm hoping my problem is solved. They have been easy to deal with very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I live in Euless and began using Truly Nolen in January of 2023. They were the FIFTH company I hired to get rid of rats in my attic. The first 6 months of service were great. They came out, sealed up the house, trapped animals and removed them twice a week. Everything was good, although we couldn't figure out truly how they were getting in. Over the summer I didn't have any activity (no shock there - I had been having the rats in the attic for 10 years at this point and their activity always decreases during the summer months). When temperatures began to cool off in the fall the activity increased. I texted my typical Truly Nolen technician (Austin) to let him know about the increase in activity again because I had some rats in the traps that needed to be removed. He came out and again looked around the house to see if any of the seals put in place earlier that year needed to be fixed. The only area that we could identify that the rats were coming in were from holes around my foundation. I had been previously advised by my technician that since the rest of the house was completely sealed up the only way they could be getting in was by tunneling underground and then entering the home through my wall voids. The only "solution" to this was to pour concrete each time the rats dug a new access hole in the ground. My technician brought his supervisor (David) out with him the next trap check who advised him to put traps in my garage although since I had gotten new garage doors I hadn't been having activity in that area. After this visit I stopped hearing from my typical technician. I went months without hearing back from him. When it came time to renew in January 2024 I called Truly Nolen to advise them that if I got service like I had the first 6 months I would want to renew but that my service the past 4 months had been awful, as no one had gotten in touch with me at all. They promised everything would be better and sent the supervisor, David, out to my house the same day. He indicated everything was sealed up other than the new holes the rats had dug. He sent another technician out the following day to seal the hole with concrete. He promised to be in touch and that service interruptions would no longer be an issue. He did not give me his card. He has been out to the house for trap checks twice since then (I am writing this in June 2024). The second time he put traps on the OUTSIDE of my home and has left them there with animals rotting in them. If you have an issue where animals are digging to access your home do not use this company. They will seal things up with flashing and steel wool but they will NOT dig a perimeter around your home to seal up the wall voids which is the only thing that could fix my issue. To add insult to injury the supervisor, David, told me that what I was hearing were not rats in my attic but squirrels running on the top of my roof. I think I know the difference between the hollow sound of animals on the roof and the scritching, scratching, and squeaking sounds of rats and their babies (yes, I have babies in the wall right next my fireplace and I can hear them through the wall). At the very least this company could respect me by not telling me I was imaging the dead animals in my attic and the rain of rat feces that comes down on me each time I open my attic access door.

I have used Truly Nolen at my last two residences. At my current residence I use them twice a year. They are always on time and the representative is attentive to the concerns I have. My first experience was a very memorable. We had just purchased our first home and learned at night; the bugs did come out. It seemed like the ground was moving. The next day I called them and they were at my house taking care of business. I never saw another critter. I my new house, I am making sure I do not relive that moving ground experience. They come do their professional duties twice a yea, during the summer they spray the outside, at the beginning of winter they spray inside and out. A Great company.

These guys got rid of my problem with spiders. Being allergic to any spider bites is alarming, but upon seeing a black widow spider in my kitchen, I had to call someone to make sure there was no more to encounter. The technician was very nice and pointed out where they might have came in. He assessed the problem and treated the house so the spiders could not get in. Since then, I have not seen any spiders. I used Truly Nolen at my last residence to take care of a flea infestation left by the previous renters. The fleas were just out of control and even though I used products to kill them, they didn't work and I had to resort to calling a professional. I'm not sure what they used, but the flea problem was eradicated with just one treatment, along with treating my dog with prevention, of course. The person that completed the process was friendly, arrived as scheduled, and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a positive experience!

they did not do 1 thing that they said they where going to do ! we had mice and a rat in our attic i put cameras up there with a couple of rat traps . no luck they came and explained how they would seal up the roof vents and other areas bait new traps come every 2-3 days to remove and reset traps 1250.00 1st day sealed roof only half said they would bring vent covers ,no . after i called they came back and finished the vents. got call 5 days later to remove traps i wasn't home they said next day no show i got rid of rat almost getting my hand caught in 2 traps they put next to attic ladder that later an employee said they were tired so they left them there .since i have had to remove 1 more rat and 3 mice they haven't returned calls or been by to help vents still open promised to return 300 and complete vents no. refused to give me state reps number
